Jason raw strength is the most respectful person and best trainer. His training program speaks for himself and itself as well. I know it as worlds champion powerlifter he trains me and I see results. I've been training with Jason for about 3 months now. My overall goal was to get stronger and leaner. My bench press has gone up 195-255 (60lbs) and my deadlift is up from 405 to 475 (70lbs) in 2 months. Jason knows how to run a program for different goals. He has the knowledge to train anyone from college athletes to regular folks. My meal plan is solid and I have lost 8% body fat from when I started. Jason is definitely worth the money. If you're looking to get stronger or look better he's your guy. He has years of experience in the gym, and first hand experience in both physique and powerlifting. He'll also give you some guidelines for adjusting your diet to better suit your goals.
Personally, he corrected my form on the major lifts, helped me increase my max lifts, and I started getting a lot of comments on my physique after training with him. Rates are good, and his knowledge is on point. He also does his best to switch things up and use different techniques to keep things fun & to give your muscles novel stimuli. He's encouraging the whole way through, and he'll celebrate your PRs and fitness victories with you.
If you're looking to get into powerlifting, bodybuilding or just get a bit more fit and healthy, he's your guy.
