Outstanding gym! I have been coming for a few years now and I’m so motivated each day to go. I’m not a huge fan of leaving my house, as doing so often requires me to interact with people (LOL), but after a few years into being 40, it was apparent that squeezing my butt cheeks together while vacuuming would no longer be effective in my fight against perimenopause. I spent several months trying countless gyms across the valley, but the more gyms I tried, the more inclined I was to stay home and take online autism assessments. I was about to sign up at a gym I hated, knowing I would never use my membership, but thankfully, I decided to try a class at the Pitt. The coaches are remarkable, and the workouts are spectacular, but it is the community that makes Pitt Fitness truly special. They support, encourage, and motivate one another, and they welcomed me with open arms from day one. They continue to push me to be the best version of myself, and I actually look forward to each class. I am getting noticeably stronger, I am feeling less socially awkward, and my butt jiggles less when I’m naked. Thank you, Pitt Fitness!

Hello everyone. I'm in my early 50s and work at a warehouse loading dairy, deli, and frozen pallets into refrigerated trailers with a single jack. I am in dire need of physical exercise and stretching. Today, I visited Pitt Fitness for a 30-minute free exercise. However, before the exercise, I arrived early (around 7 a.m.) for my scheduled appointment. I was greeted by trainer Toni. In addition, I had the incredible pleasure of being heard, led, and supported by Rebecca and a gentleman (I can't recall his name) for my free exercise. All three of these individuals and the group doing their hour of exercise were great company! I will be committing soon.

Grateful to have PittFitness Training in my life. Not your everyday cookie cutter gym. You can push yourself as little or as hard as you want here. Coaches will adjust the group workouts to meet your needs as necessary. This place caters to its people, who they treat like family. I have worked out with young adults fresh out of high school to middle-aged people and seniors. Everyone at different stages in life and fitness levels. All wanting to improve their lives through fitness.

Another huge positive is that I don't have to think about what exercises I need to do throughout the week. I just show up knowing that for the next hour I'll get a great workout in with other like minded people. They use a good app that allows me to sign up for group workouts, see who the trainer is and what the exercises are for that class. Classes start with a warm-up session and then the coach will run through the exercises for the day making sure everyone understands the movements and the expected workout flow. Once the group training starts the coach will monitor the group and make sure everyone is using proper form, throwing out words of encouragement and making sure everyone is ok and having as much fun as possible. They are always available to answer any questions and re-demonstrate movements as needed.

This place is veteran friendly and I love how they occasionally have "Hero" workouts. These are workouts that usually honor fallen soldiers and/or public service men & women (firefighters/police/first responders).

So yeah I am very happy with this gym and I highly recommend!

Wow, first timer at PITT today and can’t say enough about what a great experience I had from the moment I entered the door. I was super nervous walking into a new gym since I haven’t been to one in such a long time. I was immediately greeted by a rather handsome, fit and stocky coach who introduced himself to me. Forgive me because I can’t remember his name but I think his name was Coach Dan. Anyway, it was a full body workout broken up into two different WODS for 18 mins each. I really enjoyed our pre-workout stretch which the coach provided and led an explanation of all movements.

I have no idea what shoulder taps are but I agree with Coach Dan, completely worthless exercise soo glad we didn’t have to do them. I guess it’s an inside joke at PITT with him lol. Next, warmups consisted of some stretching and then a short circuit to get the heart rate up before actual workout. Warm up was easy, well explained and I felt I was ready to workout now after we finished. Now, the dreaded full body WOD. I have to say it was great and the music playlist was on point! Everyone was so welcoming, motivating and just as tired as I was after the workout.

My fear of a group fitness class is over now and I plan on returning back to PITT Fitness for more workouts. I was told they have many different class times and coaches but I think I’ll stick to any class that Coach Dan is coaching because I just thought he went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and helped modify some of the movements to suit my needs. I couldn’t have asked for anything more for my first class. Thank you PITT Fitness!

Hands down the best group of trainers I’ve had in over 30 years of “gym hopping” in the SE valley. Challenging works out that are always different and can easily be modified for any level. Trainers are always offering lots of guidance and support. Nice facilty and equipment. The comradery and smaller classes make workouts enjoyable no matter how tough. I won’t be looking to gym hop anytime soon. Finally found a home.

Pitt Fittness is excellent. For years I've worked out at the typical big brand gym's and clubs in town and haven't really gotten any good, meaningful results. If you're looking for a place to build life strength and great overall strengthening and conditioning of the core, this is the perfect place. Whether you're interest in group classes or private training sessions, their trainers and instructors are amazing.

