Matt is an excellent trainer. He has a great combination of knowledge and personability. He always answers my questions thoroughly when I ask the purpose of an exercise and he is able to make adjustments and accommodations depending on available equipment as well as my abilities. He is encouraging without being pushy and I never feel like I have plateaued in my workouts. We are always moving forward and I have seen a great deal of progress over the year a half that I have trained with Matt. As a result of the training, I have more energy, better posture, and certainly much greater strength. In addition, I have so much more confidence in my physical abilities and have more stamina doing other workouts like running, hiking, and biking. I have absolutely no intention of quitting my training program anytime soon. The results are more than worth it. I highly recommend Matt for anyone interested in fitness for long term health and wellness, regardless of age and ability.

Over the past year I have seen great improvement in my strength. Matt is a positive and professional trainer. His plans have kept me progressing. A year ago, I hated working on upper body and did not feel strong whatsoever in that area. Fast forward to now and I feel 1000% more comfortable working out upper body. I plan to continue training with Matt for the accountability, the consistency, and the progress.
