Great studio! The instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging :) I’ve noticed a real difference in my strength and posture since starting. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get into Pilates.

Was a member of this location for over 6 months going 2/3x a week. Honestly it was my first time ever signing up for pilates so now reflecting back with more experience with other companies I would not recommend Reformed. The classes seem stagnant, I would actually look forward to some of the instructor's classes because I knew they would be easy. Which really doesn't align because the membership is so expensive for what you get.
I had also expressed my concerns to corporate in regards to filming in class. Numerous times did I see myself in the background of a viral video just scrolling through my tik tok... Became so distracting and nothing was done about it when I explained how uncomfortable it was for myself and others. Literally continued on for weeks before I canceled. (for other reasons as well of course)
I now go to the workshop pilates down the road and it is a significant change for the best. Classes are consistently different even with the same instructor, I'm engaged & working harder and getting my moneys worth. What sparked this review is in my class there today they made a big announcement about filming & if you are to, to please keep anyone else out of the frame. What a nice thing to hear without any prompt! Maybe if you are starting out this place is good to get the swing of it but i wouldn't suggest signing up for a membership. I learned the basics which was great but I'm glad I canceled.

The fee structure is awful and after everything is said and done it’s a ripoff. Reasons:
1. You can’t rely on who you get and if it happens to be a really rude instructor (Megan), you get charged for a fee for canceling even though you think this person is ineffective and just awful to be around
2. They said they would reverse fees if you just email them but now they have a rule saying it’s only once a year… bait and switch? Yep because guess what? I’m a mother with high levels of inflammation that can’t get out of bed sometimes and I don’t know when it’s going to happen, also why give me a fee if I’m responsible enough to cancel from the night before? Sometimes by kids wake me up at odd hours because they’re sick, and also it’s just stupid Pilates. I’m a doctor and I’ve never charged anyone a no show fee, been running my business for 10 years…not once.
3. Bathrooms are never clean. Like ever clean. Upgraded yes, never clean.

I've recently reached a major milestone with Reformed Pilates, hitting my 250th class! This journey has been nothing short of transformative. As someone who never really enjoyed workouts, I was hesitant to try pilates. But after my first class, I was hooked.
Reformed Pilates has not only helped me sculpt my body but has also given me a newfound love for exercise. The instructors are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable, making each class enjoyable and challenging. The class is also adaptable to various fitness levels, ensuring that everyone can participate and benefit.
One of the things I appreciate most about this class is the emphasis on mind-body connection. It's a great way to unwind and focus on my well-being, especially given my busy lifestyle. If you're looking for a workout that's both effective and enjoyable, I highly recommend giving RP a try.
A special thanks to Alexis, Emma, Sierra, and Megan for their amazing instruction and guidance!
My best advice for anyone considering pilates is to stick with it, listen to your body, and take things slow. You might be surprised where this journey takes you. Before you know it, you could be celebrating your 250th class!

Paid $35 and reserved through the app just to show up literally 36 seconds late for class just to be turned away by Gina Harris even though there were 5 open seats in the class and she was still getting everyone situated on their platforms. I tried to explain to her that there had been an accident blocking entry and she said it was policy to turn a paying client away even though I was less than 1 minute late for class. She was rude, abrasive and dismissive. I will never be returning to reformed and was considering a monthly membership before this experience. Nice job Gina! You lost your branch a client for life over less than 60 seconds because you are petty and have no idea how customer service should be rendered. I never post bad reviews but this was so ridiculous and offensive that I couldn’t not say something. Do not go to this studio.

I went for my first ever pilates class (machine) with my wife. The instructor, Olivia, was patient and professional and took a minute to get me oriented. The facility was clean and I definitely got a workout.

I recently attended Reformed for 2 months and while I enjoyed the workouts, I was disappointed by the lack of variety in the classes. Over the course of 26 classes, the workouts stayed pretty much the same and only four times did we use alternate equipment despite there being a wall full of equipment at the studio. Additionally, I found that the instructors didn't create a very warm or welcoming environment. While they were not rude, they didn't address me by name like they did with other clients, which made me feel a bit unappreciated as a customer.
Despite these issues, I did notice results and an increase in strength over the course of two months. The studio is clean and the app is easy to navigate. However, I have decided to begin a membership at a new Pilates studio to find the community I am looking for. While I appreciated the workouts and results, I value a welcoming atmosphere in a fitness studio and hope to find that at the next one.

This place goes beyond bad business honestly to just really bad people. First of all it’s not that cool. Bad lighting very bad acoustics this place hurts my ears. I was temporarily living in AZ for a nursing contact I told them I would be moving in a month and a half she said no problem they charge you half price the first month and prorate you for a half month we usually require two months but I’ll right a note in your file so they can do that. THEN they charge me $150 for the full second month I told them the situation they acknowledged the staff told me and said basically you signed the agreement so too bad sorry. I’ll post screenshots of the messages it’s actually shocking. No wonder they offer discounts for your first months. They scam you for so much money after. It’s actually really sad. Also charged me a $111 “fee” and unauthorized charged my card on file after I complained and still haven’t explained or issued me a refund. There’s WAY better Pilates studios these guys are just terrible people

I have been going here for about a month and I really do enjoy the classes. The only thing that I noticed is that the classes at Arcadia this month at 6:00 or 7:00 on Tuesday and Thursday, the routine doesn't change. We do the same moves and exercises every class and I am not feeling challenged. I have attended other times and certain trainers switch it up and push us to do more. I think routines should be changed to keep pushing us and keep us at the studio. Do you switch instructors or is it going to be the same every month? This is the closet location for me and honestly, if the instructors are going to remain the same, that will affect my decision to continue here.

I want to say how much I enjoy my classes with Brooke McDermott. She provides clear instructions for each exercise that a beginner can easily follow and an advanced person can work on improving their form. She gives us a great workout that doesn't feel strenuous while doing it, but leaves me at the end totally exhausted and feeling great. She motivates at the right moments and provides little breaks that help to keep me going.
I always look forward to her classes.

I was traveling to Phoenix for a girls weekend and we thought it would be fun to take a class. I was able to get in touch with the owner after checking out the website. She was incredibly accommodating and invited us to try the class, as none of us had used the machines in the past.
The instructor of the class (I think her name was Megan) was awesome. She was energetic and enthusiastic about the class. She helped us every step of the way with the machines. I highly recommend this studio; it's very clean and the staff is very friendly and inviting, and most importantly, it was a great workout!
