Terrible place. No communication, rude staff and management that changes the rules to benefit them. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere.

I never write reviews but feel I needed to do so. I would suggest anyone looking to sign up here read the other reviews and strongly consider other options. They kept telling us they were going to cancel my daughters class but never did. They had her switch over to another class that she didnt feel she was ready for. My wife had asked multiple times about the what the process was for cancelling and she was told she would need to do it before the billing date. The called multiple times this month and send several emails NON of which were responded to until after they billed our card again.

Took our girls there tonight to do the open play that they have on their website, and they decided to have meetings instead of allow customers in. As most have mentioned, this place is not ran like a real business. Just whatever they feel like doing, whenever they feel like it.

Worst customer service ever. Do not expect to get a call back after leaving a voicemail or a returned email. I canceled my daughter's spot months ago with a 39 days notice and have been being charged each month and ignored when I email or leave a message.

I sent my lovely daughter here, and let me tell you😳, this place ruined her. The negativity that goes around this place is absolutely insane. The coaches are constantly making inappropriate comments and singling my daughter out and there's obvious favoritism around certain gymnasts. I'm not going to say much more and put my time and energy into describing this horrendous place. I would recommend you looking into other gyms before going to this awful place.

Our family's experience at Rebound West Gymnastics has been deeply frustrating. Initial positive impressions faded as management issues, particularly poor communication from the owner Tiffany, became evident. Unexpected closures and mandatory cash-only practices were frequently announced last-minute.
Financial Transparency Issues: The gym requires hefty cash deposits into a commitment account without clear itemization or contracts. Our attempts to reclaim funds have been met with silence and delays, stretching our patience and trust thin.
Conclusion: After a prolonged struggle including ignored emails and unmet promises about refunds, we decided to leave. The lack of support and transparency has been disheartening. We advise other families to look elsewhere for a gym that values and respects its members and their families.
Warning: Exiting this gym is as challenging as dealing with its management. A written, in-person 30-day notice is required, and even then, communication is scarce. Choose wisely to avoid similar headaches.

As a parent, choosing the right environment for your child is paramount, and unfortunately, Rebound West Gymnastics has been a major disappointment. Echoing concerns similar to other recent reviews, our time at Rebound West Gymnastics began over 3 years ago on a positive note and for the last 2 years has continued to decline until we ultimately decided it was best to part ways and find another gym.
The Disorganization: Communication from the gym's management, especially the owner, Tiffany, is severely lacking. Important notifications, such as unexpected gym closures, are communicated at the last minute, causing inconvenience and frustration. Last minute ad-hoc practices are the norm, are MANDITORY on days practice is not scheduled, and are to be paid on the day of the ad-hoc practice IN CASH. Phone calls and e-mails go unanswered, so there is no one to communicate concerns to, ask questions or discuss financial accounts with. The overall management is chaotic, which is evident from their high staff turnover and nearly non-existent front desk assistance. There are many coaches who have come and gone that are wonderfully committed to being a positive presence in the lies of the gymnasts. However, the overarching issues heavily outweigh the small glimmers that shine due to these coaches.
Financial Concerns: The financial practices here are highly questionable. I have heard horror stories from families in the recreational program. On team, you're required to contribute to a commitment account for expenses like competitions and apparel, but given no clear contract or itemized list beforehand. Families are notified with just weeks to come up with cash for this account, amounting to more than $1,500. This fund is managed through a google spreadsheet which is updated rarely. It includes coaches fees, meet entry fees, annual locker fees, etc.
A Cautionary Conclusion: After we made the difficult decision to move gyms, I was told their gym policy was to refund commitment accounts within 45 days of the last meet of the season. This last season ended the first weekend of February.
February 5: I was in contact with Tiffany on regarding their policy and my refund.
March 22: I sent a follow up email to Tiffany inquiring about the refund of remaining funds, no response.
April 2: I sent another follow up email to Tiffany asking when to expect a check to be mailed, no response.
April 8: I sent another email to Tiffany asking for an update
April 8: Received an email response from another mom on the team who was assisting with parent communication. She asked for patience as Tiffany had been traveling internationally with their star gymnast.
May 3: I sent another email asking for a date of when I could expect to have a resolution to the remaining funds in our account
This has been an extremely disheartening episode concerning a refund—which has taken an inordinate amount of time and effort on my part to resolve—I feel compelled to advise other parents to consider alternative options for their child's gymnastics training. We as parents also deserve a supportive and well-managed environment, and unfortunately, Rebound West Gymnastics falls short on these aspects. Our experience here ended up being more stressful than enriching, and my daughter has since found joy and genuine development in another gym. Please, look around and choose wisely
Warning: If a family wants to leave, the gym strictly enforces their cancelation policy. Such requests are to be submitted in writing in person with a 30 day notice. An e-mail does not suffice. You will continue to be charged monthly if you do not go through all of the appropriate hoops set up to disenroll. Good luck getting to speak to someone if this is the route you need to take.

