I only use black spa perks so I deal with front desk a lot, having to ask for each thing separately but usually back to back. I always feel like I’m bothering them with the responses I get. Today I seem Jordan for the first time, she was extremely polite and seemed very upbeat and happy to be there. She is the perfect person to have at front desk!

I started coming to this PF about a month ago and when I come in I always forget that I have my sun glasses on, keys and water bottle in my hand and I always have to ask the staff could they hold my sunglasses or whatever else. The staff here is so welcoming they always tell me yes! Well I had the pleasure of meeting a young lady by the name of Summer and she explained to me after asking her to hold all the junk I had in my hands at the desk until done working out. She started explaining to me that I was a blackcard member and informed me that they have special locks that had combination codes attached to them that I had access to and I didnt know it. She just made sure that I was comfortable and that I understood all of the perks that were available. Summer has made my day today because I was feeling down from some changes in my life and just to come to this place to workout and see the whole staff smiling all the time is healing. Thank you so much for making my day 😃

Always clean, machines repair turnaround is super fast.
Front desk girls are always in high spirit. most times smiling, always presentable. I can only speak for the evening crew. Guys are also pretty chill. This management got great ppl working for them. These guys always cleaning and organizing stuff, i personally tell them to chill some times, coz it seems nonstop. One girl organizing straps and racking equipment, while another dusting or cleaning. I see summer always mopping and organizing straps and weights. Great gym. Friendly atmosphere. bathroom are always clean doesn’t matter how busy the gym gets.
These guys run this place like a well oiled machine. Im glad i pick this gym out of others around my place. I hope these guys get paid well. It’s hard to find dedicated workers like these guys. Management is really fortunate to hire all of them. 😎✌🏽

The staff at this location as well as Broadway and Lindsay are super super awesome the staff is always cleaning they're always friendly if there ever having a bad day you wouldn't be able to tell they're still friendly other locations that I have called and spoke with are just as awesome but these two first that I mentioned are very awesome EOS fitness is a horrible franchise planet fitness has been around for a while and they're going to be around even longer because of their attitude or compassion and their get it done attitude EOS fitness all I've seen is laziness and procrastination

All the various amenities, and wide array of equipment to lift with. The option to use any PF is huge as I travel the valley daily. Also the massage machines have helped me get over old aches and pains.

The employees at all the sites are exceptional and accommodate my physical limitations with care. They are always cheerful, kind and educate me on the PF amenities and equipment.

Had a great experience here. Jackie took the time to give a tour and explain everything. The place is clean and quiet. I like that they maintain rules about not slamming weights or engaging in attention demanding loud grunting as it disrupts everyone else’s focus. I had a rigorous workout followed by a hydro massage. I called this morning (12/5) to transfer my membership to a different state in order to cancel. To be fair, I was not in the best mood and was probably not nice to the nice lady who helped me. She informed me that i couldnt cancel unless i paid the annual fee that was due (even though I had not gone to the gym in that state/in general for over 2 years). She ended up waiving the fees after I called back. Amazing customer service to my grumpy self. Did not catch her name but do recommend this location as it was clean and in a safe area.

‼️ ANDY THE STALKER ‼️ should be told to stop walking around the gym constantly trying to talk to everyone ( primarily young girls )… he’s always following people around the gym and distracting people from working out. HE ALSO SINGS HIS MUSIC OUT LOUD!! I’ll be canceling my membership if he doesn’t stop! It’s ridiculous the staff will pull the lunk alarm for accidentally dropping weight stacks, but won’t tell him to stop singing throughout the entire gym. But I guess the bright side if you’re a girl under the age of 20 you’ll have your own free personal trainer named ANDY that will follow you around the gym, sing to you and tell you how you’re doing your workouts wrong

Instead, they offer workout from home programs, which kind of defeats the purpose of joining a gym in the first place. All in all, their perks are very different from your run of the mill gym, but before you go signing up, just make sure that you're aware of these differences. But then again, if you decide you don't like it, there are no contracts, so if you decide you don't like something, you can cancel at any time.

We have been members for years now at East Mesa off university and extension in Az .we have been told by two managers in last few years the bubbled up extremely unsafe floors in hydro massage area would be fixed replaced.nope still don't care about members safety but hey instead they are replacing new equipment again.cant hardly see where to walk it's so unsafe.

