Sitting outside...smelled that horrible flower chemicals cleaner..one I always recognize by the way it takes over the whole space, my lungs, my clothes...all end up with the smell permeated for hours. I avoid all places that clean with Fabulosio, such a low grade toxic cleaner heavy on scent, bad to breathe in. The company has had many toxic chemicals recalls already. Why wait for someone else to tell you what you know. Don't use heavy cleaners where people pay to breathe in fresh air. To come get healthy. Not in that chemical environment. Upgrade to the level of calm you offer. No scents...real eco and professional cleaners. Proper. Not at the Costco or smart and final. Eco lab or other. Non toxic only. Health not wealth.

Getting and staying sober has been one of the hardest things I have ever done. I have tried many different groups and therapists to help with the everyday… Radi8 has become a daily non-negotiable in my sobriety. The classes are perfect as well as the instructors and cold towels they give out. I find so much community, as well as an hour for me during my time at the studio. I am beyond grateful I got recommended this place.

I had the worse experience here and not to mention the Yoga instructor Lauren did NOT set the tone for a 7am class. She should take a class to know the value of being a True YOGI. I am beyond disappointed i used my classpass points for a class i felt so unwelcomed to. The class was beyond hot everyone was walking out as they also over book. I am sharing how horrible this place was with my friends. 0 stars

As an experienced Yoga student it was beyond hot in here, ive done Hour and a half classes at KARMA , Black Swan, The Foundry, Yoga box and the class I did here I only lasted half way. Would not recommend as the instructor also did not meet the expectations as an instructor. Everyone was cramped up inside the class like a can of sardines.

Did not attend a class here, just made a clothing purchase for a last minute hike. The owner took pictures of my credit card and driver license without my consent. When I asked why she took the picture, she explained that it’s so she could prove I made the purchase if I happened to dispute the charges. I felt very uncomfortable during this interaction and had she communicated in advance that she needed to take a picture for “proof,” I would’ve simply paid with cash to avoid my personal information being collected. I didn’t appreciate the lack of professionalism.

Instructor Matthew is the hidden gem of this studio. He’s hiding Thursday mornings at 7 AM. He has the most energetic, current, and well curated playlists. It’s a mix of house, EDM, and Indie pop.
Overall, the studio is great with wonderful instructors. Bring cold water, don’t hesitate to take breaks or modify, and if you can’t stay for the entire class, there’s a moment 2/3 the way through where you can gracefully bail out.
Park yourself by the door if you’d like to stay a bit cooler. They open them occasionally and pass around cold towels. Have fun!

My family loves Radi8! This studio exudes positivity and warmth, (literally and figuratively:) )
The flow is challenging but rewarding. The instructors have great energy and make new yogis feel welcomed and supported. The owner, Christina, is very kind. I highly recommend trying a class! I always leave feeling better about myself and life in general. The MINDBODY app makes it easy…We are grateful to be a part of this community.

As a native Phoenician and avid yogi, I can confidently say Radi8 is the best yoga studio in the valley. The classes at Radi8 are more than just challenging physically, for me they have provided a sanctuary from the stresses of every day life and a place of relief I can look forward to even on my off days. Beyond this, the owner, Christina, truly does a magnificent job of fostering a community of amazing people dedicated to supporting others. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, Radi8 has the perfect balance of challenge and rejuvenation.

Christina, the owner, is an absolutely tremendous teacher—her passion for yoga and dedication to her students and studio shine through in every class. The energy at Radi8 is so positive, and it’s clear Christina has created a supportive community where everyone is encouraged to grow and learn at their own pace.
If you're looking for the best yoga studio in the valley, look no further! Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, you’ll leave each class feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and inspired. I truly believe this is the best yoga studio around!

The best in the valley, I take classes whenever I get the chance. Radi8 has completely elevated my game as an athlete after taking a few classes in the off-season. Coaches and trainers raved about my increased mobility, which helped keep me healthy throughout the season. The staff is incredible and super welcoming. Initially, I wasn’t sure what to expect and was kind of intimidated; however, they have people at all different levels in their yoga journey, so the class is the perfect learning environment for beginners and experienced yogis.

