I been training with Jaime for a year and honestly he is the best. Before him I was doing my own thing like workingout, eating right, well at least I thought I was eating the right foods. But when I sat down with him I absolutely loved how he explained everything to me. He was very detailed to everything I wanted to know. And I definitely do see a big change in my body. I never thought I was going to be lifting weights and never that heavy but he helped me built that confidence and now I am lifting heavy 😊

I can’t rave enough about Jaime! Literally the best trainer I’ve EVER had. I used to model and was a pageant girl so I’ve had a lot of trainers previously. I never stuck around with them because they only focused on making you look good without taking other things into considerations such as for me I have neck/shoulder injury. With Jaime, he listened to my concerns so I will commit to working out. He made sure to help strengthen my weak areas and also avoiding any movements or workouts that could trigger my pain. He will even go do research to make sure he’s giving his all in helping out his clients get the best results.

I started 1yr ago training I was taking blood pressure medication ,cholesterol medication and was told I had type 2 diabetes. I was in a bad car accident and have a rod in my femur with 38 screws I was over weight and unable to do much ,but thank God I met this young man whom I see as my son I am now off my cholesterol and my blood pressure medication and I can bend ,lift weights and my mobility has improved greatly. There were many things I have not been able to do, but now can even at my age. My energy is awesome now! I can even keep up with my great granddaughter thanks to moving forward fitness and my excellent trainer Jaime. Every day is a new day to keep moving forward!

I have been training with Moving Forward Fitness since the beginning of the year and it has been a great and powerful experience. With my previous injury I was worried about training again but Jaime has been helpful, patient and understanding to help me rebuild and rehabilitate my body. He is professional and an encyclopedia of fitness and nutrtion knowledge. Most importantly he cares about his clients and ensures they training in a safe yet effective manner. I have seen great progress physically and I have noticed my strength improving. I have learned a lot about fitness in general and a lot about myself thanks to Moving Forward Fitness. I have had the pleasure of working with Jaime for a few months now. I have always struggled with my weight and not seeing any significant results whenever I make any sort of healthy lifestyle changes.
Since working with Jaime as my trainer, not only has he taken the time to work with me consistently by educating me about macronutrients and how to track them, but he has also created a meal plan that works with my busy lifestyle and caters specifically to what my body needs.
Since following his meal plan, I began to see results in only one month! My metabolic age dropped drastically and I lost a good percentage of body fat. I am excited for what the future holds with seeing more positive results and getting closer to my personal goal. I highly recommend Jaime as a trainer and mentor. He has been such a blessing. Working with Jaime has been a great experience, he really tends to your needs and works out a plan that will best fit your nutrition and physical need.
Been working out with him for a year now and it was the best decision I could have ever made, I am down 70lbs and I have more mobility, energy and Stamina. Most importantly the environment he creates makes you feel like you are a part of his family and he is very encouraging and is true to his business name moving forward because you never stay the same training with him your always moving forward and forever changed!
