This gym is a great gym. It's pricing is great for what you get. First off, it's open 24/7 which is super convenient for my schedule. It has free weights and machines. It has racks for heavy lifting as well. It has an outside patio area which also has a deadlift/heavy lifting station and two other racks. There are also punching bags in the outside patio as well. Upstairs has the cardio equipment. There are ellipticals, treadmills, stair climbers and a rower. There are TV s mounted on the walls both upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs also has a studio with wood floors. The staff is very friendly and always willingly to answer any questions or help in any way. They keep the facility very clean. The restrooms are always clean. This gym also has yearly competitions such as bench press or deadlifting.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Snap Fitness Buckeye. Despite having an active membership with One Pass, Snap Fitness cancelled my membership without any prior notice. When I arrived at the gym, my keycard didn't work, and despite numerous attempts to contact the front desk, no one answered. I ended up driving to another gym which was very inconvenient as I already drove 20 minutes to go to Snap Fitness. When I called later to inquire about what happened, I didn't receive an apology or any satisfactory explanation. This lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable.

First off I used their messaging service and recieved a call back w/in 3min, fantastic. However i am not to impressed with the administrative services.... not seeming to understand how to give fitness membership as a gift(xmas)! Luckily I called first..... and im still waiting a callback to verify I even recieved an account, $100 for 100 days, so that has me worried....

Absolutely love this gym!! been a member for about 3-4 months and absolutely the best gym in buckeye, taylors to everyones needs, to fitness to powerlifting to bodybuilding, small but packs a punch, looks small on the outside but spacious for sure! Just rejoined this gym after spending the last five years at Planet Fitness. Totally different, small, clean and focused on there members instead of gimmicks (free sumner programs). Was able to finish my workout within and hour that took anywhere from hour and a half or longer at the other gym. It’s not crowded, people really working out, not taking selfies, sitting on machines on there phone or visiting. For those individuals serious about working out Snap should be your first choice. Excited to continue my fitness journey at this gym.

Came to an event they had last night, this gym may be small, but it’s very big in personality, and a special place to be. They have some new state of the art equipment, and it’s very clean, definitely a great little getaway. Staff is amazing, fun, and helpful. The owner is very nice and caring, greeted everyone that showed up, and spends his profits on events for members, friends, and families. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of a gym putting on an event free of charge for the community, with prizes, contests, and some badass, top of the line t-shirts for everyone. I traveled an hour to be there, and wish I lived closer, because this would be my home gym. Thank you to Snap Fitness in Buckeye.

I have attending Snap Fitness for about two years. After my wife has finally recovered from a long covid related illness I was able to get her to the gym. As she was working out with a friend an employee rudely approached them and said he could not “train” people at snap. I understand businesses are able to have rules and policies but the manner in which this situation was approached was uncalled for. After two years of 24 hr access but no customer service, this one interaction was unfortunate. I cancelled my membership.

UPDATE: I did meet with Lorenzo and explained the situation. He was open to a conversation about the incident. However, I will not be returning to a location my wife is not comfortable at. I did adjust my rating to 2 star due to our conversation.

Update #2: There was no yelling from any parties involved. Please only post accurate information. You did not mention any other people who reached out to you in our conversation the next day. The gym was nearly empty during this incident. I was trying to move past this situation, but I was not able to ignore your inaccurate response. I am not disclosing any other information from our conversation since that was private.

I truly hope your patrons enjoy your gym and your business is successful. I wish this would have worked out for all of us.

This gym is great!! I would not go to any other gym. The equipment, the bathrooms, literally the entire gym is always consistently clean. Well that membership was short lived. After 2 years of battling being a long hauler covid individual I finally got to a place where I could start a new exercise program. I have a dear friend that is well trained in physical fitness and was helping me during this hard time. I thought that a nice local business would be the best place to try and regain my health. After just two workouts we were told I cannot have him assist me. My friend helped me stay safe, motivated and enthusiastic about working out. Unaware of any trainer policy that they have, the employee called us out in the middle of the gym during the middle of my workout. Everyone working out left the building due to the uncomfortable situation. I am very disappointed that this is how it was handled with the lack of professionalism and we could not all sit down like adults. As someone who lives and works in the city of Buckeye I was hoping this would be a good fit. I’m sad Snap Fitness was not willing to work with me.

