I FINALLY took my first pole class (after years of being nervous) at Pole Impact about two months ago. From the moment I set foot inside, I knew something was different here. Betsy has been an incredible teacher, slowly breaking down moves, being the BEST cheerleader when I finally land one, and encouraging me to keep trying. Every instructor has their unique personality and teaching style, helping me to see skills in different ways. The community is incredibly supportive and encouraging, and it's been nice to start seeing some familiar faces. ALSO! The showcase I attended was PHENOMENAL!! Highly recommend grabbing tickets to the next one before it sells out! Very thankful to have found this community. <3 <3 <3

We had a wonderful time for my sister’s bachelorette party! Everyone is very welcoming, and it is significantly more cost efficient than others I have seen. It was a blast! 10/10 recommend!

Excellent studio where we train, push ourselves, and make friends. Teachers skillfully toe that fine line between comfort zone and challenge so every person can progress. Pole impact is the place where I leave the worries of the day behind and simply focus on bettering myself. I am chronically ill and this art form has helped me improve my relationship with my body. You can really feel the goodness that comes from this nonprofit’s mission to heal veterans who have suffered trauma. May we all heal together.

This is my favorite studio! It's very welcoming of all genders, ages, and body types. Such a supportive environment to try new things. If you're shy about trying pole for the first time, this is a great place to go! No judgement zone.

Pole Impact is amazing. It has the most supportive community—every time you nail a move, there will be applause from the whole class! Talented teachers who break down moves and combos and will spot you and teach different ways till you get it. There are so many different kinds of classes, from heels choreo to beginners' classes to advanced classes (and aerial hoop and fly pole!), and even a HIIT class that's super fun. Actually, all the classes are so much fun that you forget you're getting a hard workout! Your confidence and self-acceptance will improve (but it's also inevitable that your body will build muscle if you keep going).

On top of everything else, Pole Impact is a nonprofit. You know you're supporting the community when you support the organization. I'd encourage everyone to give it a try. And I think there's usually a code to get a free first class.

Super positive, friendly and encouraging environment! A decent variety of classes are offered. I appreciate that the class sizes are small enough that you don’t have to share a pole. There’s usually easily accessible parking which is great for the downtown area.

Lots of space, welcoming environment, and great instructors. I love that they’re SW-positive take a community-focused approach to how they run their studio. I’ve progressed a lot over the last several months here thanks to their talented instructors — I particularly recommend Mariana’s classes (she helped me FINALLY get my butterfly after years of stuggling!). They also offer lyra and fly pole, which is super cool. I recommend this studio to anyone who wants a studio that truly serves the community and will help you progress in your pole journey.

This is a SWer positive and employed studio. I like how organized the classes are and the instructors are experienced/approachable and overall just amazing. There is something for all level dancers, with foundational classes to high level tricks, and choreo dance. They also have fly pole, aerial Lyra/hoop. Overall I love the vibe of this place.
