Thankful for the trainers and Sandy for pushing me through this journey and meeting me where I was at.I initially had a rough start with some health issues. Thankfully due to taking the first step in joining this gym, I was able to gain some self awareness. Daryl is super friendly and knowledgeable about fitness. Matt was so helpful with helping me with my form with each strength movement. He also challenged me by increasing my weights. Jacob was very kind and patient with me. Each trainer left a remarkable impression on my journey. Had to leave due to cost but hopefully will be back soon after I get some financial restraints resolved. Highly recommend this gym.

Great gym. Heather is amazing in the AM. Daryl is awesome in the evenings. Really great family. They do things like potluck, kickball and dogdeball. I unfortunately had to leave due to not being able to make the class times offered, but if you can make it work you should!

This gym is great. They have very nice equipment and lobby area. Here, you get more than someone showing you exercises. You get an ecourager, a complimenter, a supporter and a motivator, as well as a trainer. Here, they encourage you to become part of a community. They're very into helping you with weight, nutrition and goals.

More than just a gym that gets you results, but a friendly and warm community. A community that makes you feel welcome and cheers you on. The trainers are professional and very knowledgeable. They give you the tools and guidance on how to work towards your specific goals, making it attainable and also fun. I’ve gone to many gyms and worked with many trainers but Revolution really has knocked it outta the park, thank you all!

Omg, this class kicked my a$$ on 3/2/24. Coach Sandy is awesome! Great trainer, and motivator, nice to feel emotionally and physically inspired. Coach Sandy's desire to help others reach their goals and see their best selves develop in the mirror. Keep in mind the next day, your body will be so sore you will want to scream but worth it! 😭
However I was asked to do a session with my friends mother, who is a miniature fitness guru and the location is a bit far from my house and it costs $50 for 3 sessions, for most people that would roughly be around $200 a month if you want to go 3 times per week. That is more than my gym membership per month unfortunately and that is the only downside to this amazing strength training they offer.

The Revolution staff is very welcoming the minute you walk in the door. They have multiple resources available for you to achieve your weight loss and/or strength training goals. I recommend the semi private training. Daryl individualizes each workout, with your personal goals in mind.

My experience at Revolution has been outstanding. I had been hesitant to join a gym for a long time, and my fiance finally convinced me to join this one with her. After a few sessions, I was sold. Everyone there, from the staff to the fellow gym-goers is so positive, encouraging, and kind. I would recommend this place to anybody who wants to get in better shape, feel good about how they look in a mirror, and surround themselves with kind people.

I came across this gym in February 2024 because I wanted to get back into Fitness. The one thing I did love when I was going through their Instagram page, is that the trainers bring in their dogs!!! Coming into my appointment I felt very good about the energy and the people. Sandy, Daryl, Jacob and Heather are very welcoming humans. The training that they implement is the training that I have been doing for well over four years and I told myself this was the gym I needed to be in due to the environment, energy, pet lovers, short travel, and hours fitting into my work/life schedule. It just fit all my boxes!! ALSO This place is different. They actually make events/ activities for all members they go on hikes or walking marathons, they did a valentine theme bingo Card (gym version lol). We have daily group chats and the coaches always check up on you. I’m happy to be a member.

With revolution I lost 12 lbs in 6 weeks! I was held accountable with nutrition as I had to upload pictures of what I ate. I was guided through the workouts which was good because I was a beginner. The trainers were great and there was a flexible schedule. If I didn’t move to the other side of town I would still be continuing with Sandy. Sign up!

The training here is different. Getting stronger and conditioned is a given here, trainers here want you to be fit for life's challenges. I've notice here any body type, athlete, non-athlete are welcomed. It's not cookie cutter here. You truly feel like a family member here, the trainer's passion for your well being here is palpable.

