I was originally looking for a “master” type strength program. Proof 3 has changed my thoughts about growing older. The one on one coaching and mix between weight lifting and cardio was 10\10. Highly recommend anyone looking for a group setting training environment but feels like one on one training. The coach was amazing too!

I loved my first workout at proof3 Salt River! The class ran smoothly, everything was explained really thoroughly, I enjoyed the lifts and felt like I got an extremely good workout in! Loved having the InBody and strength assessment done too, it gave me so much insight into my body and how I can upgrade it and be healthier and stronger. My favorite thing about this gym is the minimal, modern design. Every detail was thought of in order to keep things simple, clean and aesthetic! I am obsessed!!! Also having the iPads and technology side of things allows people to keep track of their numbers so easily and be more aware of the progress being made, which is very motivating! All around loved it!!

There’s no other gym experience like this! I lift 6 days a week. Typical body building splits. I normally would not do any type of class, but I really enjoyed this class at proof3 and got a good pump in. The testing they did to help me improve on my strength and movements was next level. 10/10 would recommend!!!

I’ve had a tough time managing my workload relating to working out, so I’m either super sore or hurt (in some way), came to proof3 to see if I could maintain or build and not be sore/hurt..it’s been the best experience! I feel great, my joints feel so much more mobile/ROM, and I’ve definitely gotten stronger. My cardio has improved a ton (wasn’t doing much of that before!). You just gotta come in and try it.

this place is literally THE BEST!!!! The workouts feel very personalized and the data-driven approach is a huge motivator, helping realize goals and preventing burnout and plateau. Carl and Jon are super knowledgeable and supportive so no matter where you are in your fitness journey they will meet you where you’re at and get you going where you want to be! I came in with almost no experience strength training and i couldn’t even do a simple lunge but my first InBody assessment was a huge wake up call to how much I need to work on. I went from zero experience working out to coming in 3-4x/week and it’s honestly the best part of my day.
Every day I come out of class feeling so accomplished and so energized and it’s actually had a ripple effect on the rest of my life, too! I’ve made awesome strides in the gym but also my sleep and appetite have improved, my daily routine has stabilized, and my mental health has skyrocketed! I’m more productive at home and work after a morning at proof3.
The space is really clean, well organized, and very aesthetically pleasing with a variety of weight options.
Signing up for proof3 is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself and it’s 100% worth every penny!

Proof 3 is exactly what the fitness market needed, health and wellness approach to workouts, knowledgeable coaches, in depth tracking of your results. Competed in CrossFit for years at a high level and I’m so excited to have found a programming pushes you but doesn’t leave you in aches and pains the next day, and coches that are incredible.

Proof4 is a great place to take trackable steps towards my fitness goals. One being a physical fitness assessment using new technology they are using. Super impressed with what the team at Proof3 is doing. They have created an environment where I feel supported, encouraged, and yet still pushed to be better - but without the yelling or "big dawg" energy! (That's a good thing in my opinion!) The data driven approach to functional fitness has been outstanding at helping me compete with myself - I find myself wanting to ensure I continue to improve my numbers, which also means I am continuing to get stronger in the ways that matter to me (eg. I am currently 42 and want to continue to have as much of this mobility at 82). There was zero judgment as Karl walked me through the results, just facts and suggestions of how to improve.
