Since joining OTF 3 years ago, I have really enjoyed my OTF workouts. The coaches, the variety, and the challenge of the workouts keep me going. I have never been so successful in staying on a workout routine. In addition, I love to see my progress in my strength and performance.

OTF is constantly challenging you. Work outs change everyday. There is someone there to correct you if your doing something wrong and encourage you along the way! Best part of OTF is that you donβt have to think about what work outs your going to do when you get to the gym, you just show up and do them!

This place is awesome! I love the workouts and the staff and coaches are friendly and enthusiastic. They really get to know the members and have lots of fun, even setting up out of the gym activities to do. It's a little pricey but for me, it's the only program I've stuck with so it's worth it!

OTF is the right gym for you if you need structure when working out. The exercises are incredible. You accomplish so much in just one class. Fat burning, Muscle gain, a better attitude for the day.. The coaches at this location are fantastic!!! They're really knowledgeable, helpful, and so positive! I've been going to OTF for about a month now and have lost 25lbs!!!! Thank you OTF! Shout out to Trent and Kaitlin!β‘

Absolutely amazing staff. Hands down the best customer service I have ever experience from any gym. Orange Theory Coach/Trainer Kaitlin A., is amazing and holds the many great qualities a coach needs for people like just starting their fitness journey. She has a very uplifting and supportive personality that you just don't find anywhere. Her college athletic career experience allows her to coach her students in a manner that is appropriate for them. I highly recommend taking her class!! She was able to send me over to their sales associate Makenzie! Mackenzie was able to set my membership up smoothly and answered all the questions I asked in nice and professional manner. She discusses all the membership options that are available to me and help me pick the best one to best assist me in reaching my fitness goal. She is very knowledgeable about the gym and all that it has to offer their members!! She displayed great customer services as well as excellent communication skills when talking to me. Kaitlin & Mackenzie are what OrangeTheory is all about! Very pleased to have met and signed up through them!

I enjoy the community at my studio. I know that showing up to class means a room full of smiling faces at the beginning and sweaty faces by the end. Nothing is better than our collective work toward physical and mental health. Orangetheory is the community I never knew I needed.

I am not a workout person. I do not enjoy the gym or doing anything active really. In fact, I filled out a survey recently and it asked if I was active and I went to check no, but it listed "extremely active" as working out 3+ days a week, which I go 4 days. I was kind of taken aback by realizing how Orangetheory is keeping my active. I am a naturally lazy sloth person, I enjoy sitting on my bum all day with some Disney Plus or Netflix, but only after I've gotten my workout in! The thunderbird location is new and is staffed with some of the nicest people! They always remember who you are, chat about your life, joke with you, and are actual PEOPLE not pushy sales associates, or rude sales associates who ignore you. The coaches here are great! Head coach Holly is AMAZING! I take her weekend classes every weekend! I can't wait to try a 90 min class with her in Jan! (I still don't think that taking a 90 min class counts as me being active haha) I've taken a few classes with Sarai, who has the BEST playlist! Both coaches are SUPER encouraging, tellings us to listen to our bodies, you're here for the long haul, don't kill your body today - keep working at it and don't overdo it. Always reminding us to take it down a notch if we need to, and to stay hydrated. But don't be fooled! Both coaches, Holly especially, will walk over with a heavier weight if they know you can handle more! They both offer a range of modifications if you can't do the full move yet, or have an injury preventing you from doing it. Always ask and they will help! Orangetheory has changed my life, I like going to class, I don't love working out, but I love the people I work out with and my coaches who make the workout as fun as it can be for sweating off 3 lbs of water weight a class haha.

This location is a great place to workout! The staff and coaches are really friendly. The coaches, especially Sarai and Holly, are wonderful. They are very encouraging, and they help you adjust the workouts to your own fitness level. I definitely recommend it!

I like the fact that everyone is supportive of one another from the coaches to the people you are taking classes with. You get to know new people. Most importantly this class is not like going to the regular gym where you have to figure out what to do. The coaches show you the way and push you to meet your goals!!! I Love It!!! Iβm glad my family and I joined.

I love working out here! The coaches are super awesome and motivate the entire class. They push you to do the best you can. It's not intimating at all. For a noob to working out like me, they help me with my form when on the weight floor. If you're looking for place to workout to burn calories give #OTThunder a try!

Exercising at Orange Theory is absolutely amazing. The workouts are fun, fresh, and encourage you to push the hardest you can. The coaches and employees treat you like gold. I highly recommend joining. If I could give 6 stars I would.

If you're considering joining a traditional, just stop it. This is likely the gym you've been looking for because it meets all the mental, physical and emotional criteria. You can get a quick, guided work out in ONE hour, have a ton of support, personal training for you in a group setting and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. It's a great environment. It feels like old friends. All YOU have to do is show up! :D

Iβve never been to Orange Theory Fitness before, but Iβve heard a lot of good things about it! :) Based on the things that people have told me, they seem to take good care of their employees and the concept of their workouts seem incredibly beneficial and really intense! Iβd definitely be willing to give Orange Theory Fitness a try one of these days! :D
