Martin is the Gold Star of trainers. He works with you where you are at and as a whole person. He provides you with the knowledge and guidance to not only be in your best physical shape, but be the best YOU. He genuinely cares for his clients and wants to help you succeed. Training with Martin is an excellent investment in your overall health and well-being. He tailors your workouts to fit your wants, needs and abilities, taking into consideration any limitations you may have. He has a wealth of nutrition knowledge too. You will gain not only physical training, but training in healthy eating, and in your mindset. Martin strives to help each client become the best healthy version of themselve. I am in my later 70s and am so thankful I made the decision to train with Martin.

Martin in truly a wonderful coach! He really takes the time to make sure that you are getting what you want from the program! Well, there's a lot to say about Martin. My husband and I are an older generation looking for a way to really maintain our independence as we get up there in age. Even though Martin is much younger, we never felt that his the approach to us was not appropriate for our age. He is energetic and encouraging and always makes us feel that we can do more and achieve more, but never in a way that feels high pressure or inappropriate to our capabilities. Not only is he good at helping you through exercises and gym time, but he is fantastic at helping with nutrition macros, micros and other more philosophical approaches to our health and our overall fitness. Martin has amazing intuition and tailors his approach to the things that matter most to you and are most helpful. Do you want to get beefy for your next show? He can help you. Wanna lose some weight and get limber? He can help with that, too. Do you want to be a rockin' Grandma that's deadlifting a 150 pounds? Not a problem for Martin. Do you want to find a better mindset so you can live a more fit lifestyle? Yeah, that too. We're coming up on a whole year with Martin, and we have no intention of stopping anytime soon. If your overall health matters to you, you could not choose better. Highly recommend.

Not sure where to even start. Words can not begin to describe what an amazing human being Martin is. He is empathetic, goal oriented, organized, supportive, encouraging, competitive, personable, kind, caring, a fantastic listener and shoulder to cry on, and truly wants every one of his clients to be successful. Martin became a very good friend and mentor to my husband and I. Martin makes you feel so comfortable and is a constant cheer leader! He also focuses on pushing yourself while helping you identify and understand your limitations. Martin was helping me on my weight loss journey, but he rehabilitated my husbands back injury. My husband injured his back (L4 protrusion that caused a pinched nerve and numbness down his left leg). He had been to a spinal specialist and was sent to physical therapy for six weeks. He graduated from physical therapy with flying colors, but I knew that he would not keep up the exercises so I asked Martin if he would take on my husband as a new client and he graciously said yes. My husband worked with Martin anywhere between one to two times a week, mainly to strengthen his core. He had a follow up MRI and recent check up with his spinal specialist and she said his back looks great and his reflexes and strength of the effected leg has significantly improved! Martin is so educated and understands each client is a special individual and does not use a one size fits all approach! He caters his programs to the special needs, goals, and physical capabilities of each client. By far the best personal trainer I have ever had! I will never use anyone else.

Martin helped me lose 30lbs!

This man is so knowlegeful and approaches personal training in such a personalized manner. He built a program based around me and my needs. Took the time to listen to me, hear my goals, and guide me through the process while educating me. I learned about everything from how to eat healthy and not fad diet, the importance of macros, and how to perform proper lifts! I can't recommend him enough. He helped me change my lifestyle to be healthier for myself and family.

On top of all that he has an amazing gym set up to get an amazing lift session. High quality equipment to learn how to lift and improve technique. Give him a try, you won't be dissapointed.

I have had a very good experience with Martin! As someone who has major gym anxiety and no clue on even where to *start* when it comes to fitness, he has been very helpful and supportive every step of the way. In the 4 months that I’ve been seeing him, I’ve already gained abilities that I wasn’t able to do before. I can do push-ups, and pull ups, and all other things that I would have *never* thought possible for myself. I’ve also noticed changes in my every day life. I work as a hairdresser and I have more energy at work, and more motivation when it comes to things at home. I am very very glad I took the step to get started and recommend him when ever I can !

I started my journey with Martin over 1 year ago. At the age of 66, I thought I would never be able to do any type of exercise requiring bending and the dreaded (at that time) floor exercise, however with Martin's guidance, patience and knowledge of both nutritional and exercise regime I'm now able to do sqats with weights...completed 150-500 reps on the ski machine, bar push ups, rowing machine and much much more. Inaddition I love the 1 on 1 time!

I absolutely love working with Martin. Being a coach and personal trainer myself, it's easy to lose sight of my own health, goals and wellbeing. I've trained with Martin on and off over the last 8 years and have followed him every time he switched gyms. He is my go to accountability partner when I need that extra push and feel good about myself. He meets his clients with compassion and support. He is EXTREAMLY knowledgeable and tailors his nutrition and workout plans to YOUR body and needs. He's down to earth, kind and gives really great life advice!
