I love going to Snap Fitness in Camp Verde. They have great equipment and keep it well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. My favorite part is how supportive other members are of each other. There isn’t the feel of competition like other gyms I’ve been to.

Meeting the manager at SNAP FITNESS in Camp Verde was a real pleasure. I recd cardio and strength training complete tour. Michelle is very polite and extremely knowledgeable. Most every time I go the cleaning staff is working hard at keeping the center in top condition.

Michelle in camp verde does a great job and is always attentive to the members needs. The location could definitely be expanded to incorporate other equipment found at the other locations. The gym is expanding with member counts, so will need more space soon. Other than that great location!

I've been going 3 days a week since 22,2,2016 & up until a couple weeks ago just rode bicycle for 30 minutes.
Now bicycle 10 minutes then play with the weight machines for shoulders and arms.

First experience was on the computer attempting to sign up, decided to wait for a little. Then I got a call about my inquiry. Very polite phone call, very informative. I went in to ask some additional questions and got myself signed up same day. Talked to the fitness trainer about my injuries and some accommodations and overall was very happy between the 2 staff members. High praise for the 2. Overall the gym is clean, and free of judgment or people staring at you because you aren’t doing something right. Everyone that attends at the time I go, is polite and always asks if I’m using a machine or bench that is near where I am. Great customer service, great facilities, and great community. 5 stars all the way around. My only negative thing which is a personal issue, my truck is hard to park in the parking lot.

I'm visiting the area. I purchased a 2 week pass, complete with an access card, for my husband and myself on May 4th from the very helpful older gentleman who works at the facility. On May 11th I received a voicemail from the very rude - Michelle - who claims to be the facility manager -indicating that my trial had expired and I was not supposed to access the facility. I received the same voicemail again today from the same - very rude - woman. I called her back - attempted to explain the transaction - and explained the details from my bank statement. Michelle was having a very hard time comprehending my words and just kept saying that my trial had ended. Finally I said "you are not listening to what I'm saying - this is not my issue - check your system." I asked if she's the manager and if this is her typical approach to customers - she yelled at me saying she's only responding to how I am reacting to being contacted multiple times about an issue that is not my responsibility. At no point did she apologize for being incorrect on many levels or for her incredibly rude behavior and vernacular, but she did let me know that she would call me back if she needed anything further. Appalling behavior from a facility manager. I’m sure corporate won’t appreciate her response to me or the reality of her behavior with many other people whose horrid experiences have been expressed on various review sites. This is at the top of the list for absolute worst customer service I have experienced anywhere. If you can - avoid attending this gym.

Original Review:
Not off to a good start!
1st attempt, stopped by during the day, door locked, people working out, no staff to let us in.
2nd attempt to join, went in the early evening to look at the facility and join, was during business hours but no one to let us in to even look. People working out, no staff
3rd attempt, called ahead, went in and toured the facility. Nothing extravagant, ok amount of equipment, will do. Wait the computers are down and can't join.
Waited over a week on the computers!
4th attempt, got a call the computers were back up, rushed down to join before they go down again! Now the price is over $100 dollars more for a 6 month membership than we were quoted on our 3rd attempt. The guy didn't have a way to give us any other details.
So now we have to wait 2 more days until the guy we talked to will be in. At this point I'm not sure if I even want to bother. If they weren't the only gym in town I would have already gone somewhere else.

It's an OK, clean place to workout. Everything you would need for your cardio and enough machines/weights for strength training. Never overcrowded in mornings when I go. It would be nice if they had a second bathroom, or at least a second changing room.

I quit smoking a month ago and I swear I gained 15 pounds that first week! I could just feel myself blowing up and I was already overweight so I decided to take some of the money I'm saving on cigarettes and put it back into my body in a healthy way. I was really happy with the service I received when I signed up. The gal that worked with me was awesome! I couldn't believe how inexpensive it was! I love that it's open 24/7 and the equipment has instructions on it. I just finished week 3 and have already lost 12 pounds! Now my husband wants to quit smoking and join the gym!

Snap Fitness here in Camp Verde is a small place and fits almost every need that I want, however due to the smallness these are only 2 (two) bikes that are almost always busy and have been known to keep people waiting or they don't exercise that day. There are 4 (four) totally working treadmills and one that only works on a flat surface setting (Doesn't incline). Due to the current influx of more people joining the facility, there are many times that all the bikes, treadmills, and sometimes the elliptical machines are busy and there are people waiting or leave because of no available machines.