It's been a long time since I've entered a gym. I found the planet fitness to be a wonderful establishment.. The staff is knowledgeable and kind.. there's a wide variety of equipment that are clean.. and the atmosphere makes it so easy to want to get in there and work out... And another thing that is so awesome.. is that if you don't know how to use the equipment.... Today, I witnessed one of their employers yelling at someone who didn’t speak English because they didn’t understand the rules of the 30-minute workout area. Instead of trying to explain, they simply shouted disrespectfully, demanding the person to change without attempting to provide guidance. An apology was expected, but none was offered. They should be more mindful of their employers’ behavior as it could potentially lead to serious issues.

I came in for a much needed shower and found only 1 of the 4 showers had hot water!! And that was the disabled shower stall. There was no holder for the handheld shower wand so water got all over the floor outside the stall. Clump of hair on the floor. Unbelievable. PF standards have def declined. Very disappointed. If part of your routine involves taking a shower, avoid this location like the absolute PLAGUE. My fiancée and I have both taken showers here, and in both restrooms, all of the showers are ice cold. That’s not to mention the abysmal lack of cleaning, the fact that this location doesn’t sell towels, or the locker thieves. My fiancée told me she had a couple gals eyeing her stuff.

I am a truck driver and I am in a different state each day. I go to pf to use the shower for the most part. So the first thing I judge is the bathroom. These bathrooms were one of the cleaniest I have seen at a PF. The showers were clean, the bathrooms were clean it even smelled like cleaning products and I love that. The staff spoke when I came in and spoke when I left. No complaints at all.

The 1st 3 times I came in after 10 pm at night I had great service but the last 2 times have been a huge downgrade. I still would not have given 1 star though. It was not until I reported the 2nd incident to the older Gentleman that works there and he appeared to care less what I was saying to him.
The 1st incident I reported he completely understood my frustration or so it seemed. However the 2nd incident not so much.
1st incident (We will call him J staff) member was sitting with a pretty girl in the hydro room when I encountered the terrible service and I had to go in search of him to check in and when I could not find him to turn a hydro chair on after tanning. (He disappeared into thin air)
My 2nd encounter was when I went to check in and mind you I am still a new customer..I did not know where to find the guess pass in my phone and even though I am told J staff has been here a long time he said
"I don't know either you will have to find it in the app"
then when I went to find him so I could go to tanning bed he had his ear phones in ducked down with his phone behind a counter and could not hear me ask about tanning bed for atleast a minute if not more.
For a new customer to be treated this way 2 times in a row is very unprofessional. I did not write a review the 1st time because I thought reporting the Incident would help but it didn't that is the reason for the terrible review and the lack of concern that a staff is slacking at their job not being professional.
One more thing I needed to change my number in the system the last time I was here and J staff did not care to change it.
I hope that the lack of professionalism of J staff will stop and someone of authority at Planet Fitness will ensure that other members new or old are not treated with professionalism instead of the attitude given by J staff.

This planet fitness is a wreck. The plumbing in the showers don’t work. The bathrooms are gross. Super busy. Prefer others. They try to have a nice shower, but ruin it with bad plumbing. No hot showers. Bad lighting in locker rooms very dim. Just was not a good experience. I’ve been to over 50 PFS as a traveler, this was by far one of the top 5 worst

Good gym for the masses. Clean, friendly folks at the front desk, and not too crowded in my experience, especially if you come at a non-peak time (check the app). There's a good variety of machines. What more could you want for $10 a month?

Note that this is a Planet Fitness, so if you're a lifter, you won't find the equipment you need -- there's no power rack. Free weights are limited to kettle bells and dumbbells up to 50 pounds.

The women's Bathroom is nasty from last night and this morning. I cleaned off #2 from underneath the toilet 🚽seat, in order to take a #2. After cleaning up after someone else, then I could not. There is a lady and man at front desk. Just standing there together; in major chill mode. This is not healthy for women because we are open. And can gain infections, so quickly. I see why their showers, were closed down. Lack of cleaning/care, I am sure, that could bring damage, and break the showers.

I love their teen summer program that allows 14 - to - 18 year olds to utilize their facilities for free, from May to August. I just recently got my own membership and so far, I am pleased. Despite it not being a huge gym, there is plenty of equipment to use and overall, the facility is mostly clean.
