Nice place to get in a quick workout. Plenty of workout equipment and free weights. Nice upstairs area with plenty of space. Downstairs was lacking good air flow, but space was fine.

This is a great gym! First time being there and has the necessary equipment for everything you could think of. Help desk was kind and helpful. The only thing is that it seems a little crowded, nonetheless, one can workout perfectly without bothering or being bothered.

I am new to the Douglas area but I really did enjoy the gym, I have a monthly membership with them now amd was impressed with amounts of machines they had. Only thing is they need more disinfecting wipes around equipment.

A good gym with lots of equipment. But I wish they had more open space for Olympic lifting and CrossFit style WODs. And I wish they had showers. But I am still a paying member.

Power Zone Gym! The best gym in Douglas. When I lived in Douglas, this gym challenged me. I lost a lot of weight, I had my best work outs, and it kept me in shape. Great customer service, clean equipment, always on top when come membership needs, and it feels like home. I highly recommend it to everyone that visits #DouglasAz and feel the power! #Mazizo 💪🏼
