So where do I start! I had first met Chris at a neighbor’s 50th birthday party. We did not get to interact very much however, he did complement me on my physique at the time.

I have been in and out of the gym Since my late 20s. Battling injuries and just life challenges. So towards the beginning of this year I decided it was time to take my fitness goal to the next level. My wife was chatting with the same neighbors over text And mentioned that I would like to join a bodybuilding competition. They highly recommended Chris, however, being new to this side of the sport I wanted to interview a few different trainers/coaches to try to find the right fit. Through about six weeks of not finding somebody to click with. I decided to go meet Chris in person.

I remember walking into his office and sitting down across the table from him! He had asked what is it that you wanna do? I said well I’m at the age now to where I wanna do something with my bodybuilding before it’s too late and that I would like to join a Bodybuilding competition His eyes lit up immediately and he said let’s go!

Of course, being new to the sport I had a ton of questions. He answered every single one of them with confidence and knowledge. He told me all the ins and outs, the ups and downs, the good the bad and the uglies that come with this type of goal.

I have been with Chris now for five months and And for the first time in my life on November 15 of this year, I will be performing in four shows at the Whitney Jones classic. Chris has been a tremendous trainer/coach. He is designed my workouts, meal plans, inbody readings to stay on track but never lost sight of keeping me healthy. He is a rare individual That takes his business past more than just a business. A person who truly cares! He is still my trainer, coach, but now even a better friend! Thank you, Chris for everything you’ve done for me this year.

I met My Way Fitness organically- It was meant to be! I was driving down Ellsworth and to my right I see a man driving an SUV with the My Way Fitness logo on it. I had been looking for the right workout environment- so I said what the heck, I'll check them out. I googled, found the Instagram account, looked up the location and decided to give them a call. Well, then Chris picked up, with his awesome Long Island accent- and that was a plus right there! Haha- In all seriousness, what I was looking for sounded like a right fit and Chris invited me to come check out the facility. I went with my family and he explained the programming and benefits, and I had a really good feeling about starting. I signed up and haven't looked back. If you want to experience an environment, where the workouts are challenging (to make you better), the coaches will hold you accountable while keeping you encouraged (shoutout to my girl Claudia who is a gem, Katie who is always pumping people up and Trevor who is 7 feet tall and adjusted the leg press machine for me, beyond kind guy- I will never forget that moment!), the members are down to earth and friendly (like seriously everyone is super cool) then this is the place for you! The community Chris has built is amazing, leadership starts from the top down and what's happening at My Way Fitness is a true testament to Chris's knowledge (fitness and nutrition), professionalism and genuine care for people. I feel SO LUCKY to have found this group. I feel like I am in my twenties again, down at the old CrossFit box (this is not CrossFit- but the comraderies and energy is the same)- without the competitiveness and crazy power lifting HaHa- I love it- I love My Way Fitness! I got hooked up with these guys through my girlfriend and I have been working with them for almost 4 months now. I also work about 70 hours a week and am a very busy person. I have already dropped 4 pant sizes and have a whole new body shape. The friendliness and help that Chris and my personal trainer Katie have is just awesome. I started training with Katie full time September of 2022. My IT band and lower back were giving me problems when I was weight training. I noticed after a couple of weeks with Katie that I no longer had pain in those areas. Katie pushes me and challenges me with my workouts. She takes the time to show me new exercises or corrects me when I'm not doing them right. I train with her three times a week and I do two to three times a week at EOS by myself. Katie gives me specific workouts to use at EOS. I've seen a difference in my mobility and muscles that I never knew existed. I've had some check ins a couple of months ago that I was really disappointed with. Katie saw my disappointment and she continued to encourage me to keep at it. My last check in was exactly what we wanted to see and I know I couldn't have done that without her. If you are looking for a fun and effective private fitness gym located on the East Valley, then you need to sign up with My Way Fitness! This gym is seriously the best gym you will EVER sign up with, I guarantee it! I started working out with MWF in May of 2021 and feel in love as soon as I walked through the door. The trainers here are unlike any trainers I’ve ever had before and even the community here at MWF is truly unmatched - I don’t think I will ever sign up with another gym again! I first came to My Way Fitness for help with accountability and to learn what the "Big Deal" was about macro tracking.
I'm not by any means a newbie to the fitness industry, but I am very much so new to macro tracking. I've tried a few times in the past, but never really gave it a chance.... This time I did! And I am beyond happy that I stuck with it this time.
It has been quite a journey learning the whole process of macro tracking, building, and cutting.
Fast forward to today....and I am now 25lbs lighter, a hell of a lot leaner...but also have gained the tools and knowledge to help keep me charging forward towards my goals.
It really is quite simple.... Just trust the process and have fun while doing so.

