I am enjoying the small group training program that challenges you individually, letting you work at the pace that’s appropriate for you . Torey and Casey are always there to help give you pointers to make sure you are performing the workouts safely and with the proper form. The workouts selections are great, they focus on different muscle groups everyday. Anyone from beginner to advanced will enjoy and be surprised at the effectiveness!

I’m a big fan of Torey of Casey at Reps Fitness!
They’ve created a very efficient small group training program that challenges you individually, letting you work at the pace and weight selection that’s appropriate for you without fear of “holding up” the group. The workouts are thoughtful and give you a blend of 1-1 coaching and social camaraderie.
As a former college athlete and fitness professional myself, I’ve been looking for a workout regimen to supplement the existing routine I have that comprises of mostly HIIT and cardio style training, and this is exactly what I was looking for! It’s getting me back into the swing of more traditional weight lifting (using dumbbells, barbells, cables, bands, etc), but in a completely new way with unique twists on exercises and moves that not only challenge your muscles, but your brain and coordination as well.
In just 4 weeks or so I can already tell I’m much stronger. - Thanks Torey and Casey!
I highly recommend anyone come check them out - from beginner to advanced fitness levels. They take the time to fully coach and educate you on each and every move, and help make sure your form is correct, and that you’re getting the most from every exercise/selecting and appropriate weight.
And with just 3-4 people per small group, you get attention to ensure your safety, and a close-knit group of folks that are all there for the same purpose!

I started with Reps Fitness and Nutrition in February 2025 with a few goals in mind:
1) Feel better mentally and physically.
2) Build better fitness and strength.
3) Build better eating habits (I have been a serial dieter all my life and nothing has ever worked/stuck).
It's been about 4 months into my fitness journey with Casey and Torey and I can say I have attained most of my goals already! I'm even setting new ones for myself. I have seen amazing results (lost 10 lbs, gained ~4 lbs of muscle, lost 8.3% body fat). I am so excited and motivated to see how far I can take myself. I have never felt better nor looked better - I feel like I've regained confidence in myself.
Casey is incredibly knowledgeable about nutrition and I have gained so much insight from her. Not only that, but she has helped me progress mentally when it comes to eating habits and gaining a healthier mindset about food. I no longer berate myself or feel guilty for having ice-cream or cake, I just have a new approach and tools for the days I have a sweet treat. She is also a fun group instructor! I loved taking her morning group session - she encouraged me, helped me with my form, and plays really good music.
Working with Torey as a personal trainer has been so insightful. I'm still learning so much from him as far as proper form and about different types of workouts when strength training. He encourages me and pushes me just the right amount when we do a workout together. I feel like I never knew what a true workout was until I worked with Torey in the gym! He is also an amazing group instructor - I enjoy his energy, and his music is really good too!
There's just so many good things to say about Reps and about Torey and Casey that I could go on and on. If you are reading this review and are encouraged by it, I say go and try them out! What's the harm in giving it a shot?

I’m loving the small group personal training at REPS Fitness. Casey and Torey are great! They’re super positive and challenge me to push myself. I’m getting a much better workout in a shorter time than when I workout on my own.
I’ve been attending the sessions for more than a month and I’ve learned so much from them about doing the exercises correctly and safely. Who knew it could make such a difference! Many of their exercises work multiple muscle groups and muscles that I’ve neglected like my abs and back. The hour-long class flies by and I’ve met some great people - love the camaraderie!

I completed 8 weeks of personal training with Torey as well as their group class and nutritional consult. The experiences absolutely set me up for success in muscle gains, fat loss and a healthy/sustainable approach.
Torey knows how to get the most out of you in the gym and has a wealth of knowledge. Torey is super down to earth and overall a really friendly dude, so I always look forward to our sessions. I also always trust that I'm going to be wiped out after a session. With him, you will learn what weight training is supposed to feel like.
Talking diet can be intimidating if it comes fear of judgement. What you eat is a weirdly personal thing. But Casey is so easy to talk to about it because there is no judgement, only understanding and empathy. I was immediately comfortable with the consultations and her nutritional advice was spot on for me. I feel empowered with a new set of skills that will keep me on track for the long term. I'm extremely happy.
The group session is a really nice way to get efficient strength training and some intensity in a healthy, non-competitive social setting. If you aren't already on a strict weight training schedule but still want an effective, time-efficient workout, I would highly recommend the group sessions.
