No hacen nada por decirles a personas que usan las máquinas Smiths Para hacer pierna pecho hombros bíceps Nada más les hace falta que hagan ABS. Canceling is way harder than it is, left for active duty late 2018, and had forgotten to Cancel my membership. Called in and asked to cancel, lady simply refused and gave me a number to call, called said number, also refused to cancel said I need to "mail it in" well guess what it took them 2 months (did not pay them at all) sent my bill to collections over 30$ .

Been in the area now 5 years and this gym is simply way too small for the growing area. There aren’t enough machines and you’ll find yourself waiting to use almost everything. For example, there’s only 1 pec fly machine compared to LA fitness down the way or the new EOS off the 202 and Baseline. It’s not a bad gym, but it’s not great either.

Update to Owner: thank you, but ensuring smooth operations in the gym that you own is not my job. As stated, it’s been the same for 5 years.

Great gym and friendly staff!!! Very clean and a fantastic gym for a solid workout. Always plenty of room on the gym floor and the locker rooms are spacious. This location is very convenient since I work nearby at Rodeo Dental and Orthodontics.

They didn’t have paper towels to wipe your hands or to wipe the machines down no paper towels at all. I don’t like that because I felt that the machines were dirty and it’s never like that. The gym might go to there on lower Buckeye in 75th Ave. It’s never like that they always have the machines clean and they always have paper towels just this time they ran out that’s not cool

I paid for black card membership. The biggest reason I paid for this membership is because the gym was supposed to to be open 24 hours 7 days .
I believe that planet fitness is not complying with its part of the contract .
Also they are charging more money per month and cutting the hours of service .

As PF's go, this one is "just ok". Not stellar, but gets the job done, if you're not too picky. This one IS open 24 hours, so points there. They are, admittedly, missing some of the wider range of equipment you'll find at EOS, So if you're looking for more than just a basic beginner workout, you'll be disappointed. I looked all over the first time for something I thought every gym had and finally asked; nope, they just don't have one. (I think it was a standing calf raise but don't remember, it might have been free weight bars). They keep things clean for the most part, but maintenance is not a strong suit here. There are six bulbs out in the red light therapy chamber as of this writing, and they were like that when I moved away about a year ago. Meaning, this location seems to always have bulbs out; although I did not evaluate the tanning beds on this visit, I remember those having bulb issues in the past also. If you want maintained equipment, go to the Chandler location. The only bulbs out three are on the sign out front. In Chandler it's "Planet dot-over-the-i". Lol
I have the Black membership, and of the locations I visit frequently, if I were to rate them considering all times of day and across different visits, Kingman AZ is at the bottom (but let's face it, what choice do those residents have), then this one, then Orlando-Lake Underhill at Chickasaw Trl, and Chandler--Arizona Ave at the top. Yes, even with letters out on their sign.

This location is much smaller than others, the staff is friendly except one of the managers that harassed my friend, after many years of him telling me to come join him at the gym (he is a fitness trainer) who I think is the manager went by him telling him not to train me, it's absurd that they had the nerve to assume anything. Not like he is taking any business from them, on the contrary, I signed to this gym because he already had a membership there and he could help me learn how to work out etc. I have only been going to this location for 2 weeks, I see a lot of equipment out of service and many of the QR codes don't work on the machines, time will tell if I keep my membership there, but so far I'm not convinced I will be

My visit in Chandler Planet Fitness on Arizona was GREAT!
They rectified the charge when the one on Lower Buckeye in Phoenix Refused.
Story below:
I liked Planet Fitness. However, I stopped going when I lost my job and then moved clear back in 2014.
I had no idea I was still being charged. Did not see on bank statements or received no letters.
Planer Fitness now wants me to pay back payments before I can join again. That will not happen!
I will follow up with the credit bureaus. Lesson learned. Keep a better eye on credit reports.

Clean gym, several machines not working, few of the spa amenities not working, only get 5 mins in the massage chair when all other locations give 10-15. Men’s restroom was clean tho. This gym is a smaller location but has all you need to get your exercise in for the day.