I’m not one to write reviews but I had to come on here and let it be known that this place is EXTREMELY over packed. It’s kind of crazy once I wrote this review it seemed like radi8 had people come leave 5 star reviews to help boost their rating back up. (13 new reviews within 10 hours lol prior to mine there hadn’t been a review left in over a month) But don’t be fooled this place is extremely over packed. I have been coming to radi8 for YEARS and I have always truly loved this place and the flows. However lately the classes are just so full now. I’m talking 60 people per class where mats are not even an inch apart from each other. Not every class is like this but I’ve noticed the early mornings and late evenings are always the worst. I had to leave 15 minutes early today because I was SO close to the person next to me that he was getting his sweat on me!!! It felt so unsanitary and I was so grossed out because it continuously kept happening throughout the class. The studio and staff are honestly amazing and it really use to be a great spot but if there is any suggestion you may take from your customers and lover of radi8 please please please lower your class , it’s way to many people to to be able to enjoy a flow. We do yoga to relax, reset, be present and that’s really hard when we have other people dripping sweat and over lapping me on my own mat.

They oversold the class so people were literally one inch away from each other, and I was wondering if it were a fire hazard. They were also rude, yelling at people to “squeeze in” and “if you don’t squeeze in I’ll move your mat for you”. Just when you thought it was overcrowded, they announced they were letting more people in. Shows a lack of consideration for people and greediness to have as many people pay for the class as possible. It also smelled awful - not like any other hot yoga class I’ve taken. Smelled like they don’t clean the room enough - not just like sweat. Also was way hotter than any other hot yoga class I’ve done, likely because of how crowded it was. Also they don’t demonstrate anything just have the instructor screaming but you could barely hear because of the loud music.

I never write reviews, but this place is awful. It is like dangerously hot in there. I’ve done hot classes in the past and i (as well as multiple others) had to get up and leave halfway through. The music is unbelievably annoying and LOUD. I couldn't hear anything the instructor said. Not to mention she was just standing in the corner yelling at us, not even demonstrating anything. I was so ready for a relaxing yoga class but noooooo. This was such a terrible experience please go anywhere else. Also felt the staff was a bit rude

I love this place. I'm a yoga instructor at CorePower Yoga *which I love too*, but I really like this place because of how intense it is. The heat and humidity make for an amazing experience which isn't for everyone. I like the set sequence too. After visiting a few times, I'm able to recall the next movements too so that's awesome. The cold towels are refreshing and I look forward to them. I have brought a couple of newbie yogis with me to a couple classes after profusely warning how intense it is. Both left about 2/3 of the way in. But they also said they'd like to come back to it with more preparation. Staff is always nice too!

1. There was no parking so I had to call to be told to park around the neighborhood and walk there 2. I got there 10:09 and the kind woman at the front let me know they usually start late and class had just started so I had time…. Class ended at 10:53 meaning it was less than an hour long, as advertised. 3. I was enjoying my practice until I head the instructor (Tiffany) say with frustration, loudly, and kind of catty say something along the lines of “if you’re leaving my class don’t complain about it being hot and the music being too loud I know that tell me something I don’t know” took me completely off guard and made me think “why is she being mean to someone who’s probably having their first experience here” like me. I had the same thoughts when I came into the class thank god I didn’t give feedback. After the class came with super aggressive energy and raising her voice to not come to her class to write a review and email to the girl who gave feedback, who I spoke to after because I wanted to let her know I understood how she felt and agreed that was rude. My yoga practices end so peaceful and happy and I still feel so unsettled and probably going elsewhere today to make me feel better. I hope Tiffany has a better day. I’d highly recommend yogabox (also in close distance) or even sweatshop on central for an amazing peaceful practice! 💗