Run as quickly as you can to sign up at this gym. It is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. My work schedule only permits me time to be at the gym at 6am. Being more of a night person, there is not much that will get me out of bed to be somewhere that early.
The owner trainer Sandy, my trainer Daryl, and trainer Claire are amazing, as I am sure are the other trainers I have not yet met. The facility is very clean and well equipped. It offers group classes as well as personal training. The whole atmosphere is supportive as members clap and cheer the "wins" of others. Sandy also makes it fun by having regular competitions with prizes (e.g., who can consistently drink their daily water requirements or more this week). However, there is never any pressure to participate in any competition. She also organizes participation in activities such as hikes. When she is not training, she is usually out on the floor offering encouragement.
But, it is not all fun and games. This gym is serious about your health, fitness, and conditioning helping you to monitor food intake, water and sleep, as well as exercise. Members range from athletes to average people like myself.
My trainer, Daryl, is awesome. He is very personable and spends time getting to know you, and your needs and abilities. I never feel "less than" anyone else in the gym even though my abilities may be light years behind others. However, in the short time (less than two months) I have been coming to this gym, I feel the changes in my body and mental state, and I am "light years" ahead of where I was two months ago. I feel it in my clothes, my strength and stamina, and I am starting to see some definition in my muscles. Daryl challenges me each session, but I always leave on an endorphine high.
Another thing I love about this gym is that the members come in all sizes, ages and shapes, and feels very inclusive. I have worked out next to male and female athletes more than half my age.
I am a 67 year old out of shape (now getting into shape) female (with a torn rotator cuff and 2 bad knees) and my only regret is that I did not do this sooner. I feel fortunate that I have found Revolution Stength & Conditioning. If I could, I would give it 10 stars.

Have you ever been to a gym where they actually remember your name? I've worked out at a lot of gyms and with various trainers in my health journey over the last 15 years and Revolution Strength & Conditioning is by far the best. Showing up is the hardest part for me and they do their part to get me there. Knowing that when I walk through their door that I wlil be greeted with a smile, my name and care for how I'm doing - all of that helps me show up. This is a place where you will find support, encouragement, community and a little bit of edge to push you. Sandy, Darryl, Claire and the other coaches take care to teach you the movements, watch your form and offer different movements for any of your personal needs or limitations. I feel so fortunate to have found them. I just gotta keep doin my part and show up!

Joining Rev. Strength & Conditioning was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It changed the idea of going to the gym is boring or I never knew how to work out.
They helped understand nutrition, diet planning, push us to give our best and of course professional coaches in every session that show each exercise. Semi- private sessions are great. Daryl is the best!! His background as physical therapist gives him that extra knowledge to adjust the exercises based on each individual’s goals and make us break through our limits. He is very friendly and passionate on what he does.

Unfortunately, I had very high hopes for this gym, but I was let down. I thought this gym was heavily community based, but I was not apart of that. I never got a shirt or a picture on the wall, which made me feel they thought I was temporary. Also, through their marketing I thought this was personal training, but it is not (in fact it is an extra $100 per week for personal training on top of the $250 per month). I am a college student so this was already super expensive for me, but I thought it was worth it for my health and for the goals I wanted to achieve, but I was misled. In my interview I had very specific goals and Sandy said we could achieve my goals with the $250, but again I was misled and can only achieve my specific goals with the personal training. When I told Sandy I don’t think this is working for me she said, “well, do you really think you will work out at home?” Additionally, after I had my first meeting, I was called 2-3 times a day by marketing even though I already signed up. Overall super dissatisfied and on top of this they still made me pay another $250.

The level of knowledge and encouragement at this fitness facility is wonderful. It is hard to find and I am grateful that I have found it. Fitness, nutrition and mindset is the base I need to make lasting change; these are the focus on a daily basis. Exercise form, nutrition and attitude/beliefs are discussed regularly.The classes are well structured and challenging but also fitness improvement and proper form is the foundation.....and it's fun! No judgement, just getting better and better.There are different levels of fitness present while the unity amongst each other does not waiver and is easy to see. This place is special, you won’t go wrong! I’m on my 6th week and I want more. The diversity of the classes, from newbies beginning their health journey to fit people getting stronger, you’ll feel like you belong the moment you walk into the group classes. The community of people lift each other up, encourage and challenge each other. The coaches are top notch! They offer guidance, correction and praise on the spot…they won’t let you do an exercise wrong and hurt yourself. They modify your workout where it’s needed but you won’t be missing out. The class could be full but they still manage to give you attention and encouragement… and how they remember everyone’s names blows my mind. They truly care about you. The cost may seem much but I promise you, you’ll get what you pay for and more! I feel stronger than I’ve ever felt. I’m motivated to stick with this and even make healthier choices when I’m not there because ‘trust the process’ as they say.

