Hands down my favorite yoga studio in the valley, and Jason is my favorite instructor. I struggle to connect with much of the yoga taught around the valley, and I have been to many studios over the years. One Tribe is the most authentic studio to the full practice of yoga, and not just a fitness class. If you are anywhere near One Tribe, don't bother looking anywhere else and just sign up here.

I discovered One Tribe almost one year ago when I attended a free class on July 4th. I could not be more grateful to have found such a wonderful community of teachers and yogis. There are so many classes to choose from but my absolute favorite is the hot vinyasa which kicks my ass even after a year of practicing consistently! If you love yoga and community, this place is for you. Absolutely the best.

I joined One Tribe a year ago, after not having a studio for 4 years. It is such a welcoming environment, with a variety of class offerings, and regular workshops. The energy is high, the stoke is real and the practice has just the right amount of challenge. The classes incorporate both guided sequences and time to flow on The studio has several package offerings to suit any practice schedule, and even has a shower so you get ready for the day. Wherever you are in your yoga journey, if you are looking for a great studio for community and accountability.... One Tribe is the place to go.

I attended the Breathing and Ice Plunge workshop this past weekend. Excellent class. Jason taught us how to breathe for maximum impact. I was surprised at how long I was able to stay submerged in the ice bath using the breathing techniques we learned in the workshop. I highly recommend you attend the next one! One Tribe Yoga and Wellness...the best yoga community in AZ! Stop by and join the fun. @onetribeyoga #solflowchallenge

Love this place! It is a place to focus and strengthen not only my body but my mind too. The practice, the breathing techniques and awareness that comes from the practice cross over to other aspects in life.. and it’s a great feeling to tackle life, knowing everything is temporary. We just have to trust the process and breathe! ❤️

I’ve been coming here for almost five years, and in all that time, I have never had anything less than an amazing experience. The people here have become more than just familiar faces—they’ve become family.

The community is vibrant, uplifting, and full of joy and kindness. Every time I walk through the doors, I feel welcomed, seen, and supported. The classes are beautifully challenging in the best way—they help you connect with your body, your breath, and your strength in ways you didn’t know were possible.

After a class at One Tribe, I leave feeling strong, empowered, and full of life. This studio has played such a powerful role in my personal growth and well-being. If you’re looking for a space that nourishes your body, mind, and soul, this is it.

Thank you, One Tribe, for being such a light in my life. 💛

I am incredibly grateful to have found a home for my yoga practice once again. This Yoga studio is truly special. One Tribe Yoga embodies a diverse range of students, unwavering dedication, strength, compassion, and a radiant light. My teachers, Jason and Kerri, infuse their classes with ancient Yoga wisdom, their genuine love for everyone, creativity, and constant challenge. Their staff, the studio, and the One Tribe community are all incredibly welcoming and lovely.
Thank you, Mara 🙏🧘🏻‍♀️❤️

If you’re looking for a yoga “HOME” One Tribe is for you! Not only is it kept clean (a big issue for me) it’s the first studio I’ve ever experienced where there are no mirrors to mess with your ego and the owners and staff are ALL the most knowledgeable, kind, compassionate people I’ve encountered in AZ since moving here in 2001! The other thing that is so fabulous about this studio is how many evening practices they have available; so many studios have hardly any in this neighborhood. AND there is a variety of therapeutic massage offerings available too! And workshops as well! I could go on and on about how wonderful it is to be a member of One Tribe. IT HAS BEEN LIFE CHANGING in the best way for me!

Jason and Kerri have created an amazing community and brand at One Tribe. The yoga, the massages, the workshops, the studio, the teachers are all first class! I highly recommend this studio for all levels of yogis.

5/18/25 - Just wanted to add, that after 2 years, I still continue to come back and love the vibe and community at One Tribe. The yoga, the massage, the workshops... they are always striving to push us to be the best humans we can be, in all the fun and challenging ways. It won't always be easy, but you will be in great hands with great company!

Haven’t been to this studio just yet but can easily say the owner is an amazing guy! After an incidental run in while trying to find parking for a business lunch at Postinos (shared in the same complex as them) the owner was extremely kind in allowing me to park nearby and after chatting with him definitely looking into booking a class there soon!!

I have been a member of One Tribe for 5 years and I would never go anywhere else. Having taken yoga classes at various studios for many years prior, and being a very regular yogi at several studios, I have never felt a community like this one. They (teachers, front desk, owners, ALL of them) try to get to know your name and to know YOU. The classes are challenging and fun. I love Hot Vinyasa because it has fun music, upbeat and oftentimes hysterically funny teachers. I used to think I'd never get the flow on my own, but I do now! It's challenging but it keeps me on my toes and out of my head. I love Ashtanga because it's reliable, the same series every time, also very challenging, and it makes me stronger and more flexible. I do a mix of both every week. I drive 20 minutes each way, totally worth the time!! If there were a studio around the corner, I'd still go to One Tribe. Oh and the massage?! Treat yourself and get the membership :)

One Tribe is my happy place! I've gotten the best massages of my life from my masseuse Kerri. For years, I've been a regular client and after each and every massage, I leave refreshed and renewed.
I've taken many yoga classes from Jason and Kerri and love their ability to individualize my workouts, for me. The staff at One Tribe is friendly and helpful from the moment I check in until I leave. My comfort is of utmost importance to them and I appreciate their concern. I highly recommend One Tribe for yoga and massage.

