I can't say enough about this Icardio class! Going to the gym on my own sucks! Chris Turner makes every class fun, challenging and sweaty! It is truly the best money I have ever spent on myself! Not only does he work you out, he also provides you with a meal plan so that you're not working out in vain! So much fun I truly do look forward to going to class! There are all body types that work out in there so don't let an idea that everyone in there is in pristine shape stand in the way of trying it out because it's a no judgement zone.

By far the best gym I've joined and I've joined plenty. Chris Turner is a phenomenal trainer. His workouts are absolutely great. I started two weeks ago with him putting me on a meal plan and I am down 9lbs and I feel great. The atmosphere is great, the music keeps you moving and every one there is there to get it done. Definitely a no judgment gym. I love it!

iCardio Fitness is a dream come true! An hour workout at iCardo took me a week to achieve the same calories burned by myself. I have a weak knee from a sports injury so cardio has always been a struggle because of pain it would cause. Since iCardio is a LOW impact cardio gym, I have literally have not had any pain in my knee! They have equipment there that I’ve never seen before and you can’t find it at a normal gym. Chris is absolutely amazing and extremely motivating! You’ll never be bored doing a cardio workout with him, he makes it very fun! I never thought I would use the words β€œcardio” and β€œfun” in the same sentence, but I just did! If you are an extremely busy person like I am and don’t have time to run 6 miles a day to only experience the high impact pain the next day, then iCardio is a perfect place to start!

I have been training with Chris at icardio fitness for a month and I have already seen great results!! My favorite thing about icardio is the workouts are one hour long which is very beneficial because I am a very busy person so getting my cardio, core, weight training and functional training done in one hour makes it very efficient.Chris is very motivating with his words while he coaches us through the whole workout.everyday is different but still a great workout! i recommend icardio for everybody! they make fitness fun!
