When I joined Revolution at the end of July 2024, I was at a crossroads in my fitness journey. After years of consistent workouts, I found myself dealing with recurring injuries that left me frustrated and demotivated. Despite my dedication—working out five to six times a week and lifting heavy weights—I wasn't seeing the results I wanted. The stress from my daily life compounded the issue, making it even harder to achieve my fitness goals.
My initial meeting with Mike was eye-opening. We discussed my history, my injuries, and my aspirations. I had a feeling I might not like what he had to say, and I was right. He helped me realize that my high-intensity regimen was counterproductive to my recovery. Instead of pushing through the pain, I needed a more sustainable approach that would allow my body to heal while still making progress.
The weekly sessions focused on refining my form were invaluable. I learned that I am hypermobile, which explained many of my injury issues. Mike guided me in making small, targeted adjustments to my movements, helping me find my body’s neutral position and engage muscles that I had been neglecting. This shift in understanding was a game changer for me—by slowing down and focusing on proper form, I could build strength safely and effectively.
Nutrition also played a crucial role in my progress. In mid-August, I began tracking my food intake more diligently, following the macro guidelines Mike set for me. By adjusting my diet, I started to see significant changes on the scale for the first time in years! The fact that I lost 9.7 pounds and 4.2 pounds of body fat in such a short time was a huge boost to my motivation.
What has truly stood out to me throughout this journey is the emphasis on trusting the process. Mike’s mantra encouraged me to embrace the gradual nature of change rather than seeking quick fixes. I’ve also learned that working out fewer days with more focused sessions has been more beneficial for my body.
This experience has not only reignited my passion for fitness but has also improved my overall well-being. I feel stronger, more balanced, and more in control of my health than I have in a long time. I’m genuinely excited about the future and eager to see how my fitness journey at Revolution unfolds. If anyone is seeking a straightforward and effective approach to fitness, I highly recommend Revolution. The support and expertise I’ve received have been truly transformative.

It was a long search for a gym that fit my needs, but I found it here. I joined for the small group class, which offers training and accountability, with a few other people that are in it with me. I found it less intimating as a newbie! It is never too crowded, rarely have to wait to use equipment, and everyone is supportive and friendly. The owner is helpful and will answer any questions anytime! Four years later, I give a lot of credit to this place for my weight loss and health journey!

I’ve been training here for a few years, it’s a great gym for people who want to be around less people and have access to lots of technical equipment for their workouts on their schedule. All the trainers I’ve worked with have been great as well. I’ve finally got a routine back, thanks Revolution Training!

I am visiting from out of town and needed a place to work out. My mom trains with Mike and brought me along one day praising his custom workout plans and helpful tips. As someone who trains often, I am picky about gyms, and this one definitely meets my standards. It has everything you need for a dynamic, functional workout, and it is very clean. I specifically like the open concept and free weights setup. Thank you for letting me train for the week!

I started working out with Mike at RTS over two years ago. Within the first few months of working out with Mike only 2x a week, I saw noticeable improvement in my muscle mass (and fat reduction) that continue to improve today. As a 55+ woman, this is not an easy task, but Mike made it enjoyable with variable and flexible training plans. Even better, he has tailored my training to improve my golf game, which reduced my Handicap by five strokes the first year. I highly recommend RTS if you want to see improvement fast. The gym has all the amenities for all ages/body types.

This gym has every training tool you could possible want. Huge range of implements and weights for every type of lifter. Racks, platforms, sleds, plyo boxes, bands, chains, etc.
Mike and the rest of the trainers are smart and their programming is cutting edge. The gym is available 24/7, and it's never crowded. Couldn't be happier with my membership.

I love this gym! The only reason I left was because I moved too far away. Mike, the owner, impressed me right off the bat with his professionalism and knowledge. I did personal training with him and his brother, Matt, for a few months and then moved to just open gym. What you get with this gym is a local owner who knows you by name, who you can text with questions when you need something, great equipment - everything for a solid workout plan, and no commercial gym stuff. This is mostly a free weight, functional training gym with solid equipment. Everyone is super nice, and because it’s smaller, you start to recognize your fellow gym goers since very few folks are in at the same time. I’m in the best shape of my life because of this place, way more so than when I was going to big chain gyms. They teach you how to use free weights properly and how to build a solid workout. I’ve learned so much working out here and it’s definitely helped me change my lifestyle!

Mike and the rest of the staff at RTS are super friendly and unusually knowledgeable. The gym itself is superb. It’s outfitted with all the worthwhile new-generation equipment as well as old-school staples; all of this equipment is of the highest quality. At the same time the workout space is capacious and never feels cramped. With my membership I was able to access the gym at any time, which was a great advantage. Altogether it’s an outstanding resource and deserves wide support.

The place is fantastic! They can help no matter what your goals are, whether you want to get as strong as possible, to fix some body mechanics/mobility or nagging issues, or a mix of both like me. Great people with tons of knowledge, no way I'd go anywhere else as long as I'm in the area.

