We had expressed that the seating for the preschool class was not ideal for all of the parents to be able to see their child. Not only did oasis listen to our request they took action and made the viewing experience so much better.

Highly Recommend!
We went for a free trial and had to sign up because our girls had so much fun. The confidence they have gained is noticable and they are just flipping and cartwheeling through life now.

We’ve got two enrolled here. We came many years ago and had an absolutely wonderful experience. My daughter absolutely loved her teacher and they adored her and always encouraged her to do things the right way. It was never just for fun they truly wanted to teach. We took a break for a few years and have recently come back and are still very satisfied with our time there. We have Coach Hailey and Coach Taylor and both my girls love their teachers so much! It is definitely a little pricier than other places but with them being so homeschool friendly and having such a welcoming environment it makes it worth it.

When I was about 7 or 8 I went to this gym. I loved it to the point where I asked my mother if I could go there every single day. The only issue is the coaches being mean to children and not caring what the kids say to one another. I had a very high voice when I was 7 or 8 and I would always get bullied for it. Once I was in class and we had a substitute since our couch was pregnant and having a baby. She was our primary teacher for about 5 months and was extremely rude once on the beam I accidentally kicked her and told her she didn't want to spot me anymore and she wouldn't care if I broke my neck. and once on the floor, I fell a little too hard and she told me that I was never going to be a good enough gymnast. Saying that to a literal child is going to make them hurt so I quit.

Doesn’t allow boys over the age of 4 because they use “different equipment.” I’ve seen the 5-6 and junior classes. Their is no equipment that is gender specific. If your looking for a gym that values children this is not the place for you. The trainers for the children were great. It’s poor policy that leads to a terrible experience.

I loved taking my daughter to the 4/5 year old class. Coach Tricia was amazing and so good with the kids. I liked having open gym on Tuesday mornings at the same time so my 2 year of son could play while my daughter was practicing. It was a great set up for us and a positive experience all the way around.

The first couple times the kids went, when they were 5, they just went berserk! I wish I could give this place 0 stars or negative 5 stars. They charge you to go to place where it is filthy and not clean. The mats are ripped, the beams, and other equipment are falling apart. If you do the 18 month old class they squish you into a corner with another class happening at the same time. With a 18month old class they should be doing more open activities and being able to walk around more not shoved in a corner. They have you go to a foam pit that is filled with foam blocks that are torn, have visible dirt, and children snot on them. This place is dilapidated on the inside. I can see why other reviews say what they say about this place. I wish I would have listened. I called to see about a refund and they said no and that they would voice my concerns to the owner. That’s a joke, because other people say the same thing as me and obviously nothing has changed. Please parents take your children somewhere else.

I have taken both my girls here on and off since they were both 3. Currently my youngest has been going for over a year now. I’m giving one star because the way your front office staff treated me today was completely unacceptable. I want to say her name was Madison, but don’t quote me on that. She is always the one there on Tuesday evenings. First off, we came in for class like we do every Tuesday and I noticed her normal coach was not teaching her class but was teaching another class. I went up to the front and asked if she was having a new coach now or if this was just temporary due to someone being out. (My daughter’s class has had about 5 coaches now over time) She says “yes, this is her new coach and it’s not unusual for them to go through a lot of coaches.” I figured I would just ask someone else on another day because the answer she gave me is a bit ridiculous. I said “ok” and I went and sat down. Not 2 minutes later a lady walks out with my daughter and says that she wasn’t enrolled in this class. To go up to the front and talk to “Madison” and get it straightened out. Long story short I had cancelled my older daughter in January because she didn’t like the tumble and you have to do this all on the parent portal before a certain date. I received and email confirmation stating she was dropped. I never dropped my younger daughter. Why would I show up for class today if that was the case. I told “Madison” I had proof with my email and she tells me for all she knows is I could have deleted it. So now she is basically calling me a liar!!! Then she tells me that my daughter cannot finish this class and that someone already took her spot! I asked to speak to manager/owner who was not there. She said there was a supervisor, so I asked to speak to her and she rolls her eyes, walks to the back, closes the door, reappears about 5 mins later WITHOUT THE SUPERVISOR and says “she can finish this class and the owner will call you.” I cannot believe this is the kind of customer service you have!! She was so rude and disrespectful. You have lost a long time customer. We will not be coming back. I used to talk so highly about this place and recommend it to many people and I’m just beside myself that this is how you treat people!!! Will see if I ever get that call.

The staff are nice. The gymnastics training is overall good. However, the clientele is extremely racist. We took our children here for a few years and each time the attendees would give us dirty looks and just ostracize us completely. Many a time I stayed in my vehicle and waited for my children there to stay away. We love our children so we continued to take them. But Lord-willing we shall find a place where people are not so ugly inside. Again, these were the parents, not the staff.

My son has been going here for four months.. I was traveling for business and lost my debit card. My x brought my son and called me to update my card... Carrie the apparent gm pulled my son out over a $58 bill.

I own a business and have 5k customers... things happen.. people miss payments.. lose cards, or heck even struggle with money.. but Carrie pulled my son out of class with 15 mins left and apparently said. "He can't finish it's your responsibility to pay"

Obviously Carrie isn't the owner because she has no sense.. but if embarrassing a 3 year old over $58 is a business practice than this place is trash.

My daughter has been attending for 3 years. She loves the friends in her class other wise I would have pulled her from here shortly after we started. She's not on any of their teams; therefore she or the
class are not a priority. Anytime I raise a concern about anything...I mean anything I get an attitude with the office staff, especially if I disagree with what they are saying. I think my daughter is on her 4th coach since starting. The owner whom I've never had contact with tells their staff to not honor what I pay for towards my daughters class if missed, and they do not believe in credit toward her account.
If your in a baby/toddler class or a team you will be treated great as long as you don't differ with the opinions of the office staff/owner other wise your just at their mercy.
They have an all around gymnastics space!
Very loose on a gymnastics dress code.

Update: My oldest had been going to Oasis for gymnastics for over 2 years now and we just stayed our youngest here too. We like the location, very convenient for us and the class hours work out perfectly after work and school.

We have not had any major issues and our girls look forward to closed every week!

My daughter began attending Oasis about 18 months ago. My wife and I are new to the gymnastics world and did not know what to expect. Well, count us as impressed! We have seen a passion for gymnastics explode in my daughter and we believe it has much to do with the coaching staff. I've been going to this place for 5 years, until today. I will never go back. I purchased 2 deals for 6 visits. Before purchasing I emailed and asked if I could bring 3 kids with one voucher. They said yes (despite what the voucher said). I used one voucher for 3 kids on my first visit came back for another visit and they told me they had a staff meeting and said they are now abiding by what the voucher says instead. At that point I had given them my half used voucher(w/ 3 remaining punches) and an unused voucher. The very rude staff member kept talking over me and wasn't listening then proceeded to tell me that I was telling her 2 different stories then said to me all I had to do was pay the difference and I was still getting a great deal. Another staff said to look up my previous visit and see if they had let me redeem 3 visits on one voucher on my first visit, and they had. She told me there is nothing I can do for you. So I said "you are refusing to honor the vouchers the same way it was honored on the first visit"? She said "all you have to do is pay the difference. I said that's not the point and I'm not paying. THEN SHE SAID "THAT'S JUST BEING CHEAP". She continued to say if I wasn't willing to compromise then they could do nothing for me. I left got a full refund for one voucher and a partial refund for the half used voucher. We went to PUMP IT UP instead:)

The cheer program is one of the best around. The coaches know what the are doing. The kids are always working hard but still having fun. I would recommend this cheer program over any other in town.
