This gym is packed after 4pm, restrooms aren't cleaned that well personally, staff make me feel a little like I'm watched at times, especially the young, short, caucasian man, can't remember his name at the moment unfortunately. This gym is definitely for beginners. It's a gym that has equipment and a hydro massage bed if you're willing to pay a ridiculous amount for the "Black" card. Lol. Oh, and if you are late on a payment, you will have to pay a "20$ late fee". Don't say I didn't warn ya. Edited to 2 stars.

The gym atmosphere is great, my only complaint is the hrs on Friday and Saturday. I am not sure why it closes at ten, is the intention to clean the gym? Planet in Washington state are 24/7 and I just moved here a few years back and this gym is fiilltthhhyyyyyy. The hip abductor has been broken for weeks, all the leg curls and leg extensions do not hold your legs in place and snap while working out, the back area of the gym is filthy, the resistance machine that your 8-3pm said would be bolted down a few years back are still unstable and wobble while someone uses it. The hydromassage chairs….striiinnnkkkk of sweat!!! There’s sweat stains!! You can see it! Staff sit on the counters, on their phones, bottles and paper towel dispensers are always empty in the evening time and trash cans are full. There’s two staff members at the front and not one can go fill up the bottles? EOS fitness is opening up across the street, you’d think they’d try to keep their current members happy. :/ if you’re going to close your gyms early on certain days, maybe focus on fixing broken equipment and deep cleaning the gym? Just a thought

First time visiting, extremely large parking lot, RV 18-wheeler friendly. No shade. A little dark inside due to the black ceilings and dark walls, plenty of large air circulation with the large fans.. Good use of space for a median size gym. Visited during the day at 11:00 a.m. And was not too busy.
Not sure how busy it gets in the afternoons when people get off work . That's a time I would visit if I think I want to join this gym. Great stretching area. Showers and bathrooms just need a little cleaning, but they're being used continuously so there should be somebody going in there continuously.
There was a employee with trainer on his shirt, key was not the role model you would expect of a trainer, you want to look up to somebody as an inspiration, and he was definitely way way overweight. Never seen this in other Planet Fitness facilities, they're always in shade because they are role models for others.
Front and desk guy was friendly.
Like any gym, people sit on the machine and scroll through their cell phone with total. Disregard for others.

I joined planet fitness around a year ago ago the people working there were kewl now recently I had to quick my membership because new staff were harassing me plus some short redhead guy with glasses was making out with some Indian guy With long hair outside. These guys are both employees Some sort of lovers connection two employees these guys kissing outside and plus these guys bothering me just got more weird . Sorry I had to Cancel planet fitness I’m now searching for a normal fitness club hope I find one soon . I really don’t care about these weird guys personal lives . I just don’t feel comfortable being trapped in a small building with people that make me feel scared because of the weird stuff happening. I hope this helps some people understand why I’m leaving planet fitness . So I quit as of may 10 th 2025

I've been going to Planet fitness for several months now in the morning and I can confidently say it's a great atmosphere. The facility is always clean, well-organized, and equipped with a wide range of modern machines and free weights that suit any fitness level. Even if there are people who take long on a machine, it’s ok because everyone’s fitness level is different. Joe always makes sure the machines are properly working along with his staff. Upon my 1st experience at thos location, everything seems clean and in good order. However, upon trying to get a membership, the older gentleman absolutely was not listening to me and rushed me through the process. He glossed over questions I had, or didn't answer them by just moving on to the next thing. It was incredibly off putting. Now, I have signed up and I can't change my home building for 3months! I hope I don't have to run into this guy everytime I am here.

Planet Fitness is ok for the basics or someone who is beginning their fitness journey. They only have smith machines, and limited free weights, but the machines they have seem to be in good working order.
The gym and locker room areas are clean, and the front of house personnel are very friendly and welcoming, especially Joe who is very welcoming, friendly, patient, and helpful.
Planet Fitness does seem to have universal issues when it comes to phone customer service, which is not on-site, and an extremely inconvenient cancellation process.
This location’s staff are great, however the global customer service and policies are atrocious. I have cancelled, and will not be returning, as my needs were not met on multiple levels.

I used to go lots after work when I was working close to home. Always very crowded but it's a small gym so no biggie. I'm not able to make it now after work due to my hours and commute. So I went in today to cancel my membership and was actually turned away. How is this possible?? If I wish to cancel my membership I should be entitled to at any point. It's inconvenient enough not to be able to do it online! Went online to try and contact member services and they literally have the link disabled. I would have started my membership up again when my schedule cooled off but now I'll never do business with the company again!! This is so wrong!!

