Prior to LIVcoreFIT, I never knew or quite understood how important it is to have a close connection with your trainer. You both have to be committed to one another, respect each other’s time and knowledge, and ultimately be on the same wavelength. Without this, I guarantee you, you’ll never feel welcomed or committed to your success at the gym and your health.

Liv is all this and more; she wants to know you on a personal level, understands your strengths and capabilities, and she always listens to her clients. Liv has a very likable and approachable training style. Proper form and technique are of upmost importance in her classes. A quality that was very easily overlooked in my past gym experiences.

I am thankful every day that I have the opportunity to workout with Liv. Her attitude, approach, class sizes, and our group of like minded women is what has kept me motivated and happy to be part of LIVcoreFIT.

I cannot say enough positive things about Liv as a person and trainer. I turned 50 and had never had a strength training routine. I dabbled in running and hiking my adult life. Liv is an incredible trainer. Once I started with LivCoreFit I realized I hadn’t been using correct form, always hurting knees and not feeling like I was making progress.
