I highly recommend Tricia as a Trainer/Coach. Words cannot fully convey the gratitude I have for Tricia. She taught me that working out is not merely about the numbers on the scale but about living healthily to feel my best. Within less than a year, I reached my personal goal and was able to discontinue 7 daily medications, including those for high blood pressure. Other health issues have significantly diminished or disappeared. Tricia's encouragement translates into a resounding "yes I can and yes I will."

She's Knowledgeable: Clearly understands proper form and the science behind strength training.
She's Motivational: Keeps the energy high and pushes you to your limits without being overbearing.
She's Attentive: Pays close attention to individual form and provides personalized feedback.
She's Good with Communication: Explains exercises clearly and concisely, making them easy to understand.
She's Adaptable: Able to modify exercises to accommodate different fitness levels and injuries.

I highly recommend her.

Trisha created a supportive and encouraging environment for me. I saw significant progress in my strength levels after training with her. I started training with a pretty uncomfortable back injury that she helped me build strength through so that I might have my life back again.

Working out used to be something I hated to go and do. I never saw results, I never had motivation, and I never stayed committed. Tricia has completely changed all of that and more for me. I wake up and can’t WAIT to get to her workouts, my lifestyle and diet have completely changed. I even competed in my first bodybuilding competition after working with her for one year, all thanks to her program, her encouragement, and her dedication to me as a client, and as a friend. Well this is going to be hard to keep short, I have been with Tricia for almost 3 years now and when I started with her I was insecure not only about my body but about my knowledge, in this last 2.5 years I am stronger than I ever have been mentally and physically she not only helps transform your body but she educates you and you definitely need those two things to be successful, I don’t see myself leaving her anytime soon, hard to find someone so dedicated to what they do, it’s not just a job for her it’s a true passion, I’m very grateful for her.

I've been training with Tricia for almost six months; training to be strong as I age. The change was hard at first, but I am definitely noticing changes for the better. My clothes are fitting better, and I'm easily able to do more physically. She is a wealth of information on how to safely lift weights (and have fun while doing it) as well as nutrition for health and weight loss. She genuinely cares about the people in her life both personally and professionally, and I cannot recommend Liv Fit Training and Nutrition by Tricia enough! 10 out of 10 recommend!