Highly recommend this gym!
I have been training with the owner Mike for about a month and have learned so much! (Proper form&technique for Powerlifting, Kettlebells, etc.). Mike made the workout program specific to meet my fitness goals. I feel much stronger and more confident in just one short month. Mike and Matt (another coach) are both super nice and incredible knowledgeable. So happy that I found this gym!

Awesome gym!! Mike and Matt are both very helpful and they push you to do your best. In one month I gained 4 lbs of muscle and lost 5 lbs of fat; and this is during the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years time frame; so my diet wasn't the best. Mike understood that and gave me guidelines for my macros so I wouldn't have to sacrifice on any of the festivities. Now that the holidays are behind I really want to "dial in" my nutrition and weight training and take it to the next level and can't think of a better place to do that at. I'll update on the progress.

I've been coming to the kettleball/barbell classes for over 4 months now after neverrrrrrr doing any sort of strength training in my life, and have gained so much knowledge/muscle/and just general love and appreciation for working out. This gym definitely seems super intimidating for people new to this sort of training, but the trainers and classes are so welcoming and accommodating for beginners. Matt, the kettleball/barbell class leader, is an endless vat of knowledge on nutrition and random benefits of small movements/adjustments in your workouts--I've adopted so much of what he's said in casual conversation into my lifestyle/eating habits and feel so much better for it.
Anyway, everyone is great and I actually COME to these classes every week, which is more than I could say for the last gym I was a member of.

I took the 4-week Beautiful Strength class at Revolution Training and highly recommend it! The instructor was so friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I was brand new to strength training and learned so much in just four weeks, and felt noticeably stronger at the end of the class. I love spending time at this gym, everyone is laid back and fun. I felt comfortable from day one, which is not usually the case for me in a gym-setting. Thank you Mike and Matt!!

If you are a woman who is looking to get into weightlifting, I highly recommend taking their 4-week Beautiful Strength class!!! They teach you the proper technique/form for kettlebells, barbells, everything! Mike (the gym owner) is a super nice guy, and Matt (a trainer) is a wonderful teacher!! He explains everything so well! I was SO nervous to touch any sort of weights, but now I’m MUCH more confident!! In just one short month my body fat decreased and my muscle mass increased by a significant amount (they have you step on a body scanner on the first and last day - it’s pretty cool!). Definitely worth the money and a great way to kick-start your New Year’s Resolution!! :)

The past 6 weeks have been a true experience to say the least. After taking part in the 6 week challenge i have lost 29 pounds and over 6 percent body fat. The weight loss has been great but i also have to say my overall health has improved significantly. In August one week prior to starting this program my blood pressure was in the 170/100 range and my cholestrol was over 200. After this program my blood pressure has falen to the 98/50 range and my cholestrol is down to 130. I can not say enough good things about this program

6 weeks ago I began a 6 week challenge at Revolution Training. It was a great experience. After already losing 20 lbs before starting I was able to lose 8 more lbs in the process and 4% body fat and I am still looking forward to more results for the next month. The trainers were all helpful it was definitely worth it so if you are looking to change your body they can help and they give you a meal plan on top of that.

I absolutely love this gym and could not explain in words the gratitude I have for this place and the staff. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, very encouraging and very professional. I would have to say one of my favorite things about Mike and Matt is that they push you to go beyond your comfort zone with a positive and encouraging approach, and even better they keep YOU accountable for your success. They give you all the tools you need to accomplish your goals, and remind you that if you trust the process and be accountable for what you do outside of the gym and at home in the kitchen you will absolutely get your results. The trainers are so professional, and very informative. The training classes are amazing. They're challenging, motivating, and you learn so much from each class. They're consistently helping you improve your form etc on specific workouts so you learn, and incorporating new things to maximize your workouts, and progress with your fitness. I joined Revolution training to do the 6 week challenge and completed my challenge 2 weeks ago. From the beginning of the 6 week challenge to now, I've lost 7% body fat and 20lbs total! The results I have had personally have exceeded my expectations. I also would like to point out that Revolution Training is home to people in all different walks of fitness. In our group there were people who were already in shape and wanted to get in even better shape, people who had a background in fitness/sports, but were out of shape and had some weight to lose, and others who've never worked out before and were ready to make a change. It was so amazing seeing everyone making progress and all of us feeling and seeing the change in our bodies. If you are looking for a change in your health, I highly recommend working with the Revolution Training team. Talk with them about what your goals are, and they will help you get there. These guys are extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I could not have picked a better gym!!

Well I really have to thank Mike and Matt for urging me to enter their 6 week challenge, even though it would put a financial strain on my life. They laid out every thing I needed from meal prep menus/recipes, to making their classes available at multiple times during the week. It took some serious belt-tightening on my budget, (and later literally on my waist!) , but with my meals being prepared a week in advance, it helped me save on my daily meal costs, which were out of control. My goal was to lose 25 lbs in 6 weeks and it would be totally free, after putting $500 up front to give us added motivation. I had ankle fusion surgery a few months ago, so I knew it would be difficult as I was limited in some the exercises i could do. The trainers always worked with me to do alternative exercises to keep me going. So with all their help I am proud to say they helped me lose 27.8 lbs total!! I highly recommend this gym for anyone from a novice to someone into bodybuilding. Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and supportive! Small ,private but very well equipped gym with everything you need for what ever you fitness goals are.

