Finally found a workout that actually makes my body feel better after class. Love the instructors and all the members, everyone is so friendly and just wants to get better in their own way - there is no competition or anxiety for these work outs. I feel and look better than I ever have :)

I just took my first class at Pvolve Scottsdale and really enjoyed it! The focus on functional movement and stability was awesome, and it was a great low-impact workout. I’ve trained extensively in ballet and work as a physical therapist assistant, and this definitely felt like something that would benefit anyone who is looking for cross training or an overall whole body workout.

As a chiropractor and movement specialist, I’m seriously impressed by Caitlin and the pvolve North Scottsdale studio.
In my professional opinion, the pvolve method bridges a gap most traditional fitness programs miss — it connects functional strength, joint integrity, and neuromuscular control in a way that actually enhances long-term spinal and pelvic health instead of breaking it down. From a chiropractor’s point of view, this is solid movement: low impact, joint-friendly, and focused on stability from the inside out.
Caitlin’s coaching style brings that method to life. She’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and deeply attentive to form — helping each person understand why they’re moving a certain way, not just how. That blend of intention and alignment is rare in fitness, and it’s exactly what allows the body to build strength that translates into everyday performance and injury prevention.
It’s been incredible to watch her pour so much heart and discipline into her first year of entrepreneurship — those early years can be equal parts lonely and rewarding, but her consistency and vision for her community truly shine through.
If you’re looking for a fitness studio that respects your body’s mechanics while still giving you an incredible burn, pvolve North Scottsdale is it.

I went to PVOLVE with Caitlin and it was PERFECT! As a personal trainer, I love how thorough she was with finding intention through each move. Functional movement is the foundation for PVOLVE and I would recommend to anyone wanting to build strength, recover from injury, or those just starting into the fitness world. I would go again in a heart beat!

I love Pvolve! I've tried so many boutique gyms/classes in North Scottsdale and you can't beat the instructors (correcting & motivating), program (always new & great music) and amenities (almost like a spa) with a lot of off-site and vendor events. The owner is fantastic and in constant communication with the members! So glad I made the move from Pilates and mainstream gyms.

Great workout but unfortunately the instructors don’t always wait until clients leave to talk negatively about them…
Some of the staff is dismissive and rude when you come in. especially the first time? When you need the most help and a good first impression.

I have done many workouts in my lifetime including 2 Ironman triathlon & find this to be one of the best for integrating all muscles, and getting to the deeper root of the joints, ligaments, of knees, hips etc, it is functional and so it strengthens the entire body over time & which helps in our daily living, from walking, running and aids in balance. It helps heal old injuries such as a knee that was bothering me (and now I am running again without pain there) , it is always different so not boring at all, and offer a variety of classes. the Instructors are all amazing and very qualified. The first time I went to Pvolve I felt welcome and it was a warm environment, Caitlin the owner, is such a kind & loving person, and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and remember your name. She just has a way with people, also Chloe is a beautiful soul and really cares, she is an amazing instructor, as well as Jordan, Sophie, Sinclair & Whitney. It definitely is an inviting community. If there was one suggestion it would be the volume of the music, it is a smaller studio so the music, can get a bit overwhelming quickly, and I am a lover of music, but want to protect my ears, as we are all just trying to be healthy. Thank you Pvolve for an amazing experience!!

I’ve been a member at Pvolve since they first opened and as someone who doesn’t loooove to workout, I am so happy I found this studio! I broke my heel 5 years ago and I struggle with finding exercise formats that don’t leave me in pain. Prior to this I tried barre, Pilates, yoga, HIIT, etc and found myself constantly ending up back at the doctors office with terrible pain in my foot & ankle instability. Since I started Pvolve, I haven’t had to get anymore cortisone shots and the pain/weakness that I have in my foot/ankle has nearly vanished. This workout makes me feel strong, but lean, and has become an essential part of my weekly routine. The trainers and staff are also extremely welcoming, energizing, and form-focused! Highly recommend this studio to anyone in need of a new workout routine! 🤍🤍

I can't speak highly enough about Pvovle North Scottsdale.
As a busy mom to five young children, where I choose to spend my time is critical to my wellbeing, and the happiness of my family. When I go to Pvolve, I truly say I'm a better human—wife, mother, daughter, friend, etc.
The workout is different every time and keeps me on my toes, even as a longtime fitness instructor. The classes fly by, but I always feel like I can accomplish anything, once I walk out the doors.
I love that the method is functional, science-backed and constantly evolving. I'm confident Pvolve will be around for a very long time— but don't wait to take a class.
A huge thank you to Caitlin and her wonderful team for welcoming me into the studio. I felt stuck in a rut after having my littlest, but I'm back on track, now and feeling stronger than ever!

