My name Is Ruby Dee I am a caregiver for Endeavor Home Care. I take care of Ivan Angelo I take him to Max Reynoso every monday a personal trainer who does a strength training program with Ivan.
I was so impressed with his home Gym and his dedication and work ethic. I have always been physically active, but after gaining 25 pounds I decided to talk to Max about a program to get me back in shape and back to my right weight. I began training with Max in May 2025, I have more energy, I am stronger, and I have better muscle tone.
Working with Max has transformed my approach to fitness. I am gaining confidence and trying hard to learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I can't thank Max enough for his dedication, and his hard work to plan the best program, his support and guidance. I had my first experience yesterday with the new Stretch Session, now being offered by PTAnywhere. Emma and the session were just amazing !! It started sith a quick assessment of my flexibility and area needed for focus. Then it was onto the table to be gently and carefully stretched. Stretching and improving flexibility is incredibly important, and especially so for people like me who work out regularly, which tends to build but also tighten muscles. My Hamstrings are the tightest, so she concentrated quite a bit on various leg movements, assisted stretches, and resistance work. Everything she does is science and medically based, and Emma totally knows her stuff! As she went, she described the details of the area she was working on, and how the stretch or movement would help. She regularly checked in on how each stretch felt, and made sure that it was to the right level and degree. A complete professional ! I didn't know what to expect when I started the session, but i liked and appreciated everything that we did. I can see doing this more regularly to further tune my body and increase my mobility. This is super important, especially for anyone who works out regularly. Thanks Emma and thanks PTAnywhere for starting this great program!!

I started working out with Max in 2010 when I was just about to turn 30, ended up working out with him as my trainer for 3 years. In 90 days he took me from 27% body fat to 17% body fat and I was in the best shape of my life. Now, 13 years later and a lot more body fat, I couldn't think of a better person to go back to. It's been almost 8 years since I've seen the inside of a gym. I was ready to finally get back in shape and work on myself. Couldn't think of anyone else to go back to but him. He pushes me, he has gotten to know me over the years and knows what I am capable of. He holds me accountable with the utmost care. He is not only my trainer but treats me and everyone he trains, like family. I have been back with him for 2 weeks now and my clothes are starting to fit better already. He takes the time to get to know your limits and pushes you to them, with encouragement and positive reinforcement. At 43, being a single mom and a business owner, I am on the road to loving my body again with the help of Max and his incredibly well rounded skills he shows to his clients! I love working out here! When I started coming to Max I was in my first year of remission from stage four cancer. Max taught me a love of learning, pushing yourself, and accepting the challenge! Today, I’m five years in remission and back to training with Max! I took about a three year gap where I was exploring other forms of fitness and nothing filled my cup the way a nice sweat session in his garage does! Max is incredible at what he does. Not only is his education and knowledge of fitness and movement implemented into every single session he creates personally for you/your group, but he also listens! He wants to help you and wants his workouts to be designed in a way that’s sustainable for your body! Those qualities I have yet to find in any other trainer I’ve worked with which is exactly why I’ve landed back here, home!

Max is my favorite trainer to go to! His place is incredible and love working with him! I’m 15 and i play ice hockey and i’ve seen so much improvement in my speed and strength on and off the ice! The workouts are difficult but he manages to make them fun! Usually i end up on the floor. (in a good way)

I can write paragraphs about Max and my journey with him, however all you really need to know is the results speak for themselves.
Max has gotten me in better shape in 6 short months than I have ever achieved with any other trainer period. I started with one day a week, then 2, and now 2-3x a week. His workouts really do become addicting. He takes all the thinking out of it, all you have to do is show up and put in effort.
When I started with him I was scared to do a 12” box jump and couldn’t run down the block without getting winded. Now I’m able to hit 20” box jumps with ease and just ran my first 5k yesterday.
Everyone’s journey is different but this man knows how to get you where you want to be.
Trust him, put in effort and I promise you, you won’t be sorry.

Max’s Workouts Rock!
He keeps each one engaging but never “easy”, and is constantly pushing me out of my comfort zone in order to make me even stronger. Going to one of his workouts feeling like a challenge that I want to overcome rather than exercise for the sake of exercising. Coach Max is the definition of a proper trainer. You can tell that he's been doing this for a long time and is knowledgable. He plans the workouts in a way that is effective and fun. I love my zoom training with PTanytime Fitness Studio and Max Reynoso! I have been training remotely since 2020, the beginning of the pandemic, and it's so convenient! At first I was reluctant to do it as I didn't think I would get a workout as good as one I could get at the studio but I was wrong, because my workouts here at my home are just as good or better! If you want consistency and convenience and want to stay in shape without driving to the gym this is for you!!!! 👍👍

They really should call this place the vampire lair, because these workouts suck and they make you feel dead afterwards!! Haha but in all seriousness, I love working out here. I love that with some workouts, like one called “To Hell & Back,” it’s up to me to bring the intensity. The more I bring, the more I will benefit from the workout. It’s a reward system that helps me. Highly suggest giving this place a shot! Just be ready to sweat!!

I have done Hiit workouts in the past with Max, tried the virtual workout and was not disappointed! The exercises were tough, but doing the workout with the group online made it feel like we were back in the gym. With that being said I'm sure his one on one workouts virtually are just as good. I enjoyed my virtual workout with PTanywhere Fitness. It was a great experience and a tough workout. I felt good after my workout and my accomplishment of completing the challenging workout.
Max is a great coach, very encouraging, and easy to follow.
Pros:
1. You can workout in the comfort of your own home.
2. Family members can join in.
3. Coach can see your efforts with the use of the "MyZone" belt.
4. He challenges you to push yourself to get to the Yellow and Red zones.

Cons:
1. Those logged on need to MUTE their mics so Coach Max can be heard and the screen doesn't switch off of him.

I am looking forward to more challenging workouts with Coach Max in the future. This was awesome!!