Our daughter has been at Rebound for over 5 years and the experience she has gained as an athlete has been tremendous. Learning as a young girl to be strong, determined, focused and respectful is so important as they grow up. Even though they compete as individuals, they also learn to be a part of a team. That kind of life experience is invaluable!! If you are looking for a gym for your child to succeed, be pushed and learn about determination and commitment, Rebound is your best option. The coaching is unmatched. Tiffany, LaShawn and Nikos are the best of the best. They are all decorated athletes and competitors themselves. There's no one better to instruct your child. Tiffany's track record on producing TOP TIER athletes speaks for itself. National titles, and representing the US in international competitions is so impressive. I'm proud that my daughter is a part of that kind of elite training. If you are willing as a parent to allow your child to learn and be pushed, you've found your home with Rebound. Nothing is ever perfect anywhere you go, but the trust and respect we have for the owner and coaches at Rebound allow us to have faith that our daughter is in the best hands.

After three weeks I finally got an evaluation scheduled for my daughter. I took her there over 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing. I sent countless emails and have called multiple times everyday and no one has ever answered the phone. My six year old is very upset because she was really looking forward to practicing after attending the gym for evaluation. We just moved to this side of town and will definitely be looking for a gym with better communication and attentiveness. I would suggest not wasting your time.

The good, the bad and the ugly.
The good: My daughter loved being in a group of like minded girls. She made a little family in the two years she worked out at this gym. She also enjoyed some of her coaches. She was dedicated to a 16 hour schedule and never complained. In the beginning, we had the issues listed below but because my daughter was enjoying it , I decided to let it go for her sake. I reminded her that I would NEVER do business with someone like Tiffany, and neither should she....EVER.
The bad: The owner is HORRIBLE with communication! You will notice how most, if not all, of the negative reviews on Yelp mention this because it is 100% true. She demands stuff from her gymnasts, and us parents, without much notice. There is rarely communication for when the gym will be closed. For example, she will decide to close the gym for a long weekend the day before it happens. She will not return your emails when she specifically asks for a 24-48 hours turnaround time. She has a few elite and higher level gymnasts she spends most of her time working out with on a regular basis. She can not keep employees around to save her life! There is almost never anyone at the front desk. Her office manager works remotely, yet we rarely hear back from her either as she needs to get "permission" from Tiffany. At one time, we were told to attend a mandatory competition out of state. When the girls got ready to do their floor and bar routine, Tiffany realized she taught them the wrong one entirely. It was a total mess!!
The ugly: You are required to pay cash/check into a commitment account in which she will utilize for competitions, apparel (way overpriced) $200 administrative fees, $75 locker fee and other miscellaneous items as she sees deems necessary. There is not a contract of goods shown to you beforehand, yet she expects it to be paid by a certain date. This commitment account is completely separate from your monthly gym payment which is only done via credit card. She keeps a spreadsheet through Google Docs for you to see what's been purchased. She states she has based the total off funds paid out in years past. I have called her out on competitions she says she has signed us up for but when in reality, we have not. I have also verified with the individual gyms directly.
When my daughter decided to quit, we were told she would work on getting my $1100 refund out to me. After weeks of emails, voicemails and text messages she would not return, I decided to show up at the gym. She ignored me for about 20 minutes before finally acknowledging me. She would not look at me but asked what I wanted. When I reminded her that I've been reaching out, she said she doesn't respond to text messages. She told me I would get my money sometime after the season but could not give me date. When I told her it was unacceptable she said she didn't care. I told her I would reach out to the BBB, tell other parents and write a bad yelp review, she told me "Go for it!" So here I am letting you all know what to expect should you decide to join this gym.
Lastly, my daughter has been so much happier since leaving. We didn't realize, because she is a hard worker, how much stress she was under while being at this gym. Too much negativity and not enough of the positive. I would look elsewhere.