I was burned in an explosion at work. To help with rehab, I got a planet fitness membership in 2021 to use their treadmills. Forged my signature on a document I never reviewed which is a felony. Submitted my cancellation notice in accordance with my membership agreement, I’ve called many times. Spoke to Eric, Sonia Medina (the employee who signed without my consent) Tried to reach the manager Pablo (the manager who told her to sign my signature). All I want is to cancel. I am being forced to escalate this matter. Reading other reviews is concerning as I see many members have experienced this same situation. It leads me to question the accuracy and handling of records at this location. I have documentation of all this. I’m glad I have the time to see this is handled properly.

I’ve been going to the gym for roughly 4 years and the improvements have been great. Not sure what the issue is with the water fountain, but it’s had issues for at least the last two years and now it’s been out of commission for like two weeks so it doesn’t seem that there’s much urgency about having free water in the gym for people to drink. I like the hours of operation, although Saturday would be awesome if it too were open until 10pm. I enjoy the friendly staff and "no judgement zone" which is ideal for a mom of 6 trying to get her figure back! I'm also enjoying this quality time with my older children as they are able to come with me through August 31st with the High School program you offer and its FREE!! The facility is clean and the staff greets you and tells you to enjoy your workout at every entry, it truly gives you that little boost! 😉 I also love the price even though it went up $5 I get it. I recently showed up to the gym in Birkenstocks; forgetting to change into my shoes that were in my car. I was quickly approached by a Joe who told me to change. I went to my car with no problem. Then, as I continue my workout I notice a lady with a different ethnicity than me wearing crocs on a smith machine. I wanted to know the correct protocol so I ask to talk to the same employee who stopped me. Other employees show me he transitioned into working out. I approached him and told him to give the same treatment to other members not wearing appropriate shoes. He debates with me about him doing his job but ignored my frustration. He even dismissed my reaction when I explained crocs being in a category of a sandal with “it’s still a closed shoe”. He continues to argue with me instead of showing sensibility. This is not the energy nor the atmosphere for a professional gym. Although I talked to the manger who was very reasonable and respectful. I’m a black man and ultimately felt singled out for my attire. I completely felt discriminated against in that moment. The employee avoided me and continued to workout without any care for how a customer could feel being mistreated.

Love it when it's open. Been a member since before Covid and was always there late late and now even after Covid, they have not gone back to normal hours. They even advertise this "open 24/5" but are only open 24 hrs 4 days a week. I don't get it. Anytime Fitness doesn't even need employees to stay open all night. How hard is it? I like to work out late weekend nights. How do you just take that away while i still pay the same if not more, and nobody is sick anymore.

Very clean and spacious. Employees are amazing and will take great care of you. Lots of equipment and well maintained, half of the cable fly did faulter but they closed it off. I loved going to this gym while visiting. Only slight issue I had was twice working out in the free weight area and the employee decided to use a very pungent cleaner on the mirrors, it wreaked and ultimately I moved to a different area - a warning would have been nice before they started cleaning.

I'm new to planet fitness in general. For me it's great. I love running as of recently, and when it got too hot out, running outside at night became too much. *Update: Support reached out and after two days of emailing back and forth, they can only suggest asking a manager at the gym about the unusual charges. I can't believe this is how they treat customers.

Would not recommend it. There isn't a clear explanation of charges and there's no way to cancel your membership after the year is up. There is always a huge fee for canceling. No matter if your "contract" is up or not. The website is zero help. They only respond that since it is a franchise, they can't offer billing help. Thanks. If I knew that, I would have never joined. Don't let these people have control to dip into your bank account when they want. I was just charged $110 and nobody can tell me what it was for. After checking my account, it was a ton of little charges? This screams fraud.

Don’t go if your under 25 in the summer they’ll assume you’re a teen and treat you like a kid. They seem to let older people slide with grunts, slamming weights and other “lunk” things, but when you’re younger it’s suddenly not ok.

I’ve been going here since February and had no problems till may. I have a small gym bag, (smaller than a gallon jug) and haven’t had anything said about it for months, but when summer came along they started assuming my pass and age.

I’ve been interrupted multiple times mid set and told I need to buy a lock put it in a locker, or where it mid set, I understand in the free weight area and other places where people walk around, but in places like the squat rack or treadmill where no one is in that dedicated area besides you is just ridiculous.

Again assuming my pass they said I can’t use massage chairs or tanning beds unless I get a “real” membership. All of this without checking the membership I had.

Not to mention the lack of equipment compared to other planet fitnesses and the fact that the max weight on dumbell is 60lb. They don’t have any Normal racks just smith machines.

There was an issue with this club with cleanliness in the men's bathroom locker room shower area. When I fill out a survey about what I thought of the club experience, I was clear.
