five stars to daisy ! she made my whole day so much better by helping me find my airpod that i dropped in the stairmaster ! i literally was starting to panic and she came over and helped me find it within minutes. she was super nice about it and i think she deserves a raise! i always look forward to seeing daisy and monica when i come to work out and seeing their smiling bright faces ! give them their flowers and raises they deserve it and more !

I can't say enough about my trainer, Sharaud! I have been looking for a trainer who could understand and work with my unique needs, and I have finally found that! He understands where I'm coming from, and where I want to be, and he pushes me while listening to me when I say something's not working for me. And he motivates me! I wouldn't be where I am on this journey without him and I am beyond glad I found him!

02/25 I moved to NOLA, this planet fitness forced me to switch gyms due to money hungry practices! I asked to transfer gyms , NOLA said Havasu had to make switch, I called and wrote a letter. Gyms owner said no and I had to come in to pay $15 balance and request location change in person(1,600) mile trip!. To Date this gym has tried to run my card without their gym credentials every month or two since February AFTER receiving my letter to cancel. No written response was ever received, Monica informed me of "owners" answer. Filing complaint with FTC and just poor business practices here from my experience, go to eos! More/better amenities. 2025 I just believe in only investing in honest businesses with honest business practices run by honorable people. Didn't find that here.

I love this gym! Monica is so upbeat and happy when I come in. She greets everyone who comes in and leaves. I’ve even seen her walking the floor while she’s cleaning talking to other people working out asking how they are doing with their workout and sharing motivational comments with them. You can see she loves what she’s doing and cares about the people that come it. She’s wonderful!

I have been treated unfairly. I signed up for this facility in Lake Havasu city I broke my hip at work so I was unable to go in and cancel my membership and I called and spoke to them and told them this and then they continue to bill me and now will not. I never once went in the facility. I was in a rehab center doing physical therapy and in the hospital for my broke hip and they continue to bail me now they say I owe them a $200 bill And they refuse to let me go back until this bill is Is paid I’m going to seek professional law, a lawyer or some type of deal because they’re very unfair people just please please people beware of what you’re signing

Ive been to a lot of planet fitnesses across the country and this is one of the best I’ve been to. Very clean to the point it feels like a much more expensive gym. The machines, stair masters, and showers were not even busy during peak evening time. Overall great.

My bank froze my Credit Card DUE TO A Fraud Alert on my account. It happened the same day as my Planet Fitness Bill was to be paid. Well They Charged me over $40 w the late fee being over $20. I was so pissed off i was going to cancel my membership. It was out of my control & I couldn't change it. That's Way to much money when we have so many gyms in our small town & there all cheaper than planet fitness.. Im a Senior On A Monthly Budget & that extra money caused me to not be able to buy the grocery I usually do. That's not right.. I will be gone like many other seniors who have left to a cheaper gym. Think about this fee. ITS WAY TO HIGH & I FELL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. IT WONT HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN THATS FOR SURE

Only one hook in the dressing rooms and it is on the door. Door opens outward so all personal clothing is out in the hallway for all to see. There needs to be more hooks on the inside walls. Otherwise, showers are clean and there is adequate hot water and water pressure.

Great staff who take care of their members and shut down unwanted harassment. My huband and I travel for work. I like all the PF locations I've been. I feel staff needs to remind their members to put their phones down and workout. Don't be occupying machines while scrolling/facebooking/texting/talking. Also, it's irritating when members don't use the 30 minute workout area properly. Members will use the area and occupy mashines for several minutes, instead of moving to the next machine when the lights change, the way the area was intended.
But any person with common sense and courtesy wouldn't need to be told these things.

Arrived around 10:30am... gym was really busy with mostly older folks. It felt pretty congested.
The locker room/shower area was pretty busy when I left. It seems alot of people come to just shower and not actually use the gym. There was someone camped out in one of the changing rooms from before I showered until after I left. It would be nice if staff checked on this area and tried to move people along who are clearly abusing the shower area.

Bad bad bad experience with this PF. I had the wrong bank account hooked up to my membership and have been hit with $200+ additional fees just this year. Management told me they can't help. Very unfortunate experience. I was hoping they could credit me back some of these fees as I have paid them all. BEWARE of additional fees on top of your membership, even if you pay all outstanding balance. Please reach out if someone can assist me with this. There should be some good faith to their customers, not the lack of help I have experienced with this company.

I love planet fitness for many reasons. First they definitely have every piece of equipment that you could ever need. They also have more than one of everything and so you're able to work out how you want to really without waiting too much for anything as far as my experience goes.
Equally important the place is meticulous, they're always cleaning everything up, of course they have disinfectant stuff so that the people who are there working out also clean stuff but the staff is always cleaning as well. It just feels like an extremely clean place to go work out.
I also really love the ventilation system, they have these giant fans overhead that just constantly move the air around and make you feel like you're constantly being both cooled down and that the air is being circulated.
Finally since I travel I can go to planet fitnesses in many different locations and they're always in the same condition. Clean, the equipment I'm familiar with, and a great place to work out. 5 out of 5 stars at every location

I had a disappointing experience at this Planet Fitness location. The staff seemed disengaged and didn’t appear to enjoy their job, which impacted the overall atmosphere. Many of them seemed older and perhaps not as enthusiastic, making interactions feel a bit uncomfortable. I hope Planet Fitness can improve by hiring more motivated and friendly personnel to create a more welcoming environment for members.

When I gave my review, I forgot to include my description, followed by my pictures. I haven't tried the red light sauna yet, but I'm very eager to do so next. What I have done so far is use the stair climber and the wonderful massage chair, along with the hydro chair. I appreciate that they keep the equipment clean and have sanitizer close by, and everyone is very good at following the routine. The massage chair was like a body glove and very comfortable while watching TV. The hydro chair had its own cool features and had some fun games to keep me occupied while feeling good after the massage chair. The small things in life make the biggest difference, so thank you, Planet Fitness, for the team structure, the sanitation, and the wide variety of amenities. Oh, and don't forget, I got to make friends with a wonderful lady. Just walking through the door, the diversity here is phenomenal. It backs the judgment-free zone motto.

I travel, and PF has allowed me to keep fit when I'm on the road. As you can imagine, I have been to many PF from CA to Ohio.