I am not knew to the gym or to HIIT workouts. The first thing that drew me to them was they held you accountable as long as you did the work. I need that. I have tried everything. At the end of the day I know me. I need that interaction in person, accountability, encouragement, and the fun of it all to be successful. Katie is the best, she's so sweet, she's fun, a ball of energy for sure, but she is great with people. Her and Chris both are. Chris is just as good with me as she is. I've been discouraged and that's ok, as long as you are trying and putting effort into what they are telling you to do, there isn't any way you won't be successful. For as much as I know, I've never tried this hard for this long. I feel better, I'm stronger, the dimples are going away on my backside and I'm just toning up all over. They offer a meal prep service which is macro friendly and is incredibly good and a life savor. Going to a new gym is always intimidating, but these guys really are first class. Couldn't imagine being anywhere else!

Katie is amazing! I have been working with her for a year and a half. In total I have lost 30 pounds with her, but she’s also seen me go through traumatic and stressful life events and was there for me even when I need to take a break from training. She has never given up on me as a client even when I was not giving 100%, but when I am giving 100% the results are astonishing! Throughout the past 3 months, I’ve lost 13 pounds, lost inches and I’m seeing a considerable amount of definition and muscle tone! I’m a completely online client and I do both macro coaching and a custom workout plan I follow. Both plans change every 4-6 weeks to accommodate my goals and keep my body burning fat. I notice I lose about a pound every week, which is a pretty normal rate to see! If I ever have questions about my macros or workouts, Katie responds within the day to give me very in depth answers on how I can get through it or if any adjustments need to be made. I used to train in person with her, but I had to move to another state and couldn’t see myself working with any other trainer, so I decided to switch to online. Both the online and in person program are great and affordable. If you’re willing to put in the work, the program will work wonders for you and you WILL see results. I couldn’t imagine going through this process with anyone else except Katie!

When I met Chris at MY WAY FITNESS I knew I had finally found a coach that would support me through my fitness journey. Not only did he teach me about healthy eating and exercise, he helped me tackle mentally the up's and down's that come when trying to lose weight in a healthy way.
I know that I would have never been able to achieve the level of fitness and wellness if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. MWF is the best of the best. If your on the fence about a coach, just do it! Chris and his team are so knowledgeable, friendly and always there to help you. They never put you down or leave you in the dark. Iv hired many other coaches before Chris and just never had the results or the dedication Chris puts into his clients and himself. He’s your ultimate Cheerleader and wants to see you succeed. They even offer meal prep so you can stay on track, hit your macros and see results fast!

Don't let his calves intimidate you - Chris is one of the kindest people I know!
I have been with My Way Fitness for almost 2 years and my goals have ranged from strength, muscle gain, fat loss, body recomp, to even stage competitions.
Chris adjusted my program according to my plan and helped me get there.
Both Chris and Katie know not everyone's goals are the same and I have seen them help men and women, young and old, athletes and couch potatoes grow into strong confident happy people.
If you get to workout in the studio - even if you have never lifted a weight before - you won't be made to feel out of place.
The other members are friendly, helpful, funny and the energy level is amazing.

I cannot recommend My Way Fitness enough! I’ve been training with Chris and Katie since May 2021 and it really has changed my life. I saw physical results in less than a month, started FEELING amazing and finally have some confidence back after having my son. I actually ENJOY working out now because of the atmosphere they have created. Macro coaching has made me more aware of what I’m eating and what my body needs and that is what has given me the most results. I love that I don’t have to diet or restrict anything and I can eat whatever I want! I don’t feel bad or guilty about food anymore. Their meal prep service is SO HELPFUL for the days I don’t want to cook and the meals are delicious, even my 2 year old loves them and he’s picky! I’ve been watching mywayfirness for a while on Instagram! When I was ready for personal training I finally reached out to Chris! Loved the prompt communication. Set up a consultation and started my journey. If you’re ready to put in the work and give up on your excuses then it’s the right place for you.
Can’t believe I’ve been in his studio for 4 months already! I’ve seen great results and progress week after week. From workouts combined wiri macro coaching at great rates I’m on my way to building my “dream body”. Chris the entire staff and studio is fun, welcoming yet full of people who grind hard!
We are all inspired by one another no matter the fitness level. There’s many with weight loss goals to competing athletes yet you never feel out of place!
Last but not least the meal prepping service they have is amazing! Great fresh meals to help everyone stay on track!