My experience at Revolution Training has been great. I recently completed a "6 Week Challenge" and can proudly say I exceeded my goal! I lost 6.5% body fat, gained a couple pounds in muscles and lost about 8 pounds.
We were given a meal plan that was very specific in what we could and could not eat. I was very nervous at first, but even after the first week, I could feel the difference! The hardest part for me was actually prepping out my meals. I feel like I got it down with practice though.
Everyone at Revolution Training is amazing! I never once felt intimated and really did feel like they were on my side! They coached me and made sure I was doing all the exercises properly. This has definitely been a great kickstart to healthy habits and living a healthier lifestyle (:

All I have to say is THANK YOU to Revolution Training for setting me on the right path. I wouldn't say I was in horrible shape but I definitely felt I was not dieting and working out in a healthy way. I stumbled across Revolution Training on social media and was skeptic at first but the least I could do was come in and check it out and see what it was all about. After meeting with Mike and him showing me what I would be getting and the meal plan that laid out what I could eat and how much I needed to eat I felt like I was ready to sign up for the challenge. Not only did I gain knowledge about my diet but I also can walk away with knowledge on working out with kettle bells. Weighing in at 165.7 I knew I wanted to challenge myself to lose 6% body fat which i knew would be quite the challenge since my weight was low and I felt like it would be impossible in 6 weeks to lose 6%. Coming in for the weekly weigh in was motivating especially to see your hard work paying off. Now what to expect as far as the work outs go? I gave it my all in that one hour work out. I challenged myself to do more and the trainers saw that and continued to push me because they knew i could handle it. There were days where it was rough and literally had no energy but the energy coming from the rest of the individuals in the class only motivated me even more. We were all there for our own separate journeys but to see the drive that everyone had to come in for the 5:30 or 6:30am work outs only pushed us more. Overall Revolution Training is a solid facility with serious trainers and serious athletes looking to get in a good solid workout without any of the fluff that other chain gyms might have.

I've been working out at Revolution Training since 2015 and I've learned so much about powerlifting and the right ways to approach training. The staff are really helpful and the facility is perfect if you are someone who really wants to take lifting seriously. The equipment is exactly what you need and there is enough of it to accommodate a number of lifters at once [a good number of squat cages, 2 deadlift platforms, a wide variety and large number of barbells, mobility equipment, dumbbells, a lot of benches including competition benches, strongman equipment, and plenty of equipment to assist with accessory work]. The gym has powerlifting classes for women (both beginning and advanced) and is probably the premier kettle bell facility in the valley in terms of teaching technique/form and offering kettle bell classes. The trainers really understand how to program clients whether its for general fitness, body building, or powerlifting. The trainers are all competitors themselves and can program all aspects of your training needs [nutrition, cardio, resistance training]. The members are friendly, helpful, and willing to give a spot or critique your form when you need it! Revolution Training is definitely worth considering if you want to up your training and fitness game.

Let's get down to brass tacks. Not only did the Peltz brothers take me on as a client, despite my disability. But they set me up with the best trainer for me, Brett Chrisman.
When I started. I couldn't walk around the block without my crutches. 14 months later I was competing at the World's Strongest Disabled Man in Manchester England. Where I took 6th place.
Revolution Training doesn't rely on gimmicks. They produce results.

If I could give this gym 6 stars I would. After dieting myself down to an unhealthy, depressed mess, I knew I wanted to spend time getting strong and get my mind right. While I enjoyed the intense workouts while doing Crossfit, my back issues didn't agree with the rapid, repeated movements with the weights or the focus on speed. I looked to powerlifting as a safer alternative to build strength. I'm so happy I did. I have learned so much, and grown in strength so much faster than I had anticipated. In the short time I've been with them, I've learned how to safely bench press, and over doubled my squat and dead lift. The coaches are amazing, I see Nicki and she is hands down the best coach I've worked with. Mike, Matt and Brett are nothing short of experts. Finally a gym that I always want to come back to! I have a history of gym yo-yoing... I've been to big box gyms, small private gyms, specialized classes, big classes, you name it I've probably tried it. But I always lost motivation a few weeks or months in. It was boring or just became a chore. The secret to Rev is the people. The people at Rev keep me coming back every time because once you train at Revolution, you become part of their family. It doesn't matter what level you are at or if you plan on becoming a serious lifter or if you just want to have fun and get stronger or more comfortable in a gym environment - whoever you are, you will find a place at Rev.
The trainers at Revolution have a eye for form and constantly help you to improve. I really appreciate the priority of safety, form, and prevention of injury during classes & training sessions. You won't find a better price for the constant support, advice, and monitoring you get here and you won't find a better group of fun-loving, kind, and supportive people!