I participate in group classes, several times a week and one on one training sessions with Chris twice a week and I am seeing great results. Chris is very intuitive and knowledgeable with his training. He requires stretching and mobility drills prior to getting into the workout, which is paramount in preventing injury. I'm looking forward to achieving many more milestones with Chris and the crew at Pitt Fittness!

Today marks my one year PITT anniversary so I wanted to update my previous review for Pitt Fitness. It's hard to believe a year has gone by but it would be even harder to believe I could have traversed through this year without PITT FITNESS in my life. Pitt Fitness isn't just a gym. Pitt Fitness is Family, Pitt Fitness staff and memebrs are Friends and Pitt Fitness is a way to get healthy both physically and mentally. If you're looking for direction to get fit, if you're looking for group Fitness and if you're looking to improve your life then come by PITT FITNESS. You don't have to know anything about fitness since all of the coaching staff can assist you with your goals. Everyone is different and our differences are what I think make this gym so amazing! We have all sizes, shapes, ages and fitness levels at the gym. You don't have to feel intimidated by your lack of skills, limitations or knowledge. All you need is your desire to get healthy and the discipline to show up more days than NOT! If you're coming back from injury start slow and come to Pitt. If you're tired of looking in the mirror or seeing photos of you that you don't recognize anymore start slow and come to Pitt. If want to get healthier and feel better about yourself come to Pitt. And, if you're like me that enjoys challenges then I challenge you to come workout with the Nooners who have the hardest working crew and best music to motivate you through your workout!

How do you properly review something that has changed your life both physically and mentally for the better! Coming back from a back fusion I was hesitant to join a "gym" and lift. So I started hiking to get me by until I was ready to lift weights again. When you suffer from back pain for soo many years and finally get it corrected I was terrified of having another set back. Well, 8 weeks to the day today I was finally ready to join a "gym" and I walked into Pitt Fitness. From the moment I walked in the door I was greated and treated as a true member and welcomed by EVERYONE at Pitt Fitness, not just the coaches. Everyone is truly there to help each other out, coaches help you overcome obstacles and limitations and I can't imagine working out anywhere else. Now, I'm starting a strength training class and feeling like my old self again at 46 years old. If you are stuck in a rutt, need some motivation and don't know where to start give Pitt Fitness a try, it might just change your life as it did mine...Nooners Rule!!!

If I were to rate this on Jon and Dante my favorite coachs 5 stars all the way. I workout at night and look at the schedule to see if Dante or Jon is there. My schedule is busy and having a choice to train Monday through Thursday is great but now Dante won’t be training on Thursdays they are gonna have some combat thing and I don’t want that. If all the night time training changes to some class other than training I will not go. I play soccer and that’s my training I do once a week if my schedule allows

I’ve been part of The Pitt family for 18 months now. Nikki and Brian have been beyond amazing to me and my kids. The Pitt is the best for a number of reasons. First, everyone is welcome in this no judgement place — people range from the top of their fitness game to just starting their change in healthy lifestyle and everywhere in between. Secondly, this is the only place I have found where I have stuck with my fitness plan. I didn’t enjoy working out, I didn’t enjoy eating healthy, but somehow I wake up for a 6 am class every day!! And I’m committed to another year already. Thirdly, the coaching staff is supportive and can differentiate a workout and health goals for every person, they take interest in you as a person, so you get this personal training experience while having the support of members in the gym as well. You can get lower cost memberships all over the east valley, go in and kinda do a workout, but what I have learned is I need my butt kicked all week and I don’t want to think about what I need to do. The Pitt allows you to go for that hour and get the best full body workout you could do. Brian and Nikki do such a great job helping you achieve your goals for exercise and diet if you let them. No failing at The -Pitt.

Don't let limitations stop you. They can work around anything. As well as all the trainers. I signed up for the whole year! Awesome facility. If you want to get fit and feel like you're surrounded by family this is the spot. Occasionally I tried others and always came back!

My kids came here for some practice so I can only review the gym from a visitor's perspective. Seems like a fun place. Limited seating. Indoor basketball or soccer plus lots of crossfit options.

Terrible experience today it left a bad taste in my mouth. If you have to bring a sibling to hang out while you wait this is not the place for you. The place was great till they got my money. We played futsal and basketball here and during half time and quarters kids went on the court and played this was really nice for siblings. We put my daughter in the athlete class on a Thursday first class being a trial. Everyone was really nice they let my son run back and forth on the mat and dribble the basketball the whole hour. They charge my account I come back on Monday and they tell my son he can't run on the mat he can't dribble the ball and they weren't all that nice about it. If I knew my son couldn't run around after a day of school I would not of continued. I thought this was a more family oriented business but I was wrong.

High quality full gym and fitness center. It is often used for community events like basketball! My nephew Ryan plays basketball here every week. They should sell popcorn and snacks!