I would not recommend this to someone who is new to yoga. As a seasoned yogi, this was dangerously intense. If you choose to do a class, use caution and warm up properly prior bc they will not prep you. There is no “flow” to this class. In most cases, a class will loosen, build, and add-on to reach full expression or expansion of stretches or poses. This studio offers yoga on steroids classes. Good luck!
Also, beware they charge upfront and you’re locked-in before knowing what you’re paying for

Nestled beneath the backdrop of Camelback Mountain and directly in the middle of a neighborhood shopping center that (despite its young age/prime location) has almost comically become a revolving door of failed restaurant, bar, and coffee concepts that line Indian School Road just west of 40th Street, lies its crown jewel--a ~2000 square foot oasis called radi8 HOT YOGA
As an enthusiast of this awesome neighborhood I work and live in we call Arcadia, of yoga as a a client, and of retail real estate, I can say with full conviction that a laser focus on people, simplicity, and the utilization of every square inch of its space are all paramount to their success and to remaining firmly planted as the anchor of this center since day 1.
Upon arrival you’re greeted by your name almost every time—no matter who is working, and always a genuine smile. A painless check in process has you on your mat swiftly and efficiently.
As you begin the class and look around, you find yourself sweating profusely with a wide span of ages, genders, and bodies of all different shapes, sizes and colors in an effortlessly judgement free and inclusive environment.
While the heat, humidity, and sequence of poses are consistent, the instructors all come with their own unique blend of heart, zeal, and sass, and playlists to match.
Make no mistake, the struggle of 65 minutes is real—you feel pushed to your absolute limit mentally and physically. But the little things go a long way through its peaks and valleys—a simple opening of the door to let fresh air in for a brief respite, a cold towel on the forehead between flows.
As you walk back to your car in 105 degree heat that feels like a cool breeze, you realize not only that so much life is about perspective, but also that you shed the sweat and stress of the day/week/month/pandemic quarantine lockdown and filled the void with energy, strength, and an even keel to face what lies ahead.
Here’s to Radi8, to the advancement of small local business, and to many years of success ahead.

Since their doors opened over 5 years ago, Radi8 has offered so much more than Hot Yoga: they offer community and consistency. As soon as you walk in, the room feels different…. Maybe it’s because it is HOT, very hot, and also humid, but also maybe because when you step foot in the yoga room you are instantly surrounded with the chatter of happy yogis, finding friendship and energetic flow through pre-class laughter. You’ll often find the teachers sharing a giggle or giving hugs to the regulars who are more like family than students.
The class is hard but it’s the same every day, so it’s easy to benchmark goals and assess where you are and and how far you’ve come. Get ready to party: the music is loud, the flow is WET, and you will somehow leave feeling so much better than when you arrived.
See you in the hot room!

The staff here is really friendly, I will not be coming back however. I have been doing hot yoga for quite some time now and the temperature in this studio was just not normal. I was not able to finish the class because the heat was so suffocating. If you are new to yoga, please know this is not normal. The instructor should not be walking back and forth handing off cold towels (I got five towels) or opening the doors to allow air circulation. The floor was literally wet that I almost fell on my way out. There was no instruction whatsoever, but more helping you not pass out from the exaggerated heat. I hate writing reviews, but doing this for the newbies. This is not yoga, it was not a workout, just a big hot mess. I hope the owners take action, no one should experience this.

