This gym would get zero stars from me if i had the option. I regret signing up at this gym. Take my advice and dont do it!! After hours you use an app on your phone to scan open the door. 9/10 times you can not get in. And it doesn't work. Other members and myself are sitting outside disappointed that we cannot work out. This has happned numerous of times. Members and myself should get a discount. We waste time and gas just driving over and you cant workout. Just terrible and it keeps happening. Please stop taking free money out of our bank accounts if we cant work out.😕

This gym is a scam. Do NOT give them your credit card.

I’m active-duty military and needed a short-term option while in town. I came in and purchased what was clearly explained to me as a 2-week temporary pass for $42, with no contract and no long-term commitment. That was the entire agreement.

Later, I found out they enrolled me into a full membership contract without my consent and started billing me as if I had signed up for long-term access. When I reached out to fix it, they hid behind a third-party billing company and refused to honor what their own staff told me at the counter.

Even after explaining that I’m on active duty and that my situation requires flexibility, they still refused to cancel immediately and tried to force me to pay for a contract I never agreed to.

Spend your money elsewhere with an honest business.

P.S. The Saunas don't get hot and the door QR reader only works about half the time for off hour access.

Good gym with plenty of weights. Recovery room with saunas and cold water plunge is neat. Their smoothies are tasty while still being organic and nutritious. When everything works, it's an overall great place to work out. Judith is fantastic, a wonderful person, a veritable beacon of sunshine.

Really nice gym, good equipment especially if your an athlete and need free bars. While it’s not the biggest gym it still gets the job done. The biggest downside is their subscriptions for the gym is a common money trap. I would look into your contract before signing anything to make sure it’s something you are actually interested in.

Love this gym so much! The workers there are always nice and very helpful. It always good vibes at the gym. They have great music playing so if you ever forget your headphones don’t worry they got you. I love that they maintain this gym as well. Absolutely top gym, the equipment and machines are high-quality and well-maintained, which makes every workout enjoyable and efficient. One of the best parts is the recovery area they have an ice bath and a sauna, perfect for relaxing and speeding up recovery after training.
The gym is always cool and fresh, and the 24/7 access is a huge plus. I can go whenever it fits into my weekly schedule, no matter how busy things get.
Another big advantage is that it's never overcrowded like many other gyms. You actually have space to train without waiting around.

Called for prices, but the guys gave me the ru around saying every amenity is a different price so I have to build a custom package. I wanted to know the prices for the cold plunge and sauna and he said he didn't have a sheet with him to give tell me. Clean gym, good equipment, but the staff lied about a trial day over the phone. Called and asked to try it out for a day and they said yes come on in for a free day pass. After a tour the front desk asked me to pay a 40 dollar day pass or sign up. I did the day pass and was glad I didn’t sign up. Costumer was using 5 different leg machines at once and the staff said it was ok and to wait until the gentleman was done. Mind you there are only 5-6 machines for legs in the entire gym. Saunas were cold and took over and hour to heat up to use. Overall it’s over priced, staff lied, and supported poor gym behavior for other customers. Planet fitness for 10 bucks a month next door is a better value.

I spent a whole year working out there and I must say it’s an awesome place, yes it’s a bit pricey especially with a planet fitness next door but it’s actually worth the extra money. I mean if you think about it you can easily spend what the membership is on eating out and the fact that it’s 24 hr access is a huge plus. Because of the no cardio I think it makes people show up and handle business and then go (no lingering) I would have definitely stayed but unfortunately I moved out of CG yesterday.

The manager Tevon is really nice. Eric has been a great trainer. He’s kind, patient and not intimidating for those who have limited fitness knowledge. What I really love about this gym is the members. They are so nice and helpful. They offer machines if you look interested and help you adjust machines if they see you’re struggling. It’s such a great environment, that makes me want to be there. I’ve experienced the opposite at other clicky gyms. The equipment at this gym is new/clean. The sauna is a nice amenity!

I have been going to Lyft since they opened up for business. I had a hiccup with being unable to cancel in the beginning of my membership here. After having come here for a year now, I can say that the equipment is modern and well kept. The gym is clean on a consistent basis. The staff has always been friendly and helpful when needed.

The only really bad thing I will say is that at night the music is so loud that I can hear it through my noise cancelling headphones at max volume.

TLDR- Decent gym, good equipment, 24/7 access, friendly staff, and if you care they make shakes here.

These people are horrible. I do not recommend this gym to anyone. If you tell them you don't want a contract they tell you ok, no problem you can pay as you go but somehow you're locked in a contract. Tell them you want to cancel and they tell you there is no phone number only email. Good luck. They need a class action lawsuit.

LYFT is a scam. They told me it was $49 a month, but they’re charging me $49 a week. When I called to confirm prices, they also said it was a monthly charge. The woman who I signed up with quoted me for $40/MONTH. After a couple months of having the membership I checked my account to find out that they had been charging me $20/ week since August. In 3 months I have been charged over FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS. I am currently in the process of cancelling this membership and believe me (and the others reviews) when I say that they DO make cancelling a huge hassle. Don’t bother getting a membership here. I don’t even like Planet Fitness but they would never scam their customers out of $400 in 3 months. I will update this post after my cancellation has been processed but after reading the other reviews it will likely take a month to complete the cancellation. Do not bother with this place. They will likely be the next failed business in Casa Grande due to their scammy business practices.

Best Gym Ive worked out in, the Staff is amazing and friendly, the equipment is crazy there's machines I've never seen that are EFFECTIVE, it's super private and always clean. Ufff I wish I would have read the reviews on the issue with the cancellation process! Yes they are all correct, you can't just go in there and cancel your membership. They text you an email address, they require a 30 day notice! Because it must be some sort of rental lease right? Even if you cancel it well before your dues, you will HAVE to pay for the entire next month, no prorated amount or anything of the sort. It's really unfortunate, because it's a nice gym but it's not a place you can easily come and go from if you're only in the area for a temporary time frame at a time. The staff is very friendly, so it's not on them at all, but the corporate level needs to do better.

This is undoubtedly the worst gym in the state. Attempting to cancel a membership here is more challenging than starting a new gym from scratch. As a military veteran who has moved frequently, I've never encountered such difficulties with canceling a membership anywhere else. The process is unnecessarily complex and frustrating. Don’t get a membership here. You will have to sign the contract and it is HELL trying to cancel it. I was told when I signed up all I had to do to cancel is email them. Edit: decent gym. Little pricey. small and cramped. If there’s 10 people at the gym it feels packed. Simply due to lack of multiple machines and how small the building is. Make sure you go over your contract fully 3 or 4 times before you commit. overall it’s decent.
