I've been working out with Physique Republic for about a year now. Love the transition to virtual workouts - so convenient! I'm in the best shape of my life and I haven't been to the gym in months. I love working out with Nathan! Iβm in my 30s and have avoided working out at all up until this point because I find big crowded gyms to be intimidating. Having recently had a baby, I wanted to get back in shape and Nathan finds ways to make fitness fun, but still challenges me to push myself in every workout. I highly recommend his individual sessions, they are SO worth it!!

Nate is the truth! Between all the new exercises and attention to my personal needs, and the great environment, every workout has been an absolutely fun and positive experience. Iβve noticed the differences in my conditioning and strength. I thought I was working out well on my own but I learned there were improvements to make!!!! Nathan is the best! He's been my trainer for about 5 years, and even during my busiest months in my schedule, he is more than flexible and I always get a great workout! I used to hop from gym to gym, as I would often get tired or bored of the same type of workout. Nathan is always showing his clients new workouts, or making modifications to traditional moves to provide each person the most efficient and safe training. I started working out with Nate at Independence Gym. Now I am working out with him at a private gym. Machines are always available and I get to pick the music playlist. I get a focused workout pushing me up to, but not past my limits. Nate keeps me focused and accountable while having fun.

Nate is an amazing trainer. No workout is the same, so everyday is different which I love. He focuses on your goals and is always willing to answer any questions whether it be physical or nutritional questions. I would definitely recommend Nate, he is professional but makes the workouts fun.

I started working out with Nathan in October 2015, after I retired from work. From day #1, Nathan has done a superb job getting me into shape, while having a good time doing it. The strength in my legs and arms has improved beyond belief!!
Some examples; when I first started and got on the treadmill my speed was 2.2 to 2.4 mph. Today I'm at 3.0 to 3.4 mph. I can do over 10,000 steps on my Fitbit daily, without any issues!! Walking is now fun and not a chore, whether you are just walking, shopping or playing a game of golf.
My arm strength has seen a Big Change for me. I could hardly do 1-2 pushups, today on our exercise Reps, I can do (3) sets, the 1st at 8 reps, 10 and now 12 pushups at a time. We do various other upper body and arm workouts, which have added to my strength.
My golf game has made a significant change. My drives from the Tee Box have gone from140-160 yard to now 180 -230 yards!! My co-golfing buddies can't believe the change in my game from last fall to now!!