Snap Fitness is a great gym! Yes, you’re going to pay more than $5 a month compared to planet fitness but you pay for what you get! What you get at Snap Fitness is a close knit gym family. The gym owner and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Lorenzo and his team have been putting some serious work into upgrading this place, even big jumps from when i became a member a year ago. There are never more than maybe 10 members that i’ve seen in the gym at once which is perfect for people who are just starting their fitness journey. You begin to see the same people and become familiar with other members. I’ve never felt uncomfortable going to the gym whether it’s at 3am or 5pm. They have more than enough equipment to get any workout in. Come check them out!

We didn’t like this gym. We tried signing up twice to give them another chance but it was the same thing. It is very expensive for what they have living in Buckeye makes you have no choice since there’s only Planet Fitness which is also a bad gym and this one. They claim they started charging a yearly fee to add new equipment but it’s so small there’s no room for anything. There are a couple treadmills but only 1 stair master they also purchased a brand new desk for the front desk and a new bench and a storage for personal items a bench when they have a couple and new squat racks nothing interesting. Also a couple times there was no light and there’s no one to get a hold of since it’s after hours there were times when there was no toilet paper in the girls restroom and that was also impossible to resolve at nights there was younger kids that would go and wouldn’t close the door right since it is not in a safe area we did not feel safe while trying to work out. I will spend my money elsewhere cheaper with more options especially one that accepts free guests not like this one that charges $5 per visit on top of the $30 you already pay monthly.

I haven't been here but I called twice and never got a response.

Edit: I came in after a member took me with them to check it out. I got a member ship the next day. The person at the front desk was helpful and answered all my questions when I came in to join. I was able to get my member ship within 10 min.
There aren't any deadlift bars or hexbars for powerlifting but they have plenty of machines and areas for most work out needs, heavy bags for strike training and general martial arts related practice.

This gym is awesome. I lifted at LA Fitness for years and decided to check this place out because of my work schedule. I've now been with Snap for close to 3 years and have no plans to go anywhere else. The gym is never ridiculously packed, staff is always friendly, and the efforts they've put in during this pandemic are above and beyond. My husband was a member for over 6 years and myself for a few months. We left due to some unfortunate circumstances. Has plenty variety of equipment that is well maintained. The Womens' Restroom is always clean and has a shower. The building is 24 hour access to fit crazy schedules. If you go during staffed hours, staff make an effort to learn your name. They're friendly and very helpful if you have any questions or suggestions. What stands out most about this gym compared to the larger chains I was a previous member of(Lifetime, LA Fitness, ect) is that they make you feel a part of a community and not just another one of hundreds of gym members to cash in on.

The older guy that owns the club was disrespectful when I asked why my card was terminated because it’s paid through my company. I was member for 3 years until that happened. It’s not much of a loss since they never service their machines. The treadmills always skip on the belt, bathrooms are always clogged, overpriced and overcrowded. This gym has a very nice and friendly atmosphere especially now with new management. The new manager, Lorenzo, is real friendly genuine guy who you can tell cares a lot about this gym. The new changes he has brought to the gym such as the addition of more fans, free weights, benches, racks, and machines are awesome. The stretching room was also reduced by about half its size to make room for more benches which I think was a great decision.
Overall a very nice, friendly, and convenient gym, its smaller than something like LA fitness but it honestly has everything I need.

