Welcome to MAX Fitness Solutions! Here we offer a variety of services to help achieve long term sustainable fitness goals. Whether your goal is to lose or gain weight, body recomp, build muscle, balance hormones we can help you achieve this using our custom reverse diet program and resistance training. Clients can come train with their trainer for 45 min sessions either 1on1 or in a small group that is capped off at 4 clients per group. We are focused on helping clients become self sufficient so when they reach their goals they have the confidence to be able to maintain or continue on their own. No more fad dieting or cookie cutter programs. Come work with us and let's Raise Your Limits!

I have worked with Max for about two and a half years. Change doesn’t happen overnight. It takes a LOT of dedication and consistency. While working with Max I have learned I can eat food I like and enjoy and still lose weight. I can eat ice cream, drink wine, and have tacos as often as I want and never feel guilty! He has taught me to balance my macros. Protein/fats/carbs. When working with Max you have the opportunity to be connected to a group of people all on a journey to better health. Through Max’s community of clients you can share recipes, struggles, and ideas on how to improve, all of this helps you be accountable and helps keep you moving toward your goals through community. He helps with workout plans, nutrition, and sometimes is just a counselor in all things health and weight loss all based on my goals. He has met me where I’m at many times, continues to encourage me and helps keep me calm when I think I’m failing. I’m working out and enjoying it, loving it, and celebrating it! Motivation is temporary having someone to be accountable to and someone who is always in your corner, that’s the person Max is for me. I couldn’t have come as far as I have without his guidance.