I arrived for my 430 class at about 415. The doors were locked so I sat on one of the two wooden benches out front. Inside I could see women preparing for the class and students exiting from the 3pm. It looked as if the students had gone to battle. Covered in sweat and a deep sense of peace. A sense of accomplishment and pride was felt from their energy, from their soul. At about 420 people began to line up near the door. I got the feeling that these were "yogis." They looked seasoned, experienced. I felt my usual feelings of insecurity and fear but they spoke heart-forward and my fear subsided. The doors opened at 425 and I walked through the glass doors to be greeted by two beautiful women checking in the guests. I felt like family. I could feel the humidity and heat escaping from the room within. I began to prepare my mind and unroll my mat, under a heater (like I needed it 🤣). The bottom half of each mirror had condensation from the previous battle, I mean class. The flow started with cat cow and the usual down dog or two and that's when the fun started. Calling Radi8 hot yoga would be an injustice. Radi8 is the hottest yoga. I sweat more than I have in a long time and questioned my life choices throughout. Cold towels were strategically timed to cool me down and the doors opened periodically to let in cooler air. I left feeling out of body. I watched myself walk outside. Every millimeter of my soul was cleansed and renewed. I was a new man. A few tips from listening to the others:
1. The front of the room is going to be the hottest.
2. Stick near the doors if the heat worries you.
3. Start hydrating a few days before.
4. Remember, it's ok to rest :)
Radi8 challenged my mind, body and soul. l left feeling stronger, refreshed, renewed. There was a common bond with the others. We had fought together and were stronger because of it. Radi8 has the ability to change your life. If nothing else, it will most certainly change your day. Namaste

I went to many (20+) classes here because I mistakenly bought a 50 class pack. They turn up the heat like its not already 110 degrees outside. I walked out of most classes because it was so insanely hot. The routine does not change, it’s the same every class. I’ve been to much better studios and would not recommend this one.

I’ve been doing hot yoga for a few years and when I relocated from Tucson back up to Phoenix I was worried I wouldn’t find a place that I liked as much as Sumits. I am so glad I found radi8! I couldn’t say enough good things about this studio and have had the opportunity to turn a lot of people on to hot yoga specifically by bringing them here!
The class prices are reasonable and the schedule allows for you to make it regardless of your work schedule (important for me!) They offer early morning and evening classes and rarely cancel classes unexpectedly or during holidays (also important to me)!
They offer a few different class styles and varying lengths to support whatever kind of flow you are looking for. The music is upbeat and they have some of the best instructors I have found in a hot yoga class. They also offer workshops throughout the year to work on advancing different areas of your practice (arm balancing, handstand, sound bath, etc.). The staff is always welcoming, personable and attentive. They have bathrooms and showers available that are always clean and neat.
This studio changed my life and I wouldn’t enjoy the same peace of mind and progression in my practice without it. Thank you Radi8!!

I’m new to hot yoga and I love this studio. Yes it’s hot and yes it’s humid. The staff here really seems to care and wants everyone to get the best out of each class. The cold wet towels are life savers and options. The lobby and bathrooms are always perfectly clean and functional. The students are all kind, welcoming, and respectful.

Great studio, except bathrooms are a little tight. Had trouble negotiating for space when there were a couple of people in there.
Otherwise, the class was fun, energetic and a great calorie burn!

I love this studio!! Radi8 has become such a special part of my life and I can’t say enough wonderful things about the teachers, the yoga and the community here. Yes, it is HOT - but I always leave feeling so strong and energized from the yoga and the support I get here. The instructors are fab and play great music, too. I’m so grateful I found this special place.

I love this studio. I used to hate hot yoga and this is the only place I will go to practice it, and I am now in love with hot yoga thanks to Radi8. It does say it’s HOT yoga so it is very HOT. If you don’t enjoy the heat try their class that isn’t heated. I love everything about the studio. They play great music, send positive up lifting messages, and the staff is great. I would say this is by far the best studio in the valley, as far as yoga goes.

Radi8 Hot Yoga is the best! As a beginner to yoga, the instructors are encouraging and kind. They take the time to chat with you and help you. It feels like a spa because they have everything you could ever need, from yoga mats, towels, and water, to shampoo, conditioner, q tips, and hair ties. Overall, 5/5 experience. I absolutely love Radi8!

