Staff is nice. Gym set up not bad. Hours are challenging for me on weekends. When I have time off anywhere near a holiday or weekend evenings this gym is closed or closes early. Long weekday hours are nice when I don't have to get to bed early to work the next day. Now that they took away the calf raises platforms out of all the gyms because 1 person hurt themselves because they didn't know how to use it. Which is not hard to know how to use it correctly. We all sign the same waiver. Then provided no alternative piece of equipment to replace not being able to do standing calf raises. I am using flat weights to stand on now which feels really unsafe. Been a member for 3 years sucks. But might be time to switch.

When I had a membership here, it was a quick and convenient place to visit due to the close proximity to my home. There staff is friendly. However, they don't have the most complete selection of free weights. I do believe this is due to the No Judgement motto this company has.
You are limited in amenities such as a Sauna, Pool and other Gym options you would get at LA Fitness, EOS or Lifetime Fitness.
The hours are a little weird due to 24/5 vs 24/7

I believe I had canceled my membership, but I recently discovered it was only frozen. Without any warning, I was charged an annual fee, which cost significant financial stress. I immediately addressed the issue with the location manager, Rebecca, who directed me to “corporate” but I ended up speaking with regular customer service instead. Since then, I’ve been given the runaround, and the issue remains unresolved. I would definitely not recommend dealing with this location.

They don’t like truckers working out here and I was only here for 1 hr to workout and take a shower. We need to have a life on the road like everyone else. I got a warning sticker by security. We just can’t stay healthy. Truckers stop making deliveries at these place they don’t like use here or respect us for 1 hour to get healthy. Truckers and their families boycott shopping from this plaza.
The plaza security dont allow trucks to be parked in empty lot behind the buildings, i doesnt even make sense whats problem if a trucker parks there for awhile to workout and we aint blocking any door or hydrants but this guys still wanted us to move out of plaza.

The people today had no consideration of customers. Older woman with contacts in her eyes was at the front desk and didn't even bother to acknowledge my presence when I signed in. Younger female was cleaning the restroom when I went in there and she didn't even smile or say hi or anything, and then when I said "hi", she didn't even respond. That makes customers feel appreciated & valued.🫤 I used the tanning, and they don't have lay down at this facility. As a trucker that goes all over the country to many planet fitnesses nearly every day, they all seem to have the good massage chairs until I come to Arizona and then they're the basic old ones that don't even feel like you got a massage. They're not even worse sitting in, it's just like a waste of time & electricity.

The gym is clean and well maintained, and the staff is super responsive to questions and concerns.
Every other gym I visited in the area treated me like a sales target, (ie, didn’t listen to my needs, endless pitches about products and services I stated I didn’t want, eyeing me like I had disappointed them somehow) but the P.F. staff here seemed genuinely glad I had walked in the door.
It’s been a couple decades since I had a gym membership, and P.F. made it so easy to walk in and start up again.
My only complaint would be regarding the folks who use the gym as an internet cafe/cellphone parking lot and take up time on the equipment while checking email or reading Google reviews (So if you’re reading this review while you’re sitting on the leg press machine, I’m prob hanging around waiting for you to be done.).
This location has been a really excellent experience for me since joining a couple months ago. Thank you, P.F.!

The gym was clean and wasn't overly crowded. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. There wasn't one time during interaction did they appear to seem bothered by anyone coming to ask questions or anything. And my favorite part of the workout was that HYDROMASSAGE CHAIR that you have access to with the Black Card Membership. You may or may not feel it is worth it, but for me after not being in the gym for a long, long, long time it helped. When I got home there was no soreness or discomfort from the leg day I subjected myself to.

No issues with the gym, but I have a big issue that 4 out of 16 TVs are Fox News channels. It's offending to me and i can't find a treadmill location without having one fox news TV in my face. 'Judgement Free Zone' but they put on the 'Full of Judgement' in our faces. If they change this, I'll change my rating. At least move them all on one side so we can have a bigots free side of the gym.

