Can't recommend Paragon strongly enough. They make me want to move to Flagstaff. For real.

Hands down, Paragon and their trainers are the best of the best movement guides I've ever met. I've worked with Ryan 1x1, attended in-person group fitness classes, subscribed to the online training library, and completed the online ski/slopes training protocol.

Across the board, their programming is thoroughly researched, incredibly creative, and unequivocally challenging!

I went to see Ryan 10 days prior to a 50k (in sand dunes no less) with heel pain that had been nagging for months. With just some simple exercises I was able to toe the line with zero pain on my heels and finish the grueling course. The best part is that just two days after the race I returned to my running routine and still no heel pain! Thank you Ryan!

Ryan and his team at Paragon were absolutely outstanding. From the moment we walked through the door, they greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel right at home. We came in seeking a gait analysis for my son, a high school runner, in hopes of identifying any imbalances and developing a plan to enhance his running economy.

Ryan immediately understood our objective and wasted no time in getting to work. He not only prescribed a series of effective drills to strengthen my son's areas of weakness, but he also took the time to explain the purpose behind each exercise in great detail. It was clear that Ryan thought deeply about our goals and tailored the routine specifically to meet our needs. This level of personalized attention was truly impressive and set Paragon apart from other facilities we have been to in the past.

To add to our wonderful experience, Ryan's wife (presumably) was equally accommodating and friendly. Her genuine kindness and willingness to assist truly made a lasting impression.

Our visit surpassed all expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of sports performance analysis and training. I injured my shoulder climbing and spent the next 8 months frustratingly going from PT to PT with little to no results. I was ready to walk away from the sport I loved until a friend mentioned Paragon and talked about the results he had seen. I met with Ryan weekly, and slowly but surely my shoulder began to heal. I was able to start pushing my limits again and am almost back to climbing at my previous level. You might have had helpful physio/PT before but Paragon is a a different level. Nowhere else did I learn what muscles I can activate and strengthen to boost my running endurance, avoiding pain and optimize running form. The same approach works for other athletes like climbers, equestrians, swimmers. Unsurprisingly, all staff are great athletes themselves. Highly recommended!

3 months ago I had difficulty hiking more than 7 miles due to hip/back pain. I had a gait evaluation with Laurel followed by corrective exercises with follow ups and last week completed 17 mile hike With NO problems except 1 small foot blister. I didn’t need to ice any joints and felt great the next day!!! Woohoo!!
Laurels knowledge, insight and encouraging nature is amazing. If you want to do what you couldn’t do before, see Laurel and just do what she says!!!!!😊

Just when I thought it wasn’t possible for Paragon to get any more amazing…well, it did!! I have two kiddos and it isn’t always possible to get in to the gym… now they offer online and in-person classes! Problem solved!