I’ve known Kerri & Jason almost 10 years. I followed them from LifeTime when they opened their own studio six years ago. It’s important to note how much I enjoyed Kenlynn’s classes and the studio during this six years.

I rarely went to Jason’s classes because he feels it’s acceptable to use music with the “n” word in lyrics. I avoided his class as a result. FOR SIX YEARS!

Unfortunately when the leader incorporates this kind of music his disciples will follow. This is concerning since they also provide a Yoga Teacher Training course several times a year putting more instructors into the community with their lack of understanding of the problem.

Over a 60 day period three different instructors have used music with those lyrics in their studio. The last time it occurred was after I had sent an email to J&K asking them to ban music with the “n” word as I find it not at all conducive to a mind body workout, as yoga is. I also indicated I find the word quite repulsive and it completely removes me from the peaceful state of zen I’m trying to reach.

It took them two full days to get back to me, and the conversation with K indicated no apology nor commitment to considering a music policy banning the word.

When the third instructor used a song with those lyrics I had no choice but to walk out in middle of class, and never return again.

I sent a second email to J&K and was told no, they wouldn’t consider such a policy and as a matter of fact had no conversations with their instructor’s about my complaint. Kerri even went as far to tell me how I shouldn’t be offended, the word is now in vogue according to a NY Times article.

That’s pretty offensive.

Jason told me what about those black artist, don’t they have a right to make money. Again proving his cluelessness with not only racism but the music industry. Artists don’t make money off your downloads you use in class. He even went as far to say he wouldn’t censor an instructors right to use motivating music.

Excuse me!

Their total lack of understanding of racism and discriminatory behavior is in contradiction with their brand. We all can’t be one tribe, one race, we’re all human, if you are continuing to degrade the black race. And as one of a handful of black members, you should be ashamed to call yourself OneTribe.

This review is written with mixed emotions as I truly loved going to their studio, but their white perspective of the word is hindering their ability to see clearly.

I will never return to this yoga community I built over last ten years at a time I needed it most with the passing of my 40 yo daughter.

I trust if you are black, or offended by their behavior, you choose another yoga studio to spend your money.

I’ve been going to One Tribe for years. Most of the music played during the hot vinyasa class is pop music, and it varies from day to day. I’ve never felt a racist vibe there. It always feels very inclusive of all races and genders, and they even made some rainbow shirts for Pride month which I thought was nice.

Please don’t censor or ban the hip hop/rap, or any music played there because of a bad review. One of the main reasons I go to these classes is so I can hear a variety of upbeat music rather than that boring vanilla music that most yoga teachers play.

Also, for another reviewer to proclaim that a yoga studio is racist because they occasionally play or enjoy rap or hip hop (including, but not limited to, Grammy nominated iconic artists like Snoop Dogg, Notorious BIG, Ice Cube and others who sometimes use the “n” word) is a radical assumption and misguided.

I love this studio! Thank you One Tribe!

Over the past month, I have explored all of the studios in my area via ClassPass. While there are so many amazing ones, this studio takes the cake. Every single class has been so heart opening and special. I have gained so much just from the three classes I have taken here. The culture and community here is unbelievable- every single employee and student is so friendly and welcoming! This is not a pretentious, fitness yoga studio, this is a spiritually, emotionally, and physically challenging space where everyone (regardless of where they are in their journey) is welcome. The vibes are ✨ E M A C U L A T E ✨.

Jason’s Long Slow Deep class is definitely not beginner friendly, and that was my first yoga class in a year, so it was DEFINITELY an initiation. Besides feeling sick, because it’s a heated class and I did not realize it was a heated class, I felt amazing. His motivational pep talks and guided prompts brought me into a deeper practice than I ever thought I could. He also made me feel comfortable RESTING when it was too much for me.

The new girl (I forget her name, so sorry!!) that teaches the Wednesday night Slow Flow class is a heart-led teacher and incredibly sweet. She is very hands on with her corrections (with consent and she rubs her hands to alert the person she’s about to go hands on), which I really appreciate. She is also a Trigger Point practitioner, so she really knows how to help you deepen in your asanas. Her commentary was also very insightful. You can tell she lives and breathes what she talks about!

Deb’s Yin Flow class was so gentle. She created a safe atmosphere, reminding us that we are safe in our bodies, and that there was no judgement for any emotions that needed to be released. I loved that she reminded us of this several times during the hip opening stretches (the hips hold a lot of emotions and trauma for many people).

