We hired William Warren to train our dog. He stated to us that it will be $300 for 10 sessions. We paid him gave him our particulars and address. We agreed on a date that he will start the sessions and he never showed up. We tried contacting him for a good month and a half and he kept avoiding our efforts to get in contact with him.
Eventually we spoke and he agreed to refund our money from a week of our conversation. More than a week went by and no refund, plus he is avoiding our messages to return our money for services not rendered. This is very unprofessional for a LLC company and not good business. His excuse was he didn't know we lived far away when in the beginning we gave him our address. If there was a survey for customer service he wouldn't get any stars and I hope people read this to protect themselves from people like William.
