I’ve been training with Karen for a while now and can’t say enough good things!

She’s incredibly knowledgeable and knows exactly how to tailor each session to help you get stronger, improve your form, and build confidence. She’s also really easy to talk to and fun to be around, so the sessions go by fast!

I have been consistently training with Karen 3 times per week, for almost 4 years. This is the most diligent I have been to a workout program since I was in my twenties. Karen is a skilled Personal Trainer! She is patient and able to adapt when exercises cause pain or discomfort. Karen's customized approach was exactly what I was looking for! I trained with Karen (virtually) for almost 3 years; my 1st session was during the pandemic in 2020. In that time, I lost weight, strengthened weak muscle groups and achieved recognizable muscle tone. I started with nothing...no equipment, no home gym. Karen taught me what equipment I needed and how to effectively use my equipment. She even helped me find everything I needed to get started! Karen always gave clear instructions suring workouts and corrected my form, when needed. Karen was instrumental in helping me value personal wellness. She offered nutrition advice as well as strategies to overcome mental blocks that threatened my personal goals. One quality that really stands out to me is Karen's flexibility! I travel frequently. Through great communication, Karen and I held training sessions while I was in a different time zones, working out from my hotel room, or in an RV. This was huge for me because I could maintain my fitness schedule whether at home or away. That level of consistency made all the difference. I have referred friends to Karen. I've been seeing Karen for over a year now she's helped me so much with my strength and wellbeing. Karen is currently my personal trainer right now. During my hard strenuous workouts, she continues to motivate me to keep it up.