I’ve been to hundreds of hot yoga classes and this was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. The class was normal at first but they quickly turn on the heaters and it gets so hot/steamy in the room that all of the mirrors fog up and you can barely see in front of you, I’ve never had that experience in a class before. This place might as well relabel it as sauna yoga. I’ve also never had to walk out of a hot yoga class to catch my breath but it was literally unbearable in that room. They offer wet towels to cool you down after salutation cycles and they tell you to put a hand on your belly and close your eyes and both times I was literally smacked in the face with a cold soaking wet towel. If you’re going to offer a service like that BE GENTLE. You go into these classes wanting a calming yoga experience and that made me so furious. At the end of it, the combination of the wet towels, steam and sweat caused the floor in the room to flood and you could slip so easily if you are not careful.
In my opinion there’s much better studios in town for the price. 2/10

This yoga studio has been life changing for me! For years I wanted to get into yoga, but I just couldn't - until I found radi8! The instructors are the best, great music & great vibes. They have tons of classes every day so something is bound to work for your schedule which I love.
I would also like to mention that at 29 years old I won a limbo contest for the first time in my life. No chance that would have ever have happened in my pre-radi8 days.

The fact that I still get excited for hot yoga during the AZ summer is a testament to how special this community is. Staff invest in your experience, greet you by name, and keep the studio immaculately clean. The schedule is primarily set sequence, but they also offer vinyasa flow and host regular workshops. Expect a truly hot, humid class enhanced by contemporary music: instructors will encourage you to respect your body by taking breaks and support you with cold towels. Whenever I practice at Radi8 I am challenged, encouraged, and leave feeling better than when I came in.

If you want HOT yoga, this is the best place. Fortunately it's not the original bikram sequence (so no unnecessary breath work) and the instructors aren't mean. Ha! But it is just as hot as any traditional bikram style class. The music is great, parking is easy, staff is friendly, and showers are clean. I have literally practiced yoga in all the major cities (domestically) and this is my favorite place for HOT yoga. I keep capitalizing HOT because its really hot, so don't complain about the heat if you go!! haha! They are relaxed about modifications so if you have an injury or want to do arm balances its all good. Really nice vibe....no pretentious BS.

I currently have a new student 8 day pass ($20) and will take as many classes as I can.
This studio is a bit bizarre to me for a few reasons:
(1) They only allow you into the studio 10 min before a class starts.
(2) I don’t mind pumping loud music to get us all hyped for yoga but unfortunately I could not hear the instruction much from the teacher so I was fumbling a bit thru class. Maybe a mike would help?
(3) The day I came in here it was about 90F outside and the heat inside the yoga studio was also on full blast. Maybe because I have not acclimatized yet, but the room was just too hot for me. I made it thru most of the class but I noticed the last row were sitting out a lot of the session. Don’t get me wrong, I love a heated class but this honestly felt like my engine was overheating and I am fairly seasoned yogini.
Let’s see if I’ll make it back in here after my new student pass is done...

My favorite place to do Yoga hands down. Sad I don’t live in Phoenix anymore but am happy I got the chance to practice in such an amazing studio. The teachers are so kind and loving. There are a couple things that lead me to this rating, The teachers are unapproachable. My third day here I have freely walked in and walked out with not even a hello or good bye. The teachers do not actually teach the integrity of the poses they generically guide you through a bikram/vinyasa sequences. Lastly this is a breeding ground for superficial men and women who are more interested in hanging out, the room is small and while meditating on my mat waiting for the “teacher” literally half the class was hanging out at other people’s mat laughing chatting and not one thing was said by anyone that worked there, maybe like “hey be mindful of others respect the practice “ . This has been said in past reviews but I choose to look past it because well this is right down the street from me. The good thing is the studio has no contacts so you can easily cancel which is nice. If you’re looking for a quality practice look else where.

If you’re looking for a good work out this is the place for you! But to me personally Yoga is way more than just a physical practice. Their hot room is not a silent space and not suitable for meditation/quieting the mind before or after classes because the students are talking very loud.. so loud that when the instructor comes in she has to yell (in a polite manner) a couple times to silence everyone. If you’re new to yoga I would not recommend this studio to you because there are no beginner accessible/friendly classes available for those seeking- their sequence/series is very fast paced with very limited ques or modifications given (also music is so loud that if there were any instructions given you would barely be able to hear).
I did however enjoy the cold wet towels!
