The class I took from Laurie at Mudra House was unique and special. Walking into her tranquil, soothing, warm space immediately set the expectation of an experience of safety, support, awareness and care. I attended her Slow Vinyasa Flow class along with four other people and found it challenging and satisfying. Laurie brings years of practice, teaching and commitment to her class and disperses her gifts of body/heart/mind wisdom, sound energy healing and love for her student’s health and growth. Mudra House is definitely more than a class; it’s a gift for yourself.

Really enjoyed my session & healing! The intention set with me upon my 1st visit felt thoughtful & was carried well throughout my experience.

The semi-private class was a big plus for me as I still need the personal attention to elevate my poses and posture in my practice. I will absolutely be back.
