I engaged Kelly as a personal trainer near me and turns out her strategy is restorative fitness. I didn’t know unneeded that until I met her and knew I find the right place to redefine my fitness goals. She’s working on correcting me from the form outwards and I’m feeling this approach working. After a very thorough and spot-on eval, I signed up for her monthly check in which is great for me and an affordable option. She has other packages and programs to satisfy her client’s goals. I hope we can work together for a long time.

Kelly is great and I can't recommend her highly enough. I was having major shoulder pain (sharp pain with reaching movements) and limitation of my range of motion. I was skeptical that she could help - especially with seemly simple rolling, breathing and movement work. Boy was I wrong! Seeing her weekly for months really was transformative (even when I wasn't always good at doing my homework!). Go talk to her!

Kelly is very adept at seeing what's going on when I have difficulties moving in different kinds of exercises or physical activities, finding the root cause of all the compensations that I'm unconsciously making, and giving me exercises to do, that address the fitness of that root cause area. It really helps !

Kelly is truly the BEST! I am constantly blown away by her knowledge -- every time I've had any kind of pain she manages to zero in on the source of it within minutes, and by the end of our session my body feels a million times better. She pushes my limits when I need it, and lets me rest (without guilt) when I need it. Not to mention the fact that she somehow was able to keep me active and working out when I had a broken foot! Kelly is magic!

After years of debilitating pain in my neck, knees, and low back, and thousands of dollars spent on ineffective physical therapy and visits to the chiropractor, I was feeling frustrated and discouraged.
And I was just about ready to give up.
But everything changed when I met Kelly. She made it her personal mission to help me develop the strength, flexibility, and awareness that I needed to put an end to my chronic pain for good.
If you had told me one year ago that I could be virtually pain-free after just a few minutes of intentional breathing and movement a few times a week, I would've told you that you were crazy. But it's true!
I can finally go about my day without the constant fear of hurting myself. I can travel, hike, and dance without a care in the world.
I can't tell you how grateful I am that I found Kelly.
Kelly is like a kinesthetic detective. All I have to do is tell her where I'm feeling pain or discomfort, and she will create a customized solution to help me feel substantially more comfortable in my own skin after just a few minutes.
She's also an incredible teacher. Even with my visual-spatial learning disability and hand-eye coordination issues, she made it easy for me to learn all of the exercises I needed to do, and feel confident enough to do them by myself in the comfort of my own home.
Working with Kelly has been a true blessing, and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to experience more freedom and ease in their body.
