Kelsie is an absolutely incredible yoga instructor; her sequencing is so creative and fun while still being accessible for all! She has an amazing presence in the room. One of the best yoga classes I’ve taken in a while - and the studio itself is a great space, very clean and inviting! I will certainly be back!!

First time doing hot yoga I was definitely out of my element but over all I felt so good after the class AMY definitely make me feel comfortable and connected to the class definitely will be coming back thank you Amy for recharging me and making me feel me again !

This is an A+ facility. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The instructors push the class to its limits while respecting each individuals limitations.
I feel great after each class! I recommend this studio for all levels of yoga.