Unfortunately planet fitness has incorporated inclusive policies that warrant the ability for men to be in the women’s locker room if you’re a biological female I would recommend a different gym. Preferably a gym that respects YOUR privacy. Absolutely loving this location, new to this location for about a month now and 3 of us in my family have joined, also Sandy is very helpful and such a friendly individual to deal with when i need anything, however, i am disappointed that Fridays it closes at 10pm 😢 I’m shocked that on Fridays when people have time to actually stay later because we can sleep in on Saturdays that we can’t head to the gym for a late night workout at least until midnight. I moved to Goodyear in December and was delighted to find out that my sober home community had a gym membership for its clients! For the last month or so I've been a 5 morning a week member. In and out in an hour. It's really helped me physically and mentally. I've loved getting up early and being productive has really reflected in other areas of my life. But this morning I went in with another client and was denied access! I have a key tag with my name on it but apparently I cannot work out unless the owner of my sober living is present. Well she got the membership for her clients not herself... It's never been a problem until today for some reason. There was also no solution provided. And the boy behind the desk has seen me there on atleast 10 previous occasions.I left extremely upset and disappointed. I suppose I'll just suggest that our 34 clients find somewhere that we are welcome.

We are apart of a sober living and have been coming to this particular gym for a few months now with no hassle. Today we walked in as we usually do and told them we are checking in and what sober living house we were at. The person who was checking us in told us that we are not able to come in now without our owner being present ,which has never happened before . He was very rude about it and gave us no option to figure out a way for us to work out. It has been a big part of our recovery going there and now we aren't able to. Maybe next time you will have a more friendly individual who can help struggling people in recovery figure out a solution. I usually don't talk negative about an establishment and how poor management they are. Today, I had a lady walk up to me after I have beeb there for over a year almost (August 2022) and she says “you’re not supposed to wear shoes” I am flat footed and wearing shoes has caused me to sprain my ankles and almost broke my foot. So whoever is saying it’s unsafe to not wear shoes during a workout is incorrect because it caused you to lose your sense of balance. Wearing no shoes is beneficial for your stance and posture.

The lady then proceeded to talk to the lady next to after she walked up to me twice to tell me to wear shoes. That’s was extremely unprofessional. The matter was handled when I decided to leave. But no, she had to talk to the lady next to me about the situation.

I also didn’t know fabric shoes would prevent a weight falling on your foot because nobody is wearing steel toed boots at the gym.

I will not be renewing my membership after this year and PF has absolutely disappointed me. I will never come back.

So I do the 30 minute workout and I walk in to the room and see 4 ladies sitting on the machines texting on there phones and then I go to one of your staff members to politely go and tell these members to monitor it and she did absolutely nothing . This is a simple solution to this problem every time someone checks in at the front remind them that the 30 minute workout zone is used for only that or have someone from your staff to actually monitor it . It’s like why should I have to monitor it myself and potentially get into an argument with an another member. MONITOR YOUR 30 minute zone

I like this gym, good location, always clean but I come to the gym for the stairmaster (I have some other cardio equipment at home)and for a while 2 of the 4 they had were broken, now they only have 2. Just about every time I come, which honestly is only like 6-8 per month due to my crazy work schedule, the 2 stairmasters are in use. I’m honestly thinking of finding a new gym if I can’t use the equipment because of how few they choose to have. Sounds picky but I chose them in the first place because they had 4 when I started.

I love this gym. The staff is friendly and inviting. I’m a commercial truck driver so I use this to work out and for the showers which are always clean unless someone left their garbage in it right before me. However, there’s a woman who is always sitting in the locker room playing on her phone and waves me down for my attention. When I say always, I mean there hasn’t been one time in the several months I’ve been coming here that she hasn’t been present in the same spot charging her phone and playing on it. Different times of the day, different days of the week.
She isn’t a bother but just kind of in the way some times when the locker room is busy.
