Why was I unable to schedule my hydromassge before I finished my workout , so I would not have to carry my phone around with me during my workout? I should have been able to do that. Then, when I did go to schedule, they sent me to a bed that had an out of order sign on it, then looked at me like I was the stupid one because THEY sent me to the wrong one. At least this gym has hot water for showers.

Love PF. Ive been going for over a year now....the staff are awesome and place is super clean. Love the set up as it's not so packed with over abundance of machines. Only issue is that massage equipment and a few weight machines need replacement. Hence the 4 stars

Been coming here since February and really used to love it. The last 2 months have been awful. The hot water is constantly out of service, with no posted warning or anything. I live out by Old Tucson. Why am I paying $26 a month to sit in my own sweat almost 20 minutes home? It's constantly recurring and the lack of warning on arrival is even more disheartening. Used to be a great gym, but I've been avoiding going for a while now.

This irvington location is very clean and the machines and facilities seem newer (which is appreciated). This location does feel smaller than others (Marketplace) but it’s still a good size. These summer months seem very crowed at most times in the afternoon and evening but if you are patient you can still get the weight machines after some wait time. Mornings are best if you like to get in and out quick with minimal waiting for machines.

The free high schoolers summer program needs to end. The gym gets packed with teenagers crowding around machines and making it a terrible experience for the customers who are paying money to be there for their daily workout. Also, the sink water in the men's restroom is hotter than it is outside +100°

Absolutely horrible customer service they will continuously take money out of your acct even after you have submitted all documents to end the “$1 trial” they have attempted from “planet fit was and abc planet fitness In Which I never authorized.

It’s been hell trying to get a refund over a years worth of them taking money out,

Son muy pocos los aparatos para pesas y demasiados de cardio eso hace que todo el tiempo esté saturado el lugar, las personas tienen la costumbre de quedarse en un solo aparato y no alternan, para ocupar la extensión de pierna o una smith tienes que esperar mas de media hora porque encima de todo ven el celular por tiempos prolongados, deberían de quitar un poco de cardio y agregar mas diversidad de aparatos para pesas.
Creo que es un gym que funciona para principiantes, si tienes un poco mas de experiencia o de tiempo haciendo ejercicio definitivamente busca otra opción
