What a beautiful studio! Heated and non heated classes are great. The teachers are all knowledgeable and amazing. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years and this is one of my favorite studios. Highly recommended.

I have done "hot yoga" hardcore (hardcore meaning 3-5 times a week as a lifestyle) for about 3 years. I began my practice in Boise, a very yoga friendly place and know many studios up there. I have taken maybe 300 classes with maybe 50 different "yogis" or instructors. I've seen some of the nicest studios in the West. I travel and visit many places and yoga has to be a part of my life because of my therapy. This place has some AMAZING people involved from the top down. Every instructor has pushed me to my absolute limit. Whats great is that it seems to be tailor to the instructors personal flow, so instead of repetitive motions (which are beneficial) it offers something different. Something precise. I am thrilled that this studio exists and gives practicing students and Tempe residents an option to come crush it out and make ourselves better. The inside is incredibly clean. The staff is experienced and amazing. They even have this squishy flooring that is forgiving, anti-microbial and looks like spaghetti. Its really really different! Seriously. Come sweat over here. Lovely new yoga studio, they provide both hot/non heated classes for all ages and levels. The flooring in the hot studio is amazing! $12 drop in is a great deal. Room was heated at a comfortable level and flow was good. It was a little hard to hear the instructor if you were in the corner of the room, but other than that, really enjoyed the class and I will definitely be back.

Mind Bodhi Yoga is a brand new Hot & Non-Heated Yoga Studio in Tempe. I'm so lucky because they literally just opened up right down the street from my condo and right behind the gym I workout at. They also offer a Yoga Foundations Class every Saturday for beginners who want to learn the basics of yoga. I highly recommend this studio to both Yogi Masters & Newbies!

What a great new studio! They’ve brought on board an experienced teaching staff and offer all levels of classes from beginner to advanced. What’s really great is they offer both hot as well as non heated classes at convenient times throughout the day. They also offer Yin and restorative classes. The space is nicely set up and they have shower facilities as well as towel service. I’ll definitely be back.

If you want a great studio with very experienced teachers, Mind Bodhi should be your new home studio. The studio is new, clean, inviting. If hot is your thing, the hot room is perfect. Heat and humidity perfectly balanced. If not hot, the unheated room is great too. I took Mimi’s Hot Hatha this morning and it was so good. Mimi thoroughly understands how to structure a Hatha class to allow for deepening the practice with enough space to breathe and feel and stay present on the mat. Her alignment cues are spot on and the overall mood is just pure acceptance. The owners, Jacob and Jennie, are just really good people who want to build a loving, supportive yoga community. I’m so happy to have found a new yoga home.
