First time client booked a 5 pm class drove 76 miles one way to show up and find out they had the wrong one of the class wrong on their scheduled! Frustration and disappointment and will never return. 3 hours of drive time and built my entire day around a 5 pm class.

I was visiting Flagstaff and bought the one week unlimited pass at Pilates 66. I liked the mix of tower and reformer classes that they offered. I took the Tower, Reformer, Advanced reformer, and Cardio Tramp Fusion classes. I wasn’t familiar with the brand of reformer they use but the instructor and classmates were very helpful. Each class had about 12 people but the instruction still felt personalized. The Cardio tramp fusion was challenging, good cardio and a mix of trampoline and reformer, and the chair. There seem to be many regulars so the studio has a loyal following. I enjoyed all of them and would definitely go back on another visit.

I love this studio. All of the instructors are wonderful and very well trained. It’s not just a Pilates class for exercise. It goes way beyond that. The level of knowledge about how are bodies work matters. I take what they teach out into the real world so I walk better. Hike better. And move better. I’ve been to other studios and this one is the best. The equipment is top notch and the space has great lighting and is very relaxing. I can’t say enough good things.

I don’t know why it took me so long to try Pilates because I absolutely love it! Lucky to have tried my first class at Root66. Kelsey is amazing as are all the instructors. Pilates at roots 66 really focuses on your form, core and spine mobility. I had no idea that Pilates could strengthen your body so well and require a lot of mindfulness which makes it NEVER boring! 💕

I highly recommend Root 66 fit! I have tried a lot of workout through the years and Pilates with Kelsey by far is the best. I have resolved knee pain and stayed injury free on my bike packing trips. Was in town for a month for swimming and wanted to take a few pilates classes. Kelsey was very nice and worked with us to be able to join classes! Took classes with Kelsey and Sandy and loved them. When I first wanted to take a Pilates class I was intimidated and nervous. However when joining Roots66 the instructors were so kind and accepting and always made me feel welcome. I’ve taken 2 classes here with Josie. I had a back injury about 10 years ago that still haunts me as I have residual pain that’s actually migrated up from my point of injury. I do a lot of yoga and stretching but still have the pain. I didn’t know what to expect coming into a new type of workout but Josie is extremely thorough and clear with her explanations. I believe this is the only type of workout that’s helped to strengthen my back. I’ve left here feeling strong and motivated both classes.

She may be small in stature. Once you get to know her you are pleasantly surprised. She takes over after a full assessment of your body and WOW. The work out is hard and strict she makes her point. If you don't know who I'm talking about then you don't know Kelsey. She has taken my 77 year old body and I am firmly on the road to being the best 77 year old I can be physically and emotionally. I’ve tried many different types of gyms, but I have never felt stronger when skiing and mountain biking since starting Pilates 18 months ago. I am 55 and recently skied 6 out of 7 days on a ski trip.
