Tia! Where do I start? I’ve been an athlete all throughout my life from cheer, strength training to jiu jitsu. Fast forward to two kids later, it’s been extremely difficult to find time for myself to exercise of any kind. I stumbled upon Tia via social media and the rest is history. Her infectious energy paired with all the other great training partners makes for an uplifting environment that I’n happy to wake up at the break of dawn for. I train with her at least 3x a week and she is super understanding if my schedule shifts. I highly recommend Tia for anyone; whether you’re just starting out or need to get back on track, she is your lady!

I started with Tia in 2021, I was 95lbs and struggled mainly in maintaining mass and fat. We worked out a diet and more consistently being in the gym fast forward to 2024, I now am 110 and gaining muscle mass have seen a huge increase in energy and stamina as well as agility and strength. I owe it to Tia for being great at her craft and really honing in on her clients and tailoring a workout to fit someone’s specific needs. I recommend her over other valley trainers. Tia is the best trainer I’ve had! She trains me in a group setting and I have never felt left out, or like I’m waiting around on what to do. She’s also very attentive and really knows how to make sure everyone is getting what they need out of the session. Going to a gym is already nerve-racking but Tia really makes you feel comfortable and I have had such a good experience. 10/10

Working with Tia is one of the best decisions I’ve made in years! I hadn’t worked out in a traditional gym or weight lifted in at least ten years and relied solely on at home equipment and hiking as my regular exercise. I felt a push to get into weightlifting without any idea of where to start, and in three months my confidence has skyrocketed and I am excited to go to the gym each week.
She’s talked through my goals in depth and given me time outside of my weekly sessions to support nutrition questions (of which there are many). Tia knows how to push you to your limits without ever feeling like it’s too much. Her energy is unmatched, she is constantly laughing, cheering you on and brings out the best in her clients even on days you may not want to be there.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Tia. I’ve seen results, put on muscle, and feel better than I ever have walking into the gym. She is hands down the best trainer I could have hoped for!

I started training with Tia at the beginning of 2024, and it was easily one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself and my wellbeing. Tia is unbelievably supportive, motivating, and understanding. Before working with Tia, I had bad gym anxiety and felt clueless, no idea where to start. Tia has taught me SO MUCH about exercise and nutrition, and the difference I have seen in my body and my mind is proof of her knowledge and skill.