This is my favorite studio. If you’re on the fence, try a class out. You won’t regret it. ❤️

I had the most incredible massage with Nikki! She is a true healer and it truly shows with how intentional she is with her techniques. To top it all off, she is also an incredibly kind soul. This spot an absolute must for all things wellness! I’ve been fortunate enough to also attend yoga once and it was such a beautiful class. I hope to be back in their studio soon - for both a massage with Nikki and a yoga class!

One Tribe is absolutely fantastic. Each month I book the most amazing massage I've ever had in my life with Jason, and I attend Yin Yoga every Tuesday with Kimberley and every Thursday with Deb. The yin classes taught by these incredible teachers have been life-changing. I finally have relief from chronic hip, neck, and back pain, and I am learning to manage my stress through breathing and mindfulness. Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly. It's clean, it's groovy, and yes, it smells amazing. I LOVE this place and recommend it to anyone looking for massage and/or yoga. I cannot sing its praises enough.

If I could give this class 0 stars I would. This was the worst yoga experience I’ve ever had. The flow made no sense, the music was chaotic, and there was 0 direction in the class from the instructor. At one point everyone was weirdly just flowing at their own pace and doing different things. The instructor didn’t even know or name the poses. This should not be called a vinyasa flow, it’s just some weird cult with zero yoga experience.

I have been going to this studio for several months now and have only had positive experiences. All of the classes I have been to have been different which is nice when you have a set schedule and may not get to explore all the different types of classes they offer.

There is something offered for all levels (truly!) And everyone is so welcoming. The environment they create always helps set the mood and get you into your flow. Even with the fuller classes you still have your own space and don't feel like sardines.

The only conflict that I have run into is the parking lot can get full (literally not one space open) due to the location being in a busy area with other businesses, but it's not enough of a draw back for me to change the review as you normally end up getting a spot or can park across the street if needed.

I started yoga with a few welcome offers in the area, I'm glad I started here because it's so welcoming. After exploring the area for a couple months, I came right back and got the unlimited pass.

I have been very fit most of my adult life - I never realized how good I could feel until I took yoga seriously for a few months. I sometimes walk in feeling stressed out & like I've been fighting my body all day and walk out feeling relaxed in mind and body.

Where to begin... yoga, an authentic yogi experience combined with a very individualistic style. Truly one-of-a-kind. Aside from that, Kerri and Jason (founders) have built a wonderful community that starts with their own consistently warm welcomes (and all are welcomed there!) Though everyone there is wonderful. You will always feel like you're among friends. Finally, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention their other wellness service, many call it a masaage but its so much more than that. In addition to the skilled physical component, it's akin to a gift of love, because that's what goes into it, and you'll leave with an overall sense of serenity and well-being. Whether you decide on the yoga or the massage, your body and mind will thank you. If you were on the fence, I hope this convinces you to give them a try! Cheers!

If you're pretty athletic and practiced in yoga I think this place would be great but for a novice like me even the slow flow class was too fast. There's only one yoga room and it's always packed in there. It gets really hot and stuffy in there and personally it's just too intense for me. Wouldn't reccomend for novices or people with any kind of handicaps.

In short, if you're okay with heat and intensity this could work for you.

My friend Ingryd got me to show up to a "yoga" class, didn't realize it was HOT YOGA! (I get this for trusting my friend).
It was a Hot Vinyasa class with Celeste, do your first class with her. She does an amazing job of teaching and explaining all of the steps. I gots the ADHD and I'm new to yoga. Remembering all the movements can seem overwhelming. Celeste took the time to really make sure I understood and has one of the best playlists to rock out to while your body pours out sweat. I was lost in the sauce and loved it.
Then I did a Slow Flow class with Barbara, and let me tell you I am invincible now. I signed up and now I'm a member, Celeste & Barbara, I love you ladies. Thanks for being amazing coaches.

PS there is a smol dog here that is v cute & let me pet it.
10/10 would recommend coming to this place.

But they welcomed me and made me feel so comfortable. Still shy haha, but now they’re stuck with me! The owners are some of the most genuine people I've ever met and the way they set up their studio is with the most extremely comfortable and relaxing ambiance. The people they attract are also genuine so you're working with a solid surrounding. There's also a lot of variety in their classes. I don't think any two classes are quite the same. I didn't even realize that other yoga studios were so cookie-cutter until I experienced doing sessions here. My wife takes the more challenging classes and I can tell that she's really challenged to perform at her peak. Me, I tag along for the easier ones and enjoy that there's something for everyone here. I hate doing yoga, but I like doing it here.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the studio! Kerri, Jason, Kenlynn and Celeste are awesome. The classes, which are at perfect times for my schedule have been fantastic and I am excited to try some of the other offerings.

I’m so impressed by this lovely modern relaxing yoga studio. Was pleasantly surprised they are also offering massage. You must stop in and check this out if you live near Tempe Chandler, Ahwatukee area . Jason and Kerri are such a wonderful couple. Very helpful with questions about yoga. This business is the perfect addition to the newly remodeled mall near Tempe Public Market Cafe, Landis Cyclery, and Sole Sports.
