Great place for fun or training. All the amazing obstacles from the ninja warrior competition show. They have amazing friendly trainers to teach you how to do each obstacle. The warped wall and zip line are by far my kids favs.

I don't even know where to begin. Ninja Nation has been an absolute godsend for me and my son. Coach PJ, Coach Dan, Coach Abby, along with the entire staff, have been beyond amazing. We had visited a few times for open gym time, and my son participated in some of their camps over the school holidays. This summer, we signed up for summer camp and it has been so special. Everyone has taken the time to get to know my son and have provided him with so much guidance, instilled him with so much confidence and supplied with plenty of fun! They have taken the time to talk with me and keep me informed, to let me know of his accomplishments and his challenges, and you just know they truly care. I don't think I'll ever be able to convey to them how grateful I am.

Visiting from NY. This place is awesome for my 11 year old daughter. Gino checked us in. Best customer service from Gino!! And, even though the place was spotless, Gino was still out there mopping and cleaning. Jaiden was out there helping the kids. What great energy he had and he was so great with my daughter making sure she had the help she needed and that she was having the time of her life!!!

4.8 stars! I had my son’s 6th birthday party at ninja nation yesterday & it was great. I’d highly recommend hosting a birthday party there on Sunday during their last time slot because it feels like you have the WHOLE venue to yourself. I had almost 30 kids attend & the staff was very accommodating & attentive to my guests needs/safety.

Pros: Fun experience for the kiddos, colorful plates (blue dinner plates with red dessert plates), accommodating/ friendly staff (ex: helped with party set up, 3-4 staff members on the floor to play games with the kids), awesome management (they let us bring in a piñata & backdrop). Most indoor facilities will not allow this, so that was a HUGE bonus.

Cons: Pizza delivery was very late…was suppose to be delivered/ served at 5 pm, however didn’t arrive until the end of the party time slot. Some guests left without eating. 😞 The staff provided a $160 gym pass & prolonged the party free of charge due to the inconvenience.

Improvement suggestions: punctuality for food; ensuring there’s enough drinking pitchers for large parties.

Despite the inconvenience, I’d definitely book here again for a birthday party. The kids had so much fun that they didn’t even want to sit down for cake. That’s why you see only half of the guests pictured during cake time.

We attended a birthday party there for 7 year olds. While most of the staff was kind there was one person in particular who was extremely rigid. Adults just showing their kids how to do something required to pay, and they weren’t kind about it. They seemed to be also very strict about time (no other parties were happening). The kids ate cake and were no longer allowed to play because that was the end. We asked if they could have 15 more minutes and it was a hard NO. I’d understand if there were other parties going on or if another party was coming, but the facility was EMPTY. For $500 plus on a 2.5 hour party I would have liked to see more flexibility.

The people there were really kind to me and my family, they were happy to teach/tell us anything we wanted to kno and when we were done even patched our hands up. The challenges were super fun as well. All in all no complaints whatsoever, I really appreciate everyone who helped us out from the kids who introduced us to chalk for our hands to the coaches/staff who helped guide us through everything!

Very fun place! Very nice staff! Mostly for small children, though. If you are an adult or teen trying to train kiddos will be running sideways through your obstacles. I have seen multiple close calls here with small kids almost getting crushed by a flying/swinging adult.

The staff was super friendly, I was so impressed with how interactive they were, especially one of the young men there, he was awesome. Our kids really enjoyed it! Loved that it wasn't crowded and they could just go and experience all the things without having mad chaos like so many of the other places for kids. We did an hour for their first time but 3 out of the 4 of them wanted to stay for another hour. You definitely need some good upper body strength but the kids that were there all did amazing! Chalk for their hands would be a good idea as that was the only thing that bothered our kids. They do sell it there but we didn’t buy it as it was towards the end of the hour that the kids were complaining about it. Great staff, great location, highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back!

Love this gym. Have been to many indoor parks and other gyms offering similar programs but this one blows everyone else away with their awesome staff and cleanliness. The staff is amazing. My son had his 8th Birthday party here, and it went without a hitch. The party was awesome. Every child enjoyed themselves, while the parents got to sit, relax and watch. This place has great coaches who are engaging and prioritize safety and fun. All of my kids have a blast and keep asking to go back, including the kids who dislike physical activity and sports. I will gladly pay to bring them back any time they want, since they get great exercise, build confidence, and are actually enjoying it. I also worry less about them breaking a bone or getting injured since the coaches here are on it when it comes to safety and rules, unlike other indoor play places we’ve visited.

What a great time to knock out two hours with the kids on a Saturday afternoon. First impression after walking through the door, felt like we were on the ninja TV production set. cool! My boys and their friends did not waste any time getting right to it. Did not See much of them other than to hear the random “dad watch this “. Our coach was amazing, encouraging the kids every step of the way. Our 9 year old loved the warped wall, and after the initial struggle to conquer it, successfully made it to the top several times. (There’s even a button to push at the top, like in the show!) Our 4 year old was all over the place, loving the chance to balance and climb. They don’t aspire to be ninjas, but totally loved the courses - and they got a workout in while having fun.

They take an interest in making sure everyone is safe and having fun.
They're also very professional. They take pride in their job and it shows.

I can not say enough things about Ninja Nation. From Andrew the manager to Dan and Brad the main coaches, Mary at the front desk, Annie, Cassidy and Addie, they have always been super nice to my son, his cousins and us parents. I have seen them be super accommodating to the other kids who have come in with different needs and abilities. I do not know how they are brand new and have been able to staff this place with such amazing people, since Covid to see ANY place well staffed it is amazing, let alone well trained and nice! Let's not also forget that the West Valley NEVER gets anything first. If you have not been here yet you are missing out! Your child will sleep well after spending an hour here. I am sure I have left out other staff members and I'm sorry, we truly love you all!