This snap fitness is awesome! The new owners are extremely friendly and are making some big changes to this gym. Bringing in some new equipment and etc..! I was moving to texas and had to cancel my membership here. Very fast and convenient unlike other gyms I've been with. All I had to do was sign a paper and that was it. Simple as that. I chose the option to pay $20 for it to be canceled right away instead of waiting the 30 days to be charged the full amount of my membership. Like most gyms only do. So faster,cheaper and easier. The next day i decided not to move and stay here in buckeye. I talked to the owners and they got my membership back without me owing anything in 2 minutes. This is gym has a awesome staff and nice new equipment. I recommend going to this gym!

Snap Fitness Buckeye is a top notch gym. In such a short time it has come a long long way. Under new ownership and new management the gym has become very user friendly. Lorenzo the new manager is a great guy and he really cares about his members.
They, Lorenzo and his father Ross stay busy upgrading the gym. Floor to ceiling and wall to wall the gym is truly a new place to workout. There are alot of new machines and they have doubled the amount of free weights. Its very nice having owners that finally act on the requests of the members. Wow what a change.

My girlfriend and I first got our memberships several months ago for a fresh start. We looked into this location because it was very convenient and seemed to provide everything we would need for a couple of beginners.

Just since we have been going there, there has been a management change and it made a world of difference. Within a few days of new ownership we personally saw the owner every night cleaning and walking around introducing himself and asking people what they thought the gym needed. This made a huge impression on me considering I had never seen the previous owner let alone seen anyone who really worked there.

I've been thoroughly impressed with the new management because not only are the people that work there friendly and ready to help but they took a lot of the suggestions people gave them and are really making some big changes to help this place thrive. New a/c and fans to get rid of the muggy feeling, they are putting the much needed tlc into all the equipment to make it function as it should, and also buying a lot of new equipment to add variety to a good workout. The biggest change though is the remodel of the stretching room. They have really opened the whole gym up by tearing the stretch room down and making it smaller, leaving room for much more equipment.

This place has gotten a bad rap from the previous owners but everyone who knew it from before should really give it a second chance. I think anyone who is seeking a good gym experience for a good price and convenience should definitely try this hidden gym.

I was a member for over 4 years. The only reason I maintained a membership with this gym for so long is because of the 24/7 access (when the door is working) I will provide positive/negatives below.

Pros: Great dumbbell selection, 24-hour access. The gym often only has a few other people in attendance at any given time.

Cons: Constantly dirty, the restrooms are equivalent of an unmaintained trucker stop, broken equipment for long periods of time, equipment breaks and isn’t replaced, long-time members often repairing equipment just to workout, unresponsive ownership – good luck trying to get a call back or actually seeing an employee/owner at the gym if you have a question or concern or something really unfortunate like needing a new key fob. Members regularly sneak people in with them because the gym never has staff onsite to prevent this and with the limited amount of equipment you are competing for equipment time with people who are not even paying to use it. Over the course of 54 months I was on several occasions charged more than triple the monthly membership fee without any explanation and as I mentioned before trying to get a call back from the owner is not easy or fun chasing them down.

Overall I maintained my membership for this long because of the 24/7 access and should have left long ago. I suggest looking into other gyms in the area unless you are interested in living the above mentioned experience. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible! Signed up for the 30 day trail and expected to get my pass within 7-10 business days. It's been over 30 days and when I spoke to corporate they said "there's nothing we can do if the post office didn't deliver it". Great way to take personal responsibility. Shannon (at corporate) told me there's nothing that can be done. I asked to speak to someone who works with the online membership. She said "you have to email them because I don't do that and cannot help you". I told her I wanted to speak to a live person and not do this through email. Shannon then said "how can I help you?" What!?! Are you serious?? Anywho...yea it's only $9, but they did this to me and my mom, so who else have they done this to? Way to blame USPS.

this is a great gym and perfect location. my husband and I are able to walk to get there and is about 1.7 miles, good warm up. I am concerned about the repair and cleanliness. my husband tells me the handle on the mens toilet has been broke for going on two weeks and some of the equipment is in disrepair. basic maintenance and cleanliness is crucial to safety. other than these issues seems to be a good way for ageing people to stay as fit as possible.
