I can’t recommend RKDA enough! Brooke is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also genuinely cares about helping you improve. One of the things I appreciate most is how she takes the time to teach proper form — it’s made a huge difference in my confidence and ability to lift heavier weights safely.

Her workouts are always challenging (in the best way), and she knows exactly how to push you beyond your comfort zone without overwhelming you. Because of her encouragement and training style, I’m starting to feel like my old self again — especially after struggling through menopause.

If you're looking for a trainer who will support you, challenge you, and help you get stronger both physically and mentally, Brooke is the one!

I started doing personal training with Brooke a year ago when I was planning for an Italy trip. (F-66) The strength training that she did with me made a difference and made my trip more enjoyable, and I could handle all the steps, stairs, bumps and cobblestones that I encountered.
When I came back, I decided to keep it up because I saw results. It’s a year later and I feel strong and very pleased with the progress my body is making. I can also tell that my brain is firing better.😃

Brooke and Justin have been amazing to work with-I’ve been with RKDA for 2 months now and I’ve not only enjoyed my workouts, but their method of teaching you the proper moves and stance has helped me improve my form and made me stronger than I ever could have imagined. I was a newbie a short time ago, and I keep improving with every session. My workouts are specifically tailored to my goals and limitations, and Brooke and Justin have always been supportive when they confirm what I am doing or offer a correction as needed. I’ve been with Coach Brooke and RKDA movement now for about a year and a half. It’s been the most amazing fitness experience of my life! I keep checking off my goals consistently and making new gains. Brooke and Justin are great about teaching moves in an attainable way, and I feel like I have a better understanding of my body. I also love that RKDA feels like a family. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging. The group fitness classes are awesome. I definitely would encourage everyone to check it out. 10/10 recommend!

Great knowledgeable people that run this athletics facility. Their mentality is to be "intentionally small" so they can give personalized attention to you as an individual. Much different feeling then other places that made me feel like a monthly subscription and forced me to adhere to their cookie cutter program. 10/10 would recommend for those trying to get healthier no matter what stage of fitness you are at!

Brooke has been my coach for 4 years now and has kept me healthy and strong for every era of my life. In 2021&2022 I was competing in fitness competitively and without Brooke I would’ve never have made the gains that I did while staying healthy. But 2023-now was different I had given birth to my first child and Brooke worked with me so hard not only to getting my pelvic floor healthy but keeping me mentally healthy. She has always emphasized the small work makes the big gains and to enjoy the journey and not be so hard on yourself. I’ve never had such a healthy view on exercise and nutrition and I am so thankful for Brooke and Justin for being such an amazing support system. I worked with Brooke and Justin for about a year while I was recovering from knee, hip and elbow issues. They gave me excellent advice and rehab exercises for my trouble areas, which got me back to where I wanted to be physically in less time than I thought was possible. Through the whole process they still were able to give me amazing workouts that were scaled to my ability which was huge for my confidence and overall fitness journey. Brooke is truly amazing! I love the workouts and how she pays attention to my form. It’s really helped me get stronger and build back my knee strength after tearing my ACL. The workouts are fun but challenging and they help you stay motivated. Because they offer several different ways for you to train, it makes it easier to get in a workout that meets your needs. When I travel, I utilize the online program which is something specialized to me so I never miss a workout. If you haven’t already you really need to try one of their workouts