Almost two years ago we signed my 5-year-old up for classes and she was put in a class with some girls older 8-9. No issues there as the skills were comparable but after only two-three weeks she gets physically pushed off the balance beam by a girl and breaks her leg. You may ask why it took 2 years to write this review, but it has taken me two years and countless hours with their insurance to get things taken care of. Every time I would try and get a hold of Tiffany, I was told she was coaching and would get back to me. She never did until I said I was going to drop-in and then she would call to push me off. In fact, there was never any repercussions for the girl either even with a “no-tolerance” policy. It shocks me that a “coach” and owner would be so uncaring about a young girl.

My 7 year old son has been going to the 5-8 year old boys gymnastics class for 2 months and loves it! Even better he loves the coach CJ, a male coach. As a parent, I can tell CJ is a patient coach who helps instill confidence in the boys. All the kids in the facility seem very happy and enthusiastic to learning gymnastics.
This week, my son finished his first week of camp here. We originally signed him up for half days. After the second day he asked if he could go full days like the new friends he met. Thank you to the whole team at rebound west for providing a safe, fun week!! Luau week was a huge hit too! 🌴

Tiffany is awesome, a lovely person, and a talented/accomplished gymnast in her own right. Rebound is a legitimate operation with top notch instructors who are running a first class gymancistics facility. My two girls love it, and we couldn't be happier.

Rebound Gymnastics West is a state of the art facility with an excellent coaching staff. The gym is always clean and well organized. Class sizes are small, well run with many progressions, and the coaches are very positive and knowledgeable. RGW offers classes for all levels and includes fun activities like obstacle course and group games in addition to the gymnastics. I can't wait to see the kids perform at the Dr. Seuss themed Rec Show in May.

We've been going here for about 2 years for rec classes. My daughter loves the classes. I like how we can shift class times easily as our kids&family schedule changes, payment is very easy. They allow make-up classes when schools are on Spring and Fall break, which is a great value and consideration for families. The special events and open gym are great - even my kids who don't take lessons enjoy going. We've had a bday party there and all the kids enjoyed it. Location and facility are really nice. Wifi in the waiting room too!

Our daughter has been going to Rebound West for over 3 years and finally we had enough and decided to pull her out. Yes, there were inconveniences of having to wait for her in a hot and uncomfortable room, no WIFI for parents trying to work while waiting, unlike other sports venues nearby (check out Scottsdale Martial Arts). The front desk manager is rude and unpleasant to deal with, but we glanced over all that.
In spite of our daughter liking gymnastics very much, what made us leave was constant churn of trainers, no one knew what level our daughter should be at, what skills she had learned or was lacking. Cancelled classes because of lack of attendance and just lack of progress in the last year.
We would not recommend this school to anyone, it doesn’t have its focus on the sports, capturing and retaining good and consistent trainer personnel, not to mention customer service.