Yes "the one with the squares".
So glad I took advantage of the 3/$36. Great workout concept with lots of classes. Keeps my interest, as the positions change quickly. Excellent instructors, great voices, easy to follow, keep you motivated to work at your pace and ability. They have lockers for your belongings, towel service, keep things clean and sanitary. Nice new equipment. I just wish they had showers.

I enjoy the various types of workouts these very dedicated trainers provide. They instruct and correct any posture while in the exercise. I feel muscles working that don’t necessarily get a good workout with other types of exercise like bicycling or hiking. It feels like a combination of Pilates, yoga, functional weight training and a bit of cardio. A great combination of movements!

I completed 2 of the 3 trial sessions in an attempt to incorporate Pvolve workouts into my established fitness routine, which includes weekly lifting and Pilates. I think the studio lacks the warm, community feel that makes a fitness space inviting. Because of that, it’s not something I feel is worth the time investment to attend in person.

Lack of community and very dismissive staff. I won’t be referring any more of my friends here.

I first heard Pvolve from the friend of mine and after researching it on their website, I decided to attend a special for $36 which allowed me three times in a week to go to class.
or thinking about it once I experienced it I went back and joined. I can't say enough what a difference is made in my body. I've never done anything like it. I do Pilates and I think it's a great mixture...I really love this class. I'm so happy that I decided to join. You truly have to experience it at least once or twice to understand the entire concept.

P Volve is such a great workouts. It's a fun, interesting blend of barre, Pilates and yoga. Plus, I love all the equipment that's unique to the workout. Get ready for a challenging workout that's creative but not so hard that it leave you feeling wrecked the next day. If you like group fitness classes, chances are high that you'll enjoy this workout.

This is such a great, fun studio. It’s very clean and a feminine environment with a beauty bar stocked with high end lotions, deodorant and face wash. The workout itself is very creative and precise. It’s an interesting blend of Pilates, yoga, and barre with its very own equipment. Barre is the closest to this workout. You leave feeling challenged but not overwhelmed.

I first tried out PVOLVE as it was 4 minutes from my home but I purchased a membership because of the energizing but challenging classes, amazing instructors, and welcoming community. Every single one of the instructors and the owner are incredibly kind and talented and I know I’ll have an amazing class, regardless of who is teaching. PVOLVE is
Group fitness like I’ve never experienced before and love coming to class!

I started going to PVOLVE Scottsdale because I knew I needed a change, and it has been such a positive experience. Every workout is something I truly enjoy and leaves me feeling strong, energized, and better. I never dread going, and the workout, atmosphere, staff, and end result makes all the difference. The staff is amazing, and Caitlin, the owner, is incredibly kind and welcoming.

Beyond what I envisioned - excellent, connected, high energy studio owner, Caitlin. Chloe and Whitney, some of the lead trainers that I have had in workout sessions in addition to Caitlin, are high level, knowledgeable and give great instructions, PVolve is a challenge for me but I finish each session feeling good about it. I started with a couple of private sessions, then signed up for 2 X week, then after few weeks moved to an annual membership. That is a first for me who has previously looked at most exercise as a necessary but not very appealing "vegetable" in life that is good for us. High Five.

I LOVE Pvolve. I was getting discouraged with the gym and all the pain it would bring me (I have two artificial discs in my back) each time I would lift weights. I came across Pvolve on Instagram and noticed they were opening a studio near me. I watched JenniferAniston go through the moves and did a ton of research on Pvolve. I even read the white paper published from a university in England, with all its findings about how great it was. So, I tried a pop-up class and loved it. It is so challenging, great functional movements and my back always feels BETTER after doing class. Im getting stronger without all the pain! I love the instructors, the equipment and the community. I am a Pvolver for life!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had an incredible experience with the Pvolve method at the North Scottsdale location! This functional fitness studio offers a fresh, innovative approach to working out that left me feeling both challenged and energized. The trainers, especially Caitlin and Chloe, are super knowledgeable, supportive, and attentive, ensuring you get the most out of every movement while maintaining proper form.
The workouts are uniquely designed to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility in ways I haven't experienced at other studios. I love how low impact it is, yet the workouts are challenging and they get a great sweat going! The atmosphere is second to none! Completely modern, welcoming and motivating, making it perfect for anyone—whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just beginning your journey.
If you're looking for a transformative workout that focuses on functional movements and overall wellness, I highly recommend giving Pvolve a try. You won’t be disappointed!
Can't wait for my next session! 💪
