FANTASTIC! I love working with Soph, they are so helpful it getting me to my goals in my weight loss journey. I feel strong and it’s with their help that I’m doing exactly what needs to be done but also keeping my knee injury I got a while back in mind. I’m doing a lot more exercises I never thought possible and I owe it all to her!

I went to Soph in the offseason with a list of goals, both physical and mental. I wanted to gain 15 pounds, increase strength, and get comfortable risking failure to allow myself to succeed, especially in spaces with other people.
In 4 months I did put on 15 pounds. I increased my back squat by 45 pounds and increased my deadlift by 40 pounds, both lifetime PRs set over 10 years ago. Increased max push ups from 13 to 36 and lifted more than twice my weight on the hex bar.
Soph provides a safe and encouraging space to both fail and succeed. She is able to adapt to an individual's challenges and goals in a group setting. Bonus, I've had more than one person tell me my arms look great. I've worked with many trainers, both good and bad. The measurable difference Soph has made in such a short time far exceeds any other trainer that I've worked with. And she makes it fun!

Group training with Soph has been a game changer for me! You can really tell that each session has been carefully designed with your goals in mind while still being fun and engaging. Soph is such an amazing trainer! As someone who doesn’t love the gym and has some limitations, Soph is always willing to explain and demo exercises as much as I need, providing expertise in an approachable manner that helps me build my confidence and my muscles at the same time. She’s also great at providing alternative exercises or creating stepping stones when I’m unable to do a planned exercise or haven’t quite mastered the form yet.

Soph is a great person to have as a trainer and a coach. For a very long time, I struggled with getting myself in the gym and being consistent. Soph’s program gave me the push I needed to achieve my dreams of becoming stronger and feeling better about myself. I was able to meet my weight loss goals and gain muscle and, now, I’m stronger than I EVER was! Not only does Soph prioritize your fitness goals, she also genuinely cares about your overall well-being outside of the gym, which really makes her different than other trainers. Soph mixes both intentions and abilities w their work outs. Ive been a client for a couple years now and I still head into sessions stoked about what we’ll work on. I can feel myself gaining more strength and agility, Soph has a keen way of setting you up and pushing you toward your goals even when you doubt yourself. Highly recommend Soph if you’re similar to me: aren’t into big gyms, want more of an intro/one on one to training and weightlifting, want a coach who is genuine about working w you and seeing you progress!

Ever since I retired from playing rugby, I lacked motivation and experience to go to my local gym and get a meaningful workout in. Now, I always look forward to Soph’s sessions. They are fun, engaging, impactful and challenging. In just a few months, I’ve been able to lift a lot more weight while also better understanding and perfecting my technique. Soph has been very flexible in training, whenever I have an injury or limited mobility she helps me work around it while maintaining the work outs’ intensity. I've recently gotten back into the swing of being active, and Soph's trainings have been a welcome addition to my weekly activity. Her planned workouts keep me engaged while challenging my body in new ways. I've come in with some stubborn pain points, and she's always quick to make adjustments in order for me to participate.
I've experienced a handful of gym/training environments that were intimidating or uncomfortable. The energy at Momentum Training is the exact opposite. I never feel silly for asking questions, or for needing an extra demonstration of an exercise. My memory isn't the best so those little things are actually the big things. They're part of the reason I keep coming back.

I’ve been training with Soph for over a year now. Absolutely love her and her style of training. She’s so supportive and attentive to her clients. There is nobody more knowledgeable and motivating as Sophia!!! She truly cares about health + fitness and how to best incorporate in a person's life regardless of if they are brand new to the gym or a seasoned vet. I lost weight and increased strength in just my first month of the plan!!! There's a lot of trainers out there, but none with the amazing quality and diligence that Momentum Training provides.
