Been attending classes for about 4 months now and very happy with the environment, instructors, and class variety. Definitely a noticeable difference from the start of my journey, which was no exercise at all to now attending 4 times a week.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING ! not only are the workouts fun ,quick & EFFECTIVE , but the team , the team is something you wouldn’t believe until you meet them. they’re very helpful, supportive, warm , friendly, i mean i can go on & on & on ! but if you’re nervous, because you think ahhh how would i fit in , what if i don’t know what to do , i don’t know if this is for me , give it a try! it’s 25 minutes, & you’ll be HOOKED. i’m looking forward to see my fitness goals MET.

Great workout and concept. You get a total body workout in 25 min. I'm 61 and dislike gyms so have always had a personal trainer. This is more affordable and the trainers keep a close eye your form.
I recently worked out with trainer Cullen and he helped me modify my movements for my knees and back.
This workout is addicting. That's a good thing.

I can’t say enough great things about OHM Fitness! The instructors, Molly and Cullen, are phenomenal they bring so much energy and expertise to every class. Morgan, Stacey, and the rest of the staff are always attentive, friendly, and incredibly supportive.
With my back issues and other injuries, certain movements can be challenging, but they always go above and beyond to adjust exercises to meet my individual needs. They make me feel comfortable and confident, ensuring I can still participate fully. I’ve noticed they do this for everyone, taking the time to personalize the experience for each person in class.
I love the fact that I can squeeze this into my day with just 25 minutes it’s such a game changer! It’s such a welcoming and encouraging environment that’s always giving off positive vibes and makes
you feel right at home.

OHM has changed my life. I love all things outdoors, but inside aerobics has never been a good fit. However I thought I could try it since the marketing says 2-3hr workout in just 25 min and the suit you wear does the work for you. Not only that, but you get a water break at 13min! Not only is it what it says, but the results in just 30 days made me feel like I was seeing things. It’s a good thing I opted for a Styku upon joining measuring all my body details, but the 30 day results showed I lost no LESS than an inch from all over, more in some places! And that’s only attending 2-3 classes a week during that time, and a 2 week vacation.
The staff is helpful, warm and motivating. Each coach offers different strengths- IMO Kate’s style is peaceful, Stacy is for the hard core gym-rats, Molly is motivating with a huge educational piece in which she teaches form and why/what each exercise targets so you get the benefits. They are great about communicating but if you are trying for the first time, know you have to speak up for yourself. I was a bit reserved and apprehensive which made for a less than pleasant experience. Learned my lesson and now am vocal about what to turn up/down or leave at that intensity. Added bonus, there’s red light therapy offered, too! I highly recommend this no matter what fitness level you are!

I’ve been attending OHM since they started the “pop up” classes! I love the concept of the workout I always feel like it’s a great workout every time! The staff is amazing and they are always so helpful and welcoming… Molly’s classes are my favorite, she’s always attentive when adjusting your suites and her classes are challenging. I love this place. Every time I go my muscles get quite sore, which tells me it’s doing exactly what it’s intended to do. My personal favorite class thus far is “Yin and Yang” with Molly Bosche. She’s an incredible instructor and It’s a great workout with a bit of relaxation yoga for the last 15 minutes or so. If you’re interested in getting into shape I highly recommend you give OHM Fitness a try, you’ll be glad you did.

This is a fun new way to work out. I’ve only been doing it for a few weeks, but based on how my body feels afterwards, I am encouraged this EMS workout is the low impact solution that can still provide intensity that is injury limited with other workouts The staff at OHM Fitness Happy Valley are amazing. OHM is the best work out to get your mind and body jump started for healthy living. I have been looking for something that would be easy on my joints but keep my heart rate and body moving and this has been it for me!
I love that my body is getting extra support from the EMS bodysuit because this Mama needs all the extra help I can get with my busy life!
I also really enjoy the high vibe energy in the classes and one of my favorite classes is the yin and yang class with Molly.
It’s the best of both worlds with working up a great sweat and then relaxing stretching movement to keep my body young to keep up with my full schedule as a Business Owner and Mom!

I joined OHM in the search for a quick and effective workout! I mean who doesn’t have 25 minutes to do something for themselves! I figured that there is no excuse with a workout that short!
At first, i was totally curious about the suit (I still am!) it’s not the most flattering and it’s tight (meant to be!) but after a couple classes, you don’t even pay attention to how it looks because everyone’s wearing it 😂 Let me say this: it is no joke! It is hard and you will be surprised at how you feel that you have worked your muscles! Looking forward to seeing results soon! Another benefit is the red light therapy that you can use after working out! So many benefits! Oh and the FLO water machine!!!!

I'm 70 years old and lived my life as a contractor and carpenter. Now that I'm semi retired I thought I would try this type of routine to help maintain my muscle mass and fitness. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of muscle usage I got out of it while not really exerting myself that much.
My instructor, Molly was very upbeat and professional, keeping the class moving, and offering great words of encouragement to all the attendees.

I had seen ohm fitness type workouts on the news and reality tv and always wanted to try it. I was so excited when I saw that ohm was opening right by my house and was the first person to sign up. Each class is fun and challenging. I love that it is only 25 minutes and I always feel sore the next day like I worked out for hours. What an amazing workout. It’s short but tough. You definitely know you worked out but it’s a good soreness. The trainers are all great and all a little different. Stacy is the toughest and really pushes you. Breon is the most mind and body. He really focuses on his breath and Molly is right in the middle. I won’t say my favorite but I really enjoy all of them. 25 minutes = 2 to 3 hours in a regular gym. You can’t beat that. Try it. You love it.

This is a very unique and different type of workout than I have ever experienced!
