I was a member here for over a year until I started getting overcharged for the more expensive membership. I contacted the retail manger for a partial refund and change in membership status. Her response took well over a week. She then quoted a 14-business-day processing window. It has now been over 40 business days, and I have received neither the refund nor a single update on the matter. I would still be a member today had the retail manager able to respond and take care of my overcharges in a timely and professional manner.

I’ve spent 4 months traveling around the US this year and have visited 40+ PF facilities during that time. This one is hands down the best one I have been to. It’s large, clean and the staff is friendly. The showers are great. Lots of space for stretching and functional exercises. I appreciate that there are ceiling fans in all of the exercise spaces to keep it cool and circulate air. Great job!!

Tbh as a power lifter never been fan of the whole no intimidation gyms, we’re all here to do the same thing just different variations. How ever I’ve been training here now a month, late at night and have had no problem doing what I need to do. Tess is literally the best. Incredibly friendly, always doing something around the gym.

Edit: I also want to include Jennifer in here, she has been incredible helpful at night time. Always on point with cleaning, very friendly. And on top of starting the chairs/red light etc.

One thing I’ll say is the gym needs a scale. So strange not having one here.

I originally went in planning to cancel my membership since I recently started working out at F45, but Adrian (I believe that was his name) completely changed my mind! He explained all the benefits I get as a Black Card member, many of which I didn’t even know about. I was especially impressed when he told me I can bring a guest with me anytime at no extra cost unlike other gyms that require an additional membership. Thanks to his knowledge and professionalism, I decided to keep my membership, and I’m glad I did!

Overall a good experience, there is a minor detail: theres a deficit in incline benches, they end up under the smith machines. So in reality the smith machines need incline benches thats why they go missing from the dumbell area during high demand. UPDATE: new incline benches added, new equipment is great.

I've been coming to this location since April and I've found it to be quite clean the customer service is pretty good especially this one associate I always see running around cleaning and helping people, Jennifer or Jen as she introduces herself. Always welcoming friendly and smiling. Makes you feel very welcoming. Last time I went she had just cleaned the men's restroom and usually it's disgusting but after she cleaned it I was shocked how clean it was! She even gave me a tour of the black card area which I must say got me to upgrade. I just want to give a shout out and Thank you to her she goes above and beyond. Great location.

Satisfied! For my first visit ever to a PF I went to this location. Clean, not cluttered. Locker rooms and showers were spotless. The equipment is about to go through a refresh at the end of this month and you can see why but overall everything was clean, minor damages but everything worked. They have everything you’d need to get in a good workout and the customers ranged from bodybuilder types to people just getting in their cardio. Parking was a breeze and the lot is well lit and in a part of town I felt safe. I went early (4am) and there were probably less than 24 people in the facility. It did fill up fast by 5am. I’ll be returning on my next trip to Tucson.

not a good place for truckers. I called and they said it's ok for big semi trucks but when I got here no way well on maps it looked like I could drive around the back ok, but I had to run over curb. the big dirt areas I saw on maps, they are hillsides, so can't park on them. well I did park on the side of building but will never come here again in 18wheeler. other than that it's a nice gym. maybe you can park at Walmart, don't know but don't listen to guy up front that says it's ok. I wouldn't recommend it for semi trucks.

Samira and doutimi are freaking amazing. I’ve been to a dozen different planet fitnesses from California to Arizona. And I’ve never seen nicer smiles and better front desk people. They are helpful. They are friendly. They do it with a legit smile and they’re willing to help you, even if you don’t have a clue what you’re doing. Unlike the other planet fitness is that I’ve been to. This one’s out of my way, but I’d rather come here because the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The worst place to work out you can’t literally work in peace without someone bugging you for a machine your using and on top of that someone had the audacity to run to a machine that my dad was about to use literally was about to sit and he ran to it and sat there and all he told him was “I beat you to it” like how old are you 5 ? and not only that someone keeps going into the locker room taking the locks off so don’t even leave your stuff there either

It is a clean men’s locker room and appears to have recently been updated.
Beautiful working new faucets at the sinks.
Glass doors to the showers.
The showers stalls are the type with two parts, one for changing with clothes hooks and one for the shower itself. Both areas have shelves.
When I walked in, one of the urinals was overflowing. I turned to report it to the front desk, and there was an employee there who was already considering next steps.
When I came out of the shower, it had been fixed and another employee was cleaning up the water on the floor. Excellent job. “Johnny on the spot“
The man doing the cleanup is Mason. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Pleasant fellow and he obviously does not just lean back on the counter all day. 💪🏼

URINE SHOWERS! (This is a shower review only)
I came here Sunday night and returned in the morning. The bathroom was not cleaned overnight, and frankly I have no clue when it was last CLEANED. The shower had a strooong smell of urine, and you can see in the video that there are mold/urine markings all over the shower wall, along with trash.
The water was warm-ish, comfortable but not as warm as I would like (and I had the dial turned all the way to hot).

My experience at this planet fitness, was that the employees/ team memeber have been helpful with problems, that doeant mean that the same team member work there. And about the shower the team member do clean them i have seem them it normally happens between 1 am and 3 am , but the shower in the male side are very heavily use by people who live in the city, truckers, and the homeless who some time sneak in, the cleanliness also falls on the gym members. I have seen shower after male gym member have use them, they have left human feces in the showers, trash, cloths that have been defecated in left on floor, pulled shower handles out of wall, shower head off the shower sprouts, pretty much male gym memeber do not care about the facilities. Even if you have the shower door close male gym member will try and come in on you and give you no courtesy like knocking on the shower door to see if anyone is in there. Also having no hot water that is from gym member leaving the hot water on for only god only know how long they have been on and also leaving multiple shower on. I have come in to hearing the water running gone out and workout for at least 2 hours come back and still the same shower has the door closed and water running, I check to see if anyone is in there by knocking a couple of time and pretty much yelling to see if any one ia in there, trust me I do not like do this for mainly I do not want to walk in on a another male buck naked trying to wash his body. Also all these problems I have seen at every planet fitness I go to. If any one want this to improve then the gym member need to CARE. I GIVE FIVE STARS BECAUSE OF THE EMPLOYEES/TEAM MEMEBERS

Another horrible experience at Planet Fitness at Tucson Marketplace l. After I left a negative review my last visit, I was contacted by the manager asking me to change my review in exchange for another chance and a free month. Even free, it’s still THE WORST PF in Arizona!! Will try another location and hope it meets the level of customer service that had been my experience with Planet Fitness facilities. Too bad the assistant manager couldn’t help resolve this issue. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told the manager wasn’t there and the assistant manager was “cleaning the toilets”

Planet Fitness at Tucson Marketplace is a really clean and welcoming gym! I was super impressed with how well-maintained everything was. My only critique would be the equipment selection. While they have a ton of cardio machines, which is great, I was hoping for a wider variety of free weights and strength training equipment. It felt a bit unbalanced in favor of cardio.
