Jenn’s prenatal and postnatal expertise has been such a blessing! I trained with her all the way through pregnancy, and I know her coaching contributed to my amazing labor and delivery — I only pushed for 10 minutes! Her programming is easy for me to adapt at the gym, and she always adds just the right amount of spice to keep me challenged.

What I love most is that Jenn is always learning, researching, and staying up to date with her practices. Sore? She’ll show me a stretch. Poor form? She’ll coach me through it. Want a challenge? She knows how to turn it up a notch. Thirty weeks pregnant? She’ll adapt the session to meet your needs.

We chat, laugh, and work hard… and I always leave feeling stronger. Jenn is an absolute badass and a phenomenal trainer. I’m beyond grateful for her!

Working with Jenn during my pregnancy was amazing! I began working with Jenn because I heard of her reputation with pregnant woman leading to a quick delivery. She guided me through safe and effective exercises that prepared my body for birth. Because of Jenn’s training, I felt strong, confident, and supported throughout my pregnancy. She has a keen eye for body alignment and detail that made me feel very safe especially as my belly grew into third trimester.

My delivery was incredible—I had a natural birth with active labor for 6 hours and I only pushed for 10 minutes! After the delivery, I was released early from the hospital because my recovery was surprisingly quick. I definitely feel the strength I gained, both mentally and physically training with Jenn created the space for the best possible delivery I could have had!

Jenn’s focus on both prenatal strength and postnatal recovery made a huge difference in how quickly I bounced back. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone wanting to feel strong, empowered, and prepared for all stages of motherhood.

I can't say enough good things about Jenn! She's amazing at tailoring workouts to my level, so l always feel challenged but never overwhelmed. If something doesn't feel right, we stop and adjust. No pushing through pain, which I really appreciate. I've made so much progress toward my fitness goals, and honestly, I look forward to my workouts every week. She's so encouraging and makes the whole experience fun. If you're looking for a trainer who actually listens and supports you, I highly recommend her! Love love love working with Jenn!

Jenn is a wonderful trainer! I’ve worked with her through pregnancy and postpartum. She is incredibly skilled at cuing me to perform the exercise properly and correcting any issues with my form. Anytime an exercise doesn’t feel right, she wants to know and she always had a “plan B” ready to make sure I’m not in any pain. Plus she’s just a fun person to hang out with! I highly recommend her.

I started working with Jen after having two kids in two years. My last pregnancy wasn’t kind (diastasis, 60lb weight gain because of complicated pregnancy). Then the Pandemic hit. Womp womp. Training with her has started to repair the lost core strength and balance. And more importantly, she has coached me on resetting my diet to clean eating, which fell apart being locked down with a toddler and an infant. The results are noticeable. In one week I was able to wear jeans I haven’t worn in three months. My energy is up; the mid day carb cravings and crashes that cause fog brain are gone. If you are looking for a lady who will motivate you into believing you can make permanent healthy changes, while psychologically slapping the Oreos out of your hand, she’s your woman. Jen doesn’t just tell you what you should be doing, she helps you make reasonable adjustments to your fitness, diet, and lifestyle that set you on your own independent path to strength, health, and wellness.

I have been taking Pilates with Jenn for over two years. She is the best teacher I have ever had. She makes the classes fun and challenging. I knew Pilates was good for my body but, as an added benefit, I am driving the golf ball further than I ever imagined! Jenn is incredible. I wanted to drop some weight that I had gained since moving in with my boyfriend. Plus I was leaving for a vacation we'd been planning forever and I wanted to feel comfortable in my clothes again for that trip. I hesitated to hire a nutritionist because I felt like I had been pretty well educated on what eating healthy looked like. But these days, between whole 30 and paleo and keto, I was having a difficult time knowing what I should focus on. Jenn gave me clear directions and delicious recipes right away. I dropped 4lb in the first week that never came back. Over the month of working with her, I dropped 8 lbs and 2". Not only that, she helped me reframe my thoughts about the scale and my body. Jenn is an awesome fitness trainer. What I appreciate is the knowledge not only when it comes to what to eat but the workouts that she creates. I am a busy person who never has time. Jenn was amazing she was able to create a custom nutrition and workout plan for me that worked with my schedule. I work long hours, I am usually gone for 12 hours a day. Jenn made me a nutrition plan that actually worked. It was not hard to follow and I was able to successfully stick with it during the long work days. Another great thing she did was create a workout plan that I could follow. She also had a backup workout plan in case I was in a mood (sometime I just don’t want to plank or I’m feeling exhausted). Her workouts plans were designed specifically for my needs, abilities and goals. Jenn is very knowledgeable and she will take the time to explain and answer and to address any concerns or questions you may have about exercise, diet, or other health related topics.