From the moment I stepped into their facility, I knew I was in for something truly special. This gym isn't just a place to work out; it's a haven for self-improvement, motivation, and empowerment.
The first thing that caught my attention was the unparalleled level of professionalism and expertise demonstrated by the trainers. What's more, they possess a genuine passion for helping every individual reach their personal fitness goals.
This gym excels at nurturing a sense of community among its members. Even as an introvert, I found myself gradually opening up to the trainers and workout partners, all of whom shared the same dedication to achieving their fitness goals. The camaraderie and encouragement that fill the gym's atmosphere are incredibly motivating and make every visit enjoyable, even with all the hard work and sweat!

You will sweat and work hard and you'lllove it! The first week I could barely sit down without my thighs burning. Now I look forward to feeling my body tighten. My range of motion has improved as well as my endurance and strength. My only regret is that I didn't find them when I first moved to Peoria. My contract is up and now I'm going to another city hoping to find anything close to the training I received at Revolution Strength and Conditioning. I feel stronger everyday!

Have to say…. When I started at this gym I was a little intimidated .I Just had an heart attack a month prior to joining. So I decided to change my lifestyle and Sandy made me feel very comfortable and since then …I love working out . Can’t tell you how great this place is. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Revolution!! I have been working out in the morning Sweat classes for 6 weeks now and they are the BEST workouts I have ever done! I love that they have a focus on mobility and functional training. The coaches, the music, the workouts, the community…all 10/10 FOR SURE. Oh & there’s usually a cute dog walking around the gym at least once a week…another perk! Best place to work out!! I have been a member for a few months and I love it, I can’t believe that I love working out My life has truly changed since joining. I am 15lbs 2 sizes down I'm leaner, healthier, and stronger than I've ever been and all I've had to do was put in the effort. just show up, put in the work, and see the results. The coaches are fantastic and are eager to help you 1on1, even in group workouts. When you arrive don’t have to think about what you’re going to do when you get there. Everything is tee’d up for you ready to roll as soon as class starts. The best thing about this gym is you go home feeling exhausted yet amazing after your workout. They really make you break a sweat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GIVE IT A TRY! You will not regret it.

I’ve really been enjoying revolution strength and training . You have access to a wonderful coach who keeps you on track with your weightless goals weather it’s by cheering on your success or helping you through the struggles. You also have a wonderful support group of people who are in the program as well sharing their success, their struggles, meal ideas , and support. I am down 16 pounds since starting the program and I’m about 5 pounds from my goal. If your looking for someone to hold your hand and help you achieve your goals and create a healthy lifestyle I would 100% give them a shot :)

This place literally changed my life for the better! I’m down 30+ pounds and have been getting compliments from family and friends non-stop about my new and improved physique. I was hesitant on joining the 6 week challenge but after meeting with Sandy and knowing I needed to make a change to get in shape I decided to take a big ‘ol leap of faith.
Now completing the 6 week challenge, I’m back on the soccer field and feeling stronger. Just take the leap.

I absolutely love Sandy and Revolution. From the start she took time to listen to me about my fitness goals and not push me to chase a # on the scale like some other trainers do, but instead she has encouraged, listened, pushed me and celebrate with me each of my little wins along the way. I love the program they really know how to motive you . The workouts are great they make them fun and they go at your own pace but still push you . Within 2 weeks I saw a change in my strength and I can only see me getting stronger each week.
coach sandy and Daryl are the best. They really help you on your journey and explain each workout and steps and always there to make sure you feel comfortable doing the work outs.

Before meeting sandy I had been on a weight loss journey on my own. I eventually hit a bump and wasn't losing anymore weight. Once I got with sandy she explained to me why this happened and what we needed to do to continue to lose weight. She explained to me the importance of counting macros and really educated me on it. I have now lost 10lbs in 2 months. She is truly an amazing person and really cares about all her clients. Looking forward to continue my progress.

I came across this fitness program the day I decided to make a change. I absolutely loved speaking with Sandy our time meeting over the phone. The workouts are incredible time absolutely flys by when your having fun!!! Yes! Fun. Her interaction is always positive, always ready to help you with any questions meal ideas etc.
