Natalie is the "BEST", she is truly not only a great personal trainer, she is a professional at her craft. She is also one of the kindest individuals I have ever met. She not only challenges me but takes into account my limitations. She is a bundle of energy and extremely motivating, and encourages you to a better healthy lifestyle. After the pandemic it was extremely difficult for me to even walk my dog and didn't have the strength. I felt exhausted, fatigued and realized I had to do something to start feeling well again. I am 70+ years old and THANKS to Natalie I have the energy and strength to accomplish every day task and walk my dog again. I highly recommend her, you won't be disappointed.

Coach Natalie is AWESOME! She is working with me and my son on trimming down and building muscle. Natalie is a true professional fitness trainer and so much more. I'm a senior with a lung condition, so I began with a very low strength and condition level. She gave me a free assessment with discussion of my goals and an evaluation of my current fitness condition. After the evaluation, she worked out a personal plan to help me reach my goals.

When I started my training sessions, I had to take many breaks between each exercise. She guided me through every step, providing guidance, encouragement and motivation. Not only was I learning the correct way to train, I found that I could see the results immediately by experiencing improvement in overall strength, coupled with less frequent breaks. I could see that small wins help alot.
By increasing the weight and timing of each exercise, I could see and feel the progress. Quicker recovery time equals better breathing. These are small wins, but wins to be celebrated. This in turn improved my confidence.
My whole attitude has changed, which helps in my workouts between training sessions. I'm well on my way to reaching my goal.

Natalie has been a positive influence in my life. She is a true friend and life coach. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing help with health, wellness and/or physical condition.

Working with Natalie for the first time was enough. I was sold. Best trainer I've ever had and I've been training since I was 18. She knew exactly what I needed and how to motivate me. The first work out she put me through was better than any I ever had before. Very inspiring and motivational with her encouraging words. You can tell she has a great feel for the needs of people, and brings out the best in you. I highly recommend Natalie. For what she charges, this is an incredible bargain. I am soooo grateful to have found Natalie! We did significant research when looking for a personal trainer/fitness coach and Natalie stood out well above the rest for many reasons specific to our needs and she has NOT disappointed.

Her extensive experience in fitness coupled with her nursing background have been so valuable as she’s worked to develop our fitness and meal plans around our health and wellness concerns.

We have worked with trainers before but it’s great to work with Natalie not only because she understands our health concerns and limitations but also because she understands concerns specific to women at various ages and what happens to our bodies and our metabolism as we age.

Natalie works you hard but you’ll be surprised to discover all you are capable of doing. It’s more than you might think I promise you!

We are only two months into our programs and started from basically a zero activity level. We can definitely see and feel significant changes to our bodies. We have both gained muscle, tone and strength. We can’t wait to see additional improvements in another month and then another...
